Probably
one
of
the
worst
experiences
we
have
ever
had
in
a
lounge.
We
were
a
group
of
8
people
that
arrived
at
1:10am
on
the
25th
of
Dec
(Saturday
night).
We
have
already
called
them
on
the
phone
to
check
if
there
are
some
available
tables.They
told
us
at
the
door
there
is
a
minimum
charge
of
400,000,
even
though
they
said
it's
300,000
on
the
phone
20
minutes
ago
!
Anyway,
we
ordered
a
bottle
of
vodka
with
cranberry
juice,energy
drinks,
and
2
virgin
drinks.
We
wanted
to
order
some
food
and
appetizers,
in
order
to
reach
the
minimum
charge
per
person,
but
they
informed
us
that
the
kitchen
closes
at
12
am
!
Anyway
the
cranberry
that
came
with
the
vodka
was
only
enough
for
1
person
(while
we
were
8
in
total).
We
had
to
ask
them
twice
before
getting
another
one
(which
they
charged
us
at
the
end)
They
then
came
to
our
table
after
10
minutes
of
opening
the
bottle
to
tell
us
that
the
place
closes
at
2
am.
We
were
not
informed
about
that
neither
on
the
phone,
nor
while
entering
the
place.
They
also
told
us
that
we
have
to
purchase
drinks
with
an
extra
700,000
to
cover
the
minimum
charge
!
That's
very
absurd
of
them
tbh.
Firstly,
not
all
of
us
drink
alcohol,
so
how
would
we
cover
that
if
food
isn't
served
at
this
time
?
Also
we
had
30
minutes
to
finish
the
whole
vodka
bottle
and
order
other
drinks
for
700,000
!
If
we
knew
that
they
would
close
this
early,
we
wouldn't
have
entered
in
the
first
place.
We
confronted
them
about
the
situation
and
they
were
rude
and
unapologetic
about
it.
I
have
never
been
treated
that
way
before,
and
havs
never
seen
such
unprofessionalism
from
a
well
respected
business.
It
was
our
first
and
definitely
our
last
experience
at
this
place.
This
could
be
avoided
if
1-
Inform
people
beforehand
about
the
closure
time,
especially
if
they
are
arriving
late
(wether
on
the
phone
or
at
the
door)
2-
Ensure
there
is
no
discrepancy
in
prices
told
on
the
phone
vs
on
entrance
(300
vs
400)
3-
Inform
people
about
the
kitchen
closure
at
12am
beforehand
4-
Probably
review
the
minimum
charge
rate
after
1
am.
5-
Most
of
the
staff
members
were
unprofessionally
rude
and
should
be
changed
