Great view. The hotel seems to be getting updated starting at the highest floors, going down. The older rooms definitely needed an update. The new rooms (which I stayed in) were very nice. Biggest changes were in the bathroom.

I was here in 2016, and returned for another 4 nights in April 2023. There were other hotels with higher ranking and way cheaper prices, but we chose to return here and was happy with our decision. The continental breakfast was ranked 10 out of 5, still have not tried all the items. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was incredible. Next trip back will be at this hotel, hopefully the prices don’t go too crazy.

On my first trip back to China after 54 years, I stayed at the Pan Tower International Hotel on the recommendation of a taxi driver. The managers and front desk clerks are multilingual and between my Toishanese and English, I was able to communicate quite well. The rooms are immaculate with many amenities. The view from the room allows one to see the Pearl River Delta and how the rivers flows in and then out according to the tide. I have never seen hotel staff so kind and accomodating. Listening to the Toishanese spoken by the other patrons - all overseas Chinese - and the staff brought back fond memories of my family's conversations in the USA where I grew up away from any large population speaking this dialect. The entire staff made me feel welcome and I will hold them and the Kaiping Pan Tower International Hotel in my heart with great appreciation and fondness. Wonderful hospitality!

Clean well established hotel next to a river beautiful view. Breakfast has planty choices. Staff are helpful.
