Coral beach location is perfect directly near the sea. The food is excellent due to what ì tried and the service is good. But friendly the administration of the hotel must take most reviews in concern .

Super racist resort. Tried to book and was told we weren’t able to because I wear a hijab. I come from Canada where I’m surrounded by white people and am treated with more respect there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coral Beach Hotel and Resort in Beirut, and I can confidently say that it was an experience to remember. Fee for entry is 95000LBP. There is 25m swimming pool with salt water. Children can enjoy the smaller pool. There is a sea view terrace where one can take sunbathing. Services are quite good, two restaurants, fresh juice spot, grilled corn... I'm satisfied, the only thing is that it was quite crowded.

Highly recommended. I love how welcoming Farah from reservations is and the smile she keeps on her face. Appreciating how despite the bad conditions we still see people around like this! Keep it up guys.

I watched the World Cup final here it was great , we have a fully equipped room and we had fun even the waiters joined in ! This place is NOT racist

I wish I can give you 0 star but the 1 star for the food and the chef . Very bad service the manager haissam so rude and unprofessional. They just love money. Will never be back again.

Good for short stay

I stayed for 2 days within a work retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean , renewd furniure with a full glassfront doors that take you directly to the pool. The food is very good, despite that I had one lunch buffet that is not up to the standard. Other than that the dinners were really tasty and much better than the lunch. We had extremely friendly waiters. I invited my son to dine with me. They charged me only 22$ above the premiun in which my work paid. The pool was the highlight of the stay, it opens till 8 at night. On Thursday, they organized a sunsoal party. The singer ((Zein) had a geeat voice and we enjoyed all his Arabic famous songs. The only negative comment is the humid smell lingering in the lobbies between rooms. They should steam the carpets after wet cleaning.

All I can say is the honesty from this hotel and the entire staff is absolutely unreal. I left my $18,000 Rolex watch by the pool where I was sitting, they called my room and asked me if I left anything by the pool and it wasn’t until then I started looking around and realized my watch was missing. They came and brought the watch straight back to my room. This place is the most honest place I’ve ever went to in Lebanon. Not just hotel, but place in general. The service here is unbelievable and the whole stay for me was amazing, but this incident was near the end of my trip and this was the cherry on top of everything.

I went to their pool resort and overall the resort is generally clean and calm in the 18+ area. There’s only two pools one for children and adults and one for 18+ only. What annoyed me so much is that they don’t accept card payments in the restaurants? Like for a hotel pool resort that’s a minimum. Another thing that really got me was when we finished from the pools we went to look for the showers and followed a sign that said “public showers” while walking towards it a guy looks at us weird and walks past us… we go to the place that says public showers and they’re all locked so we assumed we needed a key from the front desk as we walk out I see that guy talking to the front desk and pointing towards our direction and all of a sudden the lady LEGIT BOLTS towards us (at this point she didn’t see that we could see them) then when she noticed she goes “bse3edkon b shi” which translates to can I help you … I was like yes we’re looking for the showers, she goes on to say these are private showers and the only public ones are the upstairs ones by the pools… then we were like okay sweet we’ll just wash up at home…also our young cousins have a private cabin and as we went towards them to wait for them they finish showering and the lady was like “ma fikoun tkono hon abadan” I told her these are our cousins and we’re waiting for them… and she started asking questions like what number is their cabin and looked all confused as if we were lying LOL but then she recognised who they were and was like oh okay and I just walked away at this point Note to the resort: update your sign from “public showers” to “private showers” and train your staff to not run towards you like you just committed a crime or talk to you in an accusative way :) super unprofessional

The hotel is really bad. Room service; Too slow, they always take too long (2-3hrs) to bring ask for. Receptionists: Really Really bad and not professional, they have put me in a really bad position where they first said that I fully paid then on the very last day of my stay they said that I partially paid. Facilities: Really bad, the air conditioner was damaged and the weather doesn’t help staying without an AC, I stayed for a whole 3 days without an air conditioner where it was humid. They don’t even provide an iron, if you want one you got to ask for it, how? Where in the world does this happen? I’m really disappointed and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s not worth a dollar, I extremely don’t recommend it.

Such a disappointment, key swipe cards not working causing daily issues trying to gain access to my room, staff shortage around pool resort, ongoing night parties playing loud music well into early mornings organised by the hotel management and not informing guests prior or during our stay , definitely won’t be back…

Bad reservation and Reception desk! We reserved for Iftar. Our reservation wasn't registered. We had to wait 30 minutes after Iftar awaiting to be recompensed by a table. When we left, they call us to return cause they were mistaken :)

Receptionists are not professional at all. Room service is bad, it took them 2hrs to bring towels to the room. Obviously you have to pay in fresh $ but they tried to refund my deposit in Lebanese pounds.

This was my first time to Lebanon, had a wonderful stay. What I loved most about this hotel is how welcoming and friendly the lady named Farah is. I rank my star 5 stars and Farah another 5 stars.

Great attention to detail and wonderful hospitality. The rooms have beautiful views. The food is good and the service throughout the hotel, resort, and restaurants is exceptional and truly welcoming. The pools are very nice and clean. A highlight is the wonderfully quiet area for sunbathing that boasts incredible views of the open sea.

over all it was a pretty hotel, however the staff including the manager with the guest were very racist. we switched hotels to palm beach because we were told 18 and younger aren’t allowed to swim, then they switched it to no hijab 🧕 after we showed we were over 18. then the guest in the pool called the manager and didn’t want us to swim so the manager agreed and said we could only swim 21 and over or in a kids pools. if they had told us from the beginning that it was just 21 and over it wouldn’t be a problem but they kept giving excuses so we got a refund and left

Last year i went there to swim with my son in the afternoon. They didn't tell me that there is a swimming tournament and that we cannot use the pool! They refused to give me my money back nor grant me free access on another day! Stupid management.
