The prices increased tremendously. Chicken was prepared cold and hard. Pls do not order the corn cheese as its pricey but barely have any taste. Overall, its no longer worth it like last time. The only reason ppl are still visiting this place is because there is no competitor.

Service were good, member of staff were very welcoming. You can celebrate your birthday here with the cake you bought from elsewhere as long as you bin the box yourself after. Food was good, for me worth every cents, place are clean, tidy, toilet are most of the time clean. The only setback, you need to park your car and do a detour to get to the restaurant (it doesn't deter me from going though) and no access to disable. And they don't do reserve table, you have to que and wait to be seated. But having said that all that, I'll definitely will go there again.

Ordered their signature fried chicken and it was served hot with the staff wrapping the cheese for us. Rice balls were delicious too! Like that the truffle fries were not salted so the flavour was more pronounced. The fruit teas were very refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness! Service was impeccable and we would love to be back again! :)

Amazing Korean fried chicken. Lives up to the hype it has garnered. The chicken was so savory and juicy. Perfect crust with juicy chicken meat. The spicy chicken was extremely spicy though so beware if you are not a spice lover. Overall the food was worth it.

Tip: Come here at 11am when it just opens to beat the crowd. When we left at around 1pm, the queue was really long. For elderly, there is a lift so you don’t have to take the stairs. Food: I will just compare the Yangneom chicken and the spicy chicken. Yangneom has a sweet taste, not spicy at all. Spicy chicken has Level 1-3. Level 2 was already quite spicy. The food is on the pricier side though.

The service is great and food is delicious. The seat is littered with throw pillows and it’s really comfy. My little one is already excited before the food arrived. The cheese is generous and the chicken chunks comes in big pieces too. The spaghetti is a must try for kids. Shakes is yummy too.

First time here and the food were simply great. Tasty and nice. The fried chicken cheese were nice. The rice ball made of tuna, archives and seaweed were really nice. Will be back to try other dishes.

🍗 Food & Taste: The fried chicken was not bad but it wasn’t like piping hot. I do not really fancy the cheese sauce that came with the fried chicken, I felt that it made the chicken salty, so maybe no sauce would be better for me. I do however enjoy the taste of the rice balls. 📍 Place: The whole restaurant was abit difficult to locate because the entrance is on the first floor but the restaurant itself is on the second level. Thankfully a staff is stationed right at the entrance on level 1 to guide you. The entire restaurant does give a Korea vibe. Very young and hyped energy with a feel that you are indeed in a restaurant in Korea. There is even a little souvenir corner for you to get some cute souvenirs or memorabilia home. 🤵🏻 Service: Not bad. You will see many staff greeting you in Korean. For both dishes we ordered, we had the option of having the staff serve us by helping us melt the cheese to coat the chicken and then help us roll the rice balls. Would be better if you roll it on your own if you do not wish to wait. 💰 Price: Standard pricing for the chicken. They do charge for service and tax. 🐣Waiting Time: Food served quickly but not hot. Then a slight waiting time for food to be prepared at your table.

Just excellent! If only the prices were more affordable to eat more often haha! But it's all good since the food is seriously good. As if you were transported to Korea itself. Just amazing. They have Korean entertainment and the food is prepared sometimes in front of you too. The food looks as delicious (and drinks too) as on screen inside k dramas! Service is well trained and very exciting/cute to see some of them super hyped up about Korean culture too. Worth a try with your family and friends! P.S. they even have a cute mini bin to throw your wastage into!

Second time coming back and we took away. Ordered at 9pm giving our name and phone number and chose to wait up stairs thinking they would call us. Yet in the end they sent the food downstairs without calling us and we waited for 20 minutes only to ask them and find out that the food is already waiting downstairs. Take note to those ordering take away. Very delicious food here! Especially the Korean rice balls and the fried chicken! Definitely a must try!

Came here twice. Their Fried chicken are all so crispy (boneless chicken and chicken cutlets). Ordered a fried rice with egg and cheese splattered on top, 👍, however, the chicken cutlet is extremely salty. Other food were fine. The one I love most of all dishes with the fried rice itself with the cheesy egg. I’m not a spicy eater, the rice balls were all too spicy for me, should order their non-spicy ones. The plain water(with lemon slices) is provided(free). Love their prompt and efficient service. Free Wifi available too but was way too slow to download apps. Saw staffs singing birthday song in 3 languages (Korean, English and Malay) to another table. Very very pleasant service. This place is just opposite KSL shopping(KFC) at Holiday Villa.

Highly recommend this place!! Really good customer service as their staffs are very friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing what best to eat! Love the fried chickens with cheese 🧀 I love how they have various options to choose from for fried chicken with cheese. So, don't worry if you can't choose as they do offer half and half selection on the flavours of the chickens! I really love the watermelon bingsoo, huge portion and worthy of the price! So, do try it out!!!

One of the best korean fried chicken I had eaten in Malaysia and Singapore. Very crispy yet not sick of the oily taste. It is not dry and retain the moisture. Ordered snow cheese spicy chicken and seaweed french fries. The chicken have been chopped in right sizes and make it really easy to eat. The spiciness really hit the right spots. They added raw korean green and red chillies which is a fantastic touch as it makes you want to eat more without feeling sick of the cheese. French fries is fluffy and lots of seaweed. Service is fantastic! Will love to come here again!

Great place to have little party with friends. Celebrate your birthday here and all the staff will sing for you, in Korean. Meals are big in portion. Recommend you to book at their website before come. And come early as this place is always full. Parking will be in building, Holiday Villa at level 2, RM 6. Music is quite loud, not suitable to have meeting here. Plain Water is refillable. You can also book some food while booking for table at their website, as their chicken is the Hot Item.

Very good Korean fried chicken! Love the garlic and soya chicken. The rest like the rice balls, cheesy chicken and waffle ice cream didn’t blow my mind as much. For family of 4 its going to cost around rm160. The entrance is a small door next to holiday Inn hotel main entrance. Parking on streets is best or u will pay quite a lot (rm10 for 2 hrs) to park in the hotel parking.

It is a very good experience! Good service from all the staff! Rovina and Sapie were really friendly. They assisted us very well. Gaston and the other friendly staff were friendly to the customers as well. The food: superb! Delightful and huge serving! Will bring more friends from Singapore and from the Philippines! Kudos, KFry! Great job! Till next time!

Been here twice and really enjoy coming here. Queue can be long but the turnover was quite fast. Wait for food to arrive after ordering didn’t take too long. Fried chicken is always good. Crunchy and juicy just like the ones in Korea. Japchae was just ok. Service staff are aplenty for a small place.

It was good experience dining here. The waiter and waitress helped me to roll the rice balls and the cheese chicken bumbuk. They were so good at it and very friendly. Thank you Luqman and Trainee (didn't get her name) who helped me on Friday 29th at 6pm! Will definitely come here again to dine and enjoy the food and service here. Thank you for asking if I enjoyed the food and ambience here. So nice of the team who greeted us "Baby" too when we came here! 5 stars service indeed.

Excellent Korean eatery with quality fried chicken. They also have a wide variety of food selection. The japchae is fantastic and I had 2 portions! The seaweed fries are also sedap as with the rest of the food selection in general. The waiting area provides customers with free ice lemon tea which is really very tasty. Service quality is good as there are numerous staff available for on call. Great place to dine but be prepared for at least 30 min waiting time.

Had an absolutely amazing experience dining here. The succulent, cheesy chicken was truly a delight! The bingsu and other dishes here were delectable as well. On your birthday, the staff will also celebrate this joyous occasion with you. Will be coming back to eat here again if given the opportunity.

Staffs are really friendly. Food is super amazing. I recommend the Anchovy Tuna Rice Ball. Experience is almost as if personalized. We ordered drinks, seaweed fries, one plate of small cheesy chicken of 6, and rice balls. All of those were enough to fill our tummy for the night and we even had to take-away some home.

The food is superb nice, it is very big portion, of course the price is relevant to the food. Their Korean sauce of chicken add on with the mozzarella cheese fantastic!! Must order everytime!! This is my first time try the rice ball with cheese and ham, OMG it is delicious 😋!! Overall the environment and the staff is quite nice and polite. These 2 dishes is remade by them in front of me, so that I can use my eyes to participate in the food making process. It is a good experience!! Recommend others to come!! It is Halal shop, friendly to Muslim friend who love Korean food.

This has been the best Korean Resto we have ever tried. Everything is great, from the ever friendly staff especially Marilen, the atmosphere and ambience is esthetically pleasing and the food is mouth-watering and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal 😊

    - Chicken was nice and juicy, though it was served a little warm. Perfect if it was freshly fried. Or maybe the cheese cooled it down, not too sure. - The mango bingsu was nice and it’s a pretty generous amount for a mini bingsu. Had trouble finishing between 4 of us. - The background K-pop music was a little too loud and we had to talk loudly to the server. The server also had difficulties hearing us lol. Appreciate if it could be toned down, at least a little. - Overall, tried some other dishes like spicy seafood soup, pajeon etc, and was delicious. Worth the visit!

Forgot to take pic of the chicken hot plate thingy. But i think the cheesy sweet chicken is quite nice, tho it’s not hot enough. I think it would be nicer if the chicken is more hot when served Bingsu is average. Not the fluffy ice that i like

Fast service even though it was packed as i went on a weekend. Friendly staff. Better to make a reservation if going during peak period else the wait to get a table is very long.

Finally, I got to try this highly reviewed place! First of all, we have to say location wise, it is quite accessible, walking distance from KSL mall. Staff here were all friendly, and the service was superb. Food wise, i would say it is pretty good for a korean fried chicken place with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Prices might be on the steeper side but definitely worth the visit if you're nearby. Love the vibe of the place, and it is clean and bright!

We never have a bad experience with Kfry. The food is always excellent no matter what we order! Had the japchae, seaweed fries and honey butter wings. Honey butter wings were a tad sweet, we might have liked the garlic soy better but it was sold out for the night. Service was fast. Ample seating despite the outlet being very popular.

First time eating here and I loved it! Great service and delicious food! They wrapped the fried chicken in cheese on the table in front of you which is a first for me. Highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Nurifhan N. 2 years ago on Google
We cannot make reservation so as soon we arrived, only 1 person can go up to book the table & others need to wait outside until our turn come. Food taste is ok but for sure it’s pricey. Brownies bingsu is the best! You can celebrate your birthday here & they can sing birthday song for you.
