DO NOT GO THERE, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO THERE. I super regret going there! Water is super dirty in the lazy river. My 11months old and 4yr old played and accidentally drank abit of water, both fell sick and vomitted. Leaves and brown algae flooring prompt us to end the trip there earlier than expected. It is a sad visit and ruined the remaining part of our trip having 2 sicky kids on tow. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO KEEP VISITORS SAFE!!

Friendly staffs and fun rides. Entrance at RM45. Few rides were closed which was duly informed at the counter upon payment. It was good because it was not crowded. The place was Peaceful, you can go on and on for your rides as there was no time wasting on the queue. Toliets were big and adequate. Ample lockers could be rent to keep your belongings. Would be much happier if the Water could be cleaner and probably some loud music going on! Overall, had a fun experience and it's worth going!

Paid RM45 for Waterpark entry. Two slides were under maintenance. Other slides were open. Fnb price is not that expensive. They have fries, nuggets, curry puffs etc. Lockers are also available. RM40 for big locker and RM20 for small. Floats and life jacket are free. Staffs are also friendly, help to take photos and all. Overall pleasant experience. Con: Water not so clean cuz got sand in the pool but it's ok it is expected

Try to call them to ask what rides are under maintenance. Went there when a few of the more fun rides are under maintenance, had a decent time with the remaining rides but could've been better.

Only some slides and the water play area is working. A lot of things not in good condition and not working. The place was clean but 2 attractions not working and also lots of broken things around.

Rm45 adult. Same goes to kids above 3 feet. Limited experience for 120cm kids. The slide for 120cm and above only. If raining, cannot refund. Inside food using cash only. ATM available under escalator outside. Can go there without any restrictions. Wave pool, and 2 of slide are close.

Dead town despite the school holidays. High elements, go kart and ice skating are closed after pandemic. So only left with water park and jump park. Water Park filled with algae, jump park has fixed jumping sessions, so plan in advance.

Went to the waterpark today, 2 adults 2 kids, RM160. Totally disappointed with what i saw there. The water looks dirty. Greenish water at the lazy river and wave pool. Many debris and insects in the pool. The plants around the lazy river are also growing into the pool. Spent less than an hour there. Kids also don't have the mood to play. Legoland is about 2-3x the price but 10x more worth it. I spent 5 hours at legoland waterpark 3 weeks ago.

The jump street is rm25/pax include sock. The staff was friendly and patient. We had the whole place to ourselves from 12pm to 1pm. It was an experience. If you are heading there, you want to call to confirm which park/ activity is opened. I tried email to no avail. We went on Thursday 4pm and was told the park was closed. On Friday, only the water park and jump street was open.

Well. The facility are quite old and dirty. However the water still consider ok. So overall still can go as they are having offer now. Lower price. If they increase price, I recommend to other place.

Don't be too happy about the RM45 entry fees as compared to the published RM80. It's not a discount, half of the facilities are useless(so called "under maintenance"). "Wave pool" is out at time of writing. Lazy pool water is murky/dirty with me and my son developing rashes after the trip. Typical of theme parks in Malaysia... POOR MAINTENANCE! Not even worth the RM45 paid per person... Not to mention the lax in safety awareness. Adventure park is closed as well. I'm wondering why are they still working the limping horse. Please don't go unless you have nothing better to do. Really a let down😢. Sorry... Not even picture worthy.

Everything is great, the facilities is nice! Great place to hangout on weekends despite going to malls! Great place to bring your kids to explore adventures. Food taste average. Overall it was a exciting place to release your stress

Hi guys. I went to the water park today with total of 9 people. My total spending was RM 342 (entry alone per pad) and RM 80 for two big lockers. But we were totally disappointed with the maintenance and ugly environment. The water all over the park were in greenish colour cause uncomfortable feel and got some sand under the water as well. Before going here, I searched their Facebook page and got to known offer of RM 38 for per entry. What’s the point offering this when the park looked terrible. We only spent less than a hour and brought this issue to management. Hope they will take this as a lesson and tend to keep this place and water clean, comfort and worthy for the penny we are paying.

Went there in Sep’2023 and was informed that Adventure park is permanently closed. What a disappointment as the website had no mention of it. No more high elements. Jump street looked very underwhelming as well. But water park was really something, enjoyed myself. The rides were not for the faint of heart. No queue also so could spam.

Came for the ice skating. But didn't know it has been closed a few years ago. Trampoline Park is not bad. Not crowded on a weekend.

For me overall nice place but ticket price seems little bit higher. Rm 65 for adult (even children age 3 and above ) also have to pay same adult price. Foods totally out. Expensive. Don’t have mineral water. Management should do something about it. To attract more people do something.

Almost everything is closed in the water park. If your kid is not tall enough, they can only play one ride. It looks run down as well. But we went to the trampoline park and got the whole place to ourselves. We liked it a lot and the 1hr is all we have there. We were also disappointed that the go kart is also closed. Summary: only the trampoline and water park is open.

This place is good to spend a few hours of the weekend. Crowd is less, thrill rides are 5-6(of which one was closed when we visited). The wave pool was also under maintenance. So the thrill rides were not that many, so easily you can cover them in some hours. The lazy river water was not so clean as well. The good point was less crowd and so less waiting time. Also, we got an offer on the day we visited. But overall an average place I would say.

Really recommended place to spend time with your love ones! I really love the vibes here. This is a wonderful place to experience an adventure park. The service from the staffs are really good that we are able to know better about recreation activities and other information related. Of course, we had a memorable experience here. Love it!

Ticket price is fairly cheap. Excellent for big groups as this place is not as crowded as major tourist attraction spots. Has a few interesting slides. One of it has led lights inside it. Wave pool below expectation, current is too small to have fullest experience and inter waiting time is too long. But is definitely kid friendly

My recent visit to Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park left much to be desired. The pool water was disappointingly dirty, making it unappealing for swimming. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the wave pool was under renovation during my visit, which was a major attraction I was looking forward to experiencing. Moreover, it was disheartening to discover that several attractions such as the trampoline, high elements, and more were permanently closed. These closures significantly reduced the available activities, leaving visitors with limited options for entertainment. Overall, the condition of the park and the closures of key attractions detracted from what could have been an enjoyable experience. I hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to enhance the visitor experience in the future.

The wave pool is not working. Other water rides are still functioning. At rm45 entry it still worth to spend half the day here with children.

Run down water park. Wave pool was closed. River pool was dirty with a lot of dried leaves. My kids just enjoyed the kids water playground, for the pricing of RM45/pax and spent 2.5hrs there. Even during peak period (June holiday and on Saturday), it’s so quiet not crowded a lot.

Not well maintained, and the toilet faucet has no water. Many closed/ "renovating" slides. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Quiet and have no queue if you what I mean ;)

Came here with a few friends to celebrate a bachelor. Not too shabby. Not the cleanest, but overall still had enough rides to have fun. When we visited it wasn’t very crowded, which makes good since little queues.

Sgrean discovering interesting activities in Johore 😁 It's fun and suitable for family outings. Teens to young kids. However, that is if all or the majority of the slides are operating, many are closed for maintenance. So do check with the counter in advance.
