The food was simple, but delicious. Staff were friendly and spoke a bit of English which helped us as we only speak a bit of French. The river views are pleasant to look at and there was enough parking for all present. We stayed in the attached hotel and found the rooms to be clean (aside from the carpet being a bit worn out), the QR code room key was quite convenient, and the air conditioning was really appreciated after a very stuffy and sleepless night in another hotel. Not sure if it was just our room, but the shower door appeared to be missing, which left only a 12" panel to keep the water inside while showering. It was an impossible task and the floor ended up pretty wet, so we sacrificed some towels to manage that. The water temperature was a little tricky to sort out, but once you get it to your liking, it holds steady. Important note for those who may require it, there is no elevator.

The view of the river is direct and if you keep you windows open you feel like in nature. Staff however don’t speak a word of English and rooms and basic. There is a smell due to the old carpets and air conditioning is a joke. Fresh baked pastry and bread are really nice but the baker starts at 2.30am and playing loud music is very disturbing and results in sleep deprivation . No reception and the entry to the room is with a paper printed barcode…so basic… Will not visit again for the hotel. Ever!

We did not receive the QR code to enter the room. It took extensive calls with staff who was not able to help us out (and were not able to speak English). Finally with another phone number we got, a colleague was able to help us out. Room was clean and decent but shower pressure is very low and water temperature was fluctuating. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly. The view on the Seine is beautiful!

The buffet Brunch was really good.. and the stay at the place was nice though it gets a little noisy since it’s right next to the road.. would have preferred to get a room with the view of the river.

Tried the Norwegian pizza & 4 cheese pizza, excellent! The ambiance is really good and they have nice pastries and ice-cream. All and all, if you're passing by, alone, in couple of in family, you should try it. I really recommend!

Hello! Be careful, this hotel in reality looks so different from the pictures on multiple websites. I'd say it's like a 2 star hotel

Hotel is quaint. Rooms are clean and updated, nothing fancy. There is nothing around the hotel. Bar, restaurant close early, but probably makes sense given it's not a tourist area. I was staying on business so this hotel did not suit me. Perhaps I would have enjoyed more on a pleasure trip.

Great room, the best one we stayed in after doing a 10day tour of the Loire. A little on the small size, but had all we needed.

Simple Logis on the banks of the Seine. Absolutely stunning view from the café and our room. Clean, neat room. Decent bathroom with a nice hot shower. Bottled water supplied. The bedding was super comfortable. Extra blankets etc in the space where fridge would go. We didn't book breakfast, but had the €5 formule (hot drink, juice and pain au choc/croissant). There's also a more elaborate €11 formule. The bakery is awesome; definitely buy things to take away. We had dinner at nearby 20 at Domaine (recommend) and the patisseries were supplied by La Ruche. The QR code worked perfectly for us on our phones (given out via email day of arrival). Ample parking. All in, a great stay and super recommend for nearby Giverny.
