It was the worst ever in my life place to overnight. No coffee is provided in the room, wifi is not working, TV is not working, and the worst of all was the noice in the street you cannot have a good night rest at all and from 5 o'clock the taxis hooters. The reception office was noicey of friends who come in and out. I will never recommend this place. Not even a star rated

It's a nice place

This place is not safe... The rooms are not in a good condition.. the beds some of the beds are old... The blanket in our room was not washed.. the shower in 2 of their rooms weren't working.. in the middle of the night someone kept trying to open the door... When we asked the man who was on duty he said he doesn't know but even after that the person continued to try and open our room.. luckily we kept the door locked. The place is full of Nigerians at night so be cautious if you intend to go back there..it's also too noisy to even fall asleep... I'm not going back there it's not safe ‼️

The room was not clean at all, the blankets and towels were also not clean. The toilet seat was disconnected, TV plays 5 channels only. The receptionist was friendly as well as the other staff members. The only issue is facilities

HAD A GREAT STAY BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN ANF ALSO THE TOWELS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DISLIKE THE SHOWER HAD NO DOOR THE IS NO REMOTE IN THE ROOM I HAD TO GO AND ASK THE RECEPTIONIST TO CHANGE CHANNELS FOR ME. THE NOISE OF THE TAXI IN THE MORNING. THE WAS NO TOILER SEAT

The price they will make you pay is less than the price you must pay. As a result you will face delays whilst they tryna fix the confusion. For Example i paid online for R220 but when i arrived i had to pay additional R80 cause the price of the room is R300. But i didnt pay the additional R80 bcz i asked them why isnt the room displayed at R300 but R220 if thats the case hence i had to wait about 4 HOURS for the manager to arrive and sort out the issue.

Firatly it's a good place and all .vrry friendly staff but one remote control does crack it for 16 rooms.the second point is the speedooint that does not work and you are forced to walk a distance tired.Zolisa is extremely competent and the other young lady .The new lady needs to taken for training people buzz for too long at the gate .Please work on those challenges of customer service as they are so crucial in sustaining your business.Lehlohonolo Tlali director TTP Consulting for Rbm

The place is cheap but the rooms are so small. What I like about this place is there's Yeoville police station at the back

The room was clean including the bedding. The staff was also very nice The location is very tricky to find as the logo is not visible enough. The only thing I am complaining about is noise, the whole night there was a guy making noise

They took more than 12 hours from Durban to Johannesburg. They not a go if time is your concern. Great buses though
