I've lived in the Urby for 1 year and I'm still in love and would rate 10 stars if only I could. Simply the best luxury apartment building you can imagine. From the breath-taking views, to being close to everything you need, (restaurants, pharmacy, bars, shops) and to be in Manhattan in less than 20 minutes is priceless. Staff is simply amazing. Thank you Dom, Oscar, Joey, Typh, Edwin, Marquis and all the other staff members, you made my time at the Urby unforgettable. I can definitely recommend the Urby to anyone looking for a place to call home in Jersey City, you cannot get it better!!

I have been living here for 4 years including the crazy pandemic period. Soon I will leave for another city. I enjoyed every sunrise and sunset view of the city, every walk along the hudson river and every moment of joy and sorrow experienced in the apartment. The staff at the building are always so kind and helpful. For example, Marques always has the warm welcome smiles to people coming back, took extra effort several times to help me track down my missing package, find the driver of the car blocking my moving truck so that I can continue moving instead of waiting in the cold wind. Leo, Natalie, Tyreese, Kassandra, Matt, Joey, Dom, Oscar, Damena, Typhannie, Edwin, Elizabeth also have been very helpful and welcoming. I will miss this place a lot and thanks for hosting me and gave me so much great memories ! 🥰

We've lived here for 3 years and it's been absolutely wonderful experiences, very different comparing to many other apartment building with a strong sense of community, chic design, neat layout, and on top of all these, a big thanks to the building management, concierge, valet, maintenance and everyone working here are just so so so nice and helpful, couldn't thank them all enough. Huge shout out to Joey, Oscar, Josh, and many many others, we really appreciate you all!

I've lived at the Urby for over 4 years now and I'm still in love. Best amenities out of any luxury apartment building I've ever seen. Beautiful views of NYC from your bedroom and living room. Staff is great. To name a few, Mehdi, Joey and Larry are super friendly and helpful and I always enjoy my interactions with them. I would definitely recommend the Urby to anyone looking for a place to call home in Jersey City!

I toured almost every building in JC and landed on the Urby, and after living here for three months now, I am so proud of my decision! and it is well beyond exceeding my expectations. The views from my room are amazing, the amenities are incredible and perfectly maintained, and the building overall is so well managed. Location is perfect (walking distance to both Newport and Exchange path stations) and I love the coffee shop lobby. Above all, the PEOPLE - both the staff and residents - are what makes living here special! The Urby events are always so fun and engaging & a great way to meet the Urby community. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Typh, Leo, Joey, Eddie, and Marques smiling faces & warm welcome have all made this place feel like home so quickly!

I really enjoyed living here and I'm sad that I'm leaving after 3 years! The building is such a great place to live. The rooftop is beautiful and the amenities definitely come in handy if you work from home. It truly feels like a hotel but with very comfortable vibes. The staff is super helpful. Shoutout to Joey, Oscar, Val and Edwin. The only downside is the rent increases. Management doesn't really prioritize keeping current residents. I have found that it's hard to get them to come down in price during the renewal. Overall though, it's been a great experience living here!

Just had a tour with my partner at Jersey City Urby and we were so pleased with the experience all thanks to Elizabeth! She showed us the best units available and really ensured that our needs were well-heard throughout the entire tour. I recently went to Urby Jersey City to take an initial tour of the property. Elizabeth Guzman provided the tour and I was very impressed with all that I saw. The location is excellent, the views are amazing, the amenities looked great, and the entire experience was upscale from start to finish. Elizabeth showed me the 2 apartments I am most interested in and if my timeframe was not so far in the future (6 months) I would have signed a lease on the spot. Urby is at the top of my list and I really appreciated Elizabeth's knowledge of the building and her professionalism.

We've lived at the Urby for 3 years now, and it's been an absolute pleasure - the space, the views, the amenities, and above all, the people are all fantastic. Our concierges are some of the friendliest and most engaging people I've ever met, taking time to genuinely get to know us and converse from a place of honest care. Joey and Carolyn in particular are our absolute favorites, but a special shout-out to Enrique, Medhi, Oscar, and Edwin for making our stay so special.

My husband and I have resided in Urby for nearly two years and have consistently experienced happiness in our living arrangements. Upon entering the entrance of Urby, we are immediately enveloped in a fantastic vibe. The entire staff working here surpasses greatness and excellence. The Urby is a standout building among the sea of options across Jersey City. Fantastic location close to the waterside, transit, and restaurants and shops. The amenities are tremendous and well maintained, and the residents are neighborly. What truly makes the Urby a differentiated option is the staff. Joey, Oscar, Typh, Edwin, Ty, Jose, and the rest of the team are amazing. Everyone is unfailingly helpful and always welcoming with a smile and helping hand. Anyone looking for a place to call home in Jersey City should make the Urby a top priority.

Since moving into URBY in April 2023, I must say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for living in Jersey. The location is magnificent—very close to Exchange Place and Newport, with just a 15-minute transit ride to Manhattan. The building's infrastructure is outstanding, featuring a well-equipped gym, barbecue areas, and a beautiful pool. The staff is consistently courteous and attentive. Cleanliness is maintained at the highest standard, and URBY is pet-friendly. The neighbors are wonderful, making living here a true delight. The recent opening of a Whole Foods nearby has been an added bonus, solidifying my desire to stay for the long term. From my experience, URBY stands out as one of the best residential options in Jersey, and I am eagerly planning to renew my lease.

Loved living at the Urby. Awesome space, great coffee, great gym and can't beat that outdoor area. The location is perfect to hang out in JC or to hop over to Manhattan. I loved my northeast view to "the edge" and often did not want to leave the apartment. If I did it was fun riding the elevators sometimes chatting with other neighbors (or dogs). It's a great diverse crowd in that building. The icing on the cake were everyone at the front desk. Joe, Edwin, Leo and everyone else. It was nice having a chat when getting water or the mail. If you haven't lived here yet I highly recommend to check it out.

I have been at Urby for 7 months and its been a fantastic experience. Right from entering the building that welcomes you by saying "you're home" to the fun vibe of the cafe and a warm/welcoming front desk, it's been great and feels safe being here. Building staffs are the best part of living here including everyone from Leo, Ty, Miguel, Oscar, Tiffany, Joey, Edwin, Marquis, Sayed, Matt, Nat, Jennifer and Kassandra. Highly recommended place for anyone looking for their next abode with a happy vibe everywhere.

I rented a short term rental here while I needed to work in NYC on a 3 month project. I can not say enough great things about this place,. For starters, the building is gorgeous! Amenities are top notch, it was like staying at a VIP resort. But what amazed me the most was the people. Every member of the building's team were a constant ray of sunshine no matter the weather. It was an absolute joy leaving every morning, coming home every evening, and being greeted by every member of the staff who even from day one, always remembered your name!! The culture they set in is infectious and it just makes everyone who lives here happy and friendly. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. What shines through the most is how much they care about every resident. Not to mention, the neighborhood is adorable, clean, safe, fun, and amazing restaurants! If anyone is thinking of staying here, do it! You won't regret it!

Been in Jersey City for 6 years, and have lived at 4 different apartment complexes in that time. Jersey City Urby has been my favorite place to live- can’t be beat! From the space, to the amenities, and the hospitality, it’s been a wonderful experience so far. They even host community events so we can have some fun and get to know our neighbors better! Something much needed after the height of Covid. We had a kebab night last night where Oscar and Joey made us feel so welcome! They’re the best. Would 100% recommend The Urby to anyone.

I lived at Urby for 9 months and it’s absolutely the best apartment I’ve resided in. The view from my 64th floor studio was breathtaking, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Such a pity I had to relocate, if I ever move back to NYC vicinity, I’ll definitely choose Urby again.

After seeing about 13 buildings in Jersey City, we realized that Urby is truly the dream apartment. From the breath taking views, to being close to everything you need, (restaurants, pharmacy, bars, shops, workout studios) it’s all minutes away from you. To be in Manhattan in under 10 mins via the path station 5 minute walk away, is priceless. Let’s talk about the amazing, friendly staff as well: Maintenance request are answered in a matter of hours. Housekeeping is on point with keeping the gym and the building clean. The residents coordinators make you feel so comfortable, they do their absolute best to make you feel like family. Big thank you for Iris and Natalie, Damina in the leasing office for helping us secure our apartment. Typhannie, Oscar, Joey, Edwin thank you for everything you do for us, all of the events you put together are amazing. The S’mores event this week was so cozy out by the fire 🔥. We are so happy we chose Urby to call our new home. If you are looking for an apartment look no further. URBY IS THE PLACE TO BE.

I’ve been in Urby for 2 years now and absolutely love it! The amenities are incredible, maintenance is scarily prompt and helpful, and the staff are amazing! A huge shout out to Joey for always making my day with great conversation, and to Oscar for absolutely killing it with movie night last night! Would recommend for anyone to live in Urby.

My husband and I have lived at Urby since 2020 and are planning to renew our lease again. The units are definitely smaller than some other buildings in the area but you can’t beat the views, amenities, or the amazing staff. Speaking of staff- they really are on top of it. If you put in a maintenance request, they’re at your door pretty much immediately to fix the issue. I also receive a LOT of packages and whoever is working the mail room has never made me feel like an inconvenience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Thank you Oscar, Enrique, Joey, Typhany, Ariel, Edwin and all the other staff members. You guys are the best!

Urby is one of the best apartments to live in Jersey City. The apartments are modern and minimalistic with a great community feeling. It's an excellent example of perfect living with everyone from the staff doing their best and creating a wonderful environment. Special shout out to Joey, for being kind, friendly and super helpful with any issues around the facilities.

We loved the pics on line, but truly fell in love with the property when we visited in person!!!! Elizabeth was the leasing agent working that day and she graciously took time at the end of her busy day to show us multiple units. She was so warm and welcoming, we knew we had found our new home! The property is beautiful with gorgeous views and wonderful amenities!

My husband and I moved in in August and so far, so great! I think beyond the facilities what I’m most impressed by is the staff: Joey, Ariel, Ty, Leo, Edwin, and others whose names I haven’t memorized yet just consistently are positive people that go out of their way to help and make this apartment complex a great place to live. (Even the overnight front desk staff member who’s name I don’t know is always all smiles when I have to take the dog out in the middle of the night.) The maintenance staff, Sandro and Miguel are who I’ve interacted with most, and when I tell you they have the RIGHT people in these positions…I’ve put in two very minor work orders since we’ve been here and had a knock on my door almost immediately. The staff here is 10/10. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The only frustrating thing is the lantern flies, which I believe they’re doing everything they can to keep outdoor areas clean, but are fighting a tough battle! We’ve enjoyed the building-wide activities Urby has put on, and look forward to more. (Outdoor movie nights, Labor Day weekend pool parties, etc.) I would like to see the community room/kitchen be something more usable without such a steep rental price. It’s almost always empty, and I believe has been priced out of usability by most. It really should be part of the amenities available to residents with maybe just a cleaning fee at most. Overall, we have been very happy with our Urby experience and would recommend it to others.

We have been living in Urby in Jersey City for almost a year and feel really comfortable here. We are super satisfied and the employees are all friendly. The gym and sports classes are great, the pool is a luxury and clean in summer. Urby also always has great events. The hallways, lobby, gym, etc. are always clean. We are completely satisfied!
