Great location, clean floors and beds. If you get a high floor the view is pretty good. Glad that they provide slippers. Lobby staff is polite and friendly. But sofa in the room is stained and dirty..πŸ₯΄

Superb location. Room is spacious and toiletries provided but shampoo and bath gel not topped up for second bathroom. There was a towel left on the floor of main bathroom but issue was resolved quickly after a call to the reception. They also catered to my requests of having two twin beds and room at high floor. There was a small playground at the pool area on 33rd floor.

had a terrible experience at Suasana Hotel Suites. arrived the hotel at about 4+pm, was informed that the room wasnt ready. after which was asked to go to level 33a to wait while a welcome drink was served. room card will be delivered when ready. waited for 1hr, no one came at all instead have to go down and remind the staff. unreasonable excuses given by staff that rooms are on first come first basis despite after 3pm. first and last stay ever, stay at your own risk.

The room was good and spacious. The breakfast needs improvement. Had the American breakfast set. The hash brown, chicken sausage, pancake, stir fry mushrooms were all cold when served. Only the scrambled eggs was served hot.

Clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and walk-in wardrobe. Only downside is the poor soundproof between floors (could hear dragging of chairs from upstairs). Otherwise, very value for money and it was a comfortable stay.

It's been more than two years since Singapore and Malaysia border has closed due to Covid. Atlas now things is getting better and both borders have finally fully opened, me and my wife took this opportunity to enjoy a short 2D1N vacation in Johor. Perfect location as it situated right after City Square mall and walking distance from custom (price is very affordable too). I'm staying in a one bedroom apartment. It was huge with a open concept kitchen and living room with fridge and microwave. Bedroom were connected to the toilet with walk in wadrobe. It's like staying in your own home. Only disappointment is their customer service. We found out that there is no hairdryer in the room and thus called the reception to request for it. Attempted to call them three times and the duty receptionist told us they will bring one over to us but to no avail after waited for so long. On my fourth attempt to enquire again, only to be told that their hairdryer is "out of stock". I mean, what exercuses is that? They can just tell me right from the start that they don't have hairdryer and not make us called them so many times while waiting in vain.

Suasana is one of the more higher-end hotels that you would come across in JB. The room is spacious and is exactly as seen in the pictures. Location is perfect and proves to be accessible to all of the nearby eateries and shopping malls. The only reason I will not give this 5 stars would be because the room is a little dated and there are some light stains on the pillows. (This is honestly me being picky) The price point is reasonable and the staff at the check-in were efficient. Overall, Suasana Suites is one of the best stays I’ve had in JB.

🚨LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING…. or just read more… There is a gym but most of the machines are not working. It is also quite dirty. Saw two cleaners come in, take photos of themselves pretending to clean, then leave. Major turn off. The pool was also very lackluster, unlike the photos. Throughout the day, a foul stench will permeate the lobby. I was on a high floor but could smell it. It wasn’t a regular trash smell, but it smells like wet dirty socks held to your face. It was unbearable and I had to hold my breath.

Had a great stay in a 2 bedroom suite with an amazing view of Johor Bahru and Singapore. Train station is just a few minutes a way connected to two big malls. A 24 hour restaurant is also available right in front of Suasana with 7 eleven and Toast Box right next to the entrance. Room includes many facilities but above all a self-service laundry is available to use on floor 33A. Staff were very friendly and were very accommodating. A lot of places are also at walking distances including the Karat night market and heritage walk, all within 10 - 15 min walk.

INSECTS INFESTATION IN HOTEL ROOM - Insect infestation found in hotel room. - Was redirected to speak to night shift manager on the night of stay. - Was surprised to learn from the hotel staff (whom self-admit) that such (insect) issues are very common at the hotel, and that it was NOT the first time that he has encountered such complaints. - Based on experiences, both customer service and housekeeping were found wanting. I was given the impression that NOT only were they non-apologetic for the issue, but claimed more as a matter of fact for what happened. - Certainly NOT recommended in my opinion, unless you can’t find another place to stay.

Suasana Hotel exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location. The staff's attentiveness was unparalleled, making our stay truly unforgettable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, providing the utmost comfort and style. We relished the delectable cuisine at the hotel's restaurant, and the convenience of nearby attractions enhanced our experience. Without a doubt, a 5-star stay at Suasana Hotel.

Booked a 3-bedroom suite at the hotel. While the room is big, cleaners don't seem to be doing their job. Pillow cases, blankets and towels had stains - yellowish or brownish. Common bathroom door cannot be properly closed. Sofa had stains too. Paid RM$1400+ for 1 night, but my family cannot wait to leave this place. The only saving grace is the location, which is near to good food.

Great interior, very spacious and affordable. However, it is obvious that cleaners do not pay attention to details. You can easily find isolated spaces and corners in the apartment that are filled with dust. Out of the few visits i had to suassana, the first was accompanied by an rhinitis allergic reaction. I usually get this in hotels that are dusty. However, on other visits, i was fine. Overall, the staff are friendly and very hospitable. Toilets also have a great view! I would still recommend this hotel to friends! πŸ‘πŸΌ

The hotel is okay I guess, have stayed here for few times already. They should fix the floor at the swimming pool side as there are kids running and might cause accident. Some of the equipments at the gym, it has been few months already since they fix it, not sure why it is so difficult to do it.

We booked a 2 room suite for 1 night and it was a great experience. The staff at the counter were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms and toilets were very very clean. And location wise it was perfect for a short trip in JB. Just about a 10 min drive from KSL and a short cut through the basement and cross the road brings you straight to City Square Mall. Connected to the building in the basement is also Hai Di Lao if you are lazy to travel out.

We made a last-minute overnight trip to Johor Bahru and decided to book this hotel as it is very close to immigration customs and city square mall. The hotel shared the same complex with the residence. It is located from 28 to 35 floors from memory. It is a lot better than the Airbnb residence where we tried once. We paid sgd 141 for a two bedroom apartment with breakfast provided for 4. It was value for money, in our opinion. The apartment is spacious but lacks maintenance in some areas, and cleaniness can be better. The breakfast buffet has a reasonable spread. For beverages, coffee, tea, juices, and milk were provided. The egg station offered various cooking styles. The toast station offered white bread for toasting, banana cake (a bit dried), butter, and jam. The hot food station offers rendang, nasi lamak, sausage, hash brown, and a few others. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I have attached pictures of the city view from the restaurant and breakfast items.

The place looks WAYYY different than the pictures shown and there's a disgusting stench in the air, including the corridors, that makes my mother want to vomit. I don't know why there was something being washed in the washing machine when we arrived but anyway, my mother refused to even sit on the bed and her cleanliness tolerance is higher than mine so it's that bad. We might be unlucky at this point because I see so many good reviews for this place lol

Asked to upgrade the twin bed to king bed and was willing to top up the extra ringgit because the website shows a price difference of 20rm. The receptionist said it would be 500rm just to change from twin to king room. It’s very weird? Service (rishi) was also not welcoming.

My second stay here. I would say the best things about it were its location and room condition. Location, for being at the city centre and close to malls, eateries, and tourist landmarks. I didn't mind travelling back and forth to Legoland for two days. Room was prepared in excellent condition. The rates were value for money, in my opinion.

Stayed 2 days here in the 2 bedroom suite. Checked in the suite was clean, took a while for the aircon to get cooled. Water pressure was quite slow. Parking was a bit difficult on lower levels. The breakfast buffet was mediocre nothing to look forward to. Location was strategic in the center of JB town.

The room is spacious and clean. My family have a good rest. The location is ideal for traveller who do not want to travel too far. There are eateries, massage and drinking place just at the foot of the apartment. You just need to cross the road to KOMTAR JBCC and JB City Square. Walk about 10-12mins along Jalan Trus, you can find the popular Hiap Joo Banana cake shop, and plenty breakfas eateries.

Located near the CIQ checkpoint and multiple malls, I would consider it a prime location. It's also considerably close to multiple great restaurants. Great facilities as well, made full use of the gym and pool. Only 4/5 stars for the rooms as I could hear my neighbour above walking across their room at night, perhaps the ceiling is too thin. Otherwise everything else is 5/5 would recommend.

The room is big and that is about it. I wish it was more cleaner considering the price that I paid. In my room, the sofa had cigarettes mark and also the shower room has some mold in it. The AC in the living room makes weird sound as well. Amenities are also limited (no lotion, etc.), again considering the price you paid. I wouldn't stay here again but if you need big rooms + good location to malls and sightseeing, maybe it would be a good place for you. Definitely not a 4-5 stars hotel but a 3 stars hotel.

Apart from the location, everything else was a disappointment. Room was poorly maintained. Looked dirty and towel had so much of particle. We had encountered water leaking from the aircon and had to inform the front desk twice to come up and check. Poor response and after technician arrived they informed they drainage pipe was chocked. Basically this shows how poorly maintained it is. Thankfully we found it in the mornng at 7am and the children were asleep. Thankfully no one had tripped and fell. Overall the hotel staff wasnt even apologetic.

Location is good! And also room is big, spacious and comfy. Customer services is outstanding ! Want to compliment Ms.Lavanya. I had misplace my 21years soft toy stitch, left it behind in the room when I checked out and went back to Singapore. Contacted the hotel after 2 days. Ms Lavanya went to the trouble of helping me to search personally their storerooms and everything too. For any lost and found. Managed to found my stitch soft toy ! She really go all out to provide good customer services. I am really very thankful! Hope the hotel would compliment Ms Lavanya too ! For keeping up good positive image via showing good customer service for the hotel ! Really appreciative. Would recommend my friends or relatives to stay here again the next time when in JB !

My family 1st impression of the suite is we just love the place. It was spacious and nicely done up. However, it would have been perfect if not for 2 problems. The aircon blowing warm air instead of cold air in 1 of the rooms. Problem fixed before sleeping time. It was raining heavily overnight and unfortunately somehow rainwater leaked into the area next to the window where my child places her shopping bags. She did not know the bottom of her paper bag is soaked. The bottom of her bag broke open while we walked along the corridor as we leave our room to checked out. The contents fell onto the ground and the new clothings were wet.

Only my disappointed while we stayed there unfortunately there was renovation on going it so noisy as we can't take a nap πŸ˜ͺ.as usual we did if we traveled we will come back to our hotel room to take a quick nap in the afternoon and later we will out for dinner. But at Suasana Residence we can't.Ending when we reach our home we have long sleeping due of lapsed our usual sleeping pattern. This not a complaining but to ensure others guest won't facing what we had been faced. Thank you for your attention. All the best wishes πŸ™

    1. Basin can’t be drained. Water will get stuck 2. Shower head is extremely close to breaking. Super flimsy, but still kind of works. 1,2. Asked the receptionist if we could change room - he said it was full and he will send a technician up. The technician never arrived. 3. The hairdryer was non functional and on the verge of a violent explosion. 4. Toilet paper handle was broken. 5. Bedsheets were heavily stained with black matter. 6. Heavy chanting at the nearby mosque early in the morning, if that’s ok for you by all means. 7. Only reason this place isn’t getting a 1 STAR ⭐️ is because of the LGBT Lou at the counter, who was obviously overwhelmed being the only staff on duty and yet still putting a smile on his face. Do not recommend to visit.

I've experienced two bad things here. 1. Parking is charge to customer, for RM10 / day without notify inside Booking / Agoda etc 2. One of the lift have a fault sensor, which it was nearly trapped and collide my son without release the door. I need to push the lift door with very high strength, if not it will not release. Made a complaint to reception, but the feedback was not seriously taken. Very disappointed with this hotel management.

The apartment rooms are nice but in our last stay although the price was almost doubled we did not have a good experience. The room was lacking some necessary items which apparantly did not supplied after the last guest. We requested them slippers tissue and shampoo and conditioner which the only gave us 2 shampoo tubes over the above list. The lift is really nerve racking you should wait a long time for that specially if you stay on higher floors it will waste a considerable time of yours every day. The breakfast is also disappointing only 2 limited prepared items no buffet no choice.

Horrible service here. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. There wasn't any hand soap, not enough hand towels, floor towels and so on. That list can go on and on. Called the receptionist to bring up some items like slippers and hand towels, took them ages to bring them up. Maybe it's just me...or anyone else also experience this type of service?

The building layout itself is a bit confusing as it is combined with the other building. Entrance to the suasana suits cafe is located outside. Only 2 out of 4 lift working. Cafe located on 33A floor. Best to make reservation if you need a seat by the windows to get the city view (else you will get a normal seat that doesnt have a view). Price wise cost RM 20+ above per meal. Tastewise is pretty normal.

Stayed at 1br suite for 1night while on business purpose. Love: -suite is spacious, basic kichenette, comfy sofa and bed, nice interior. -love the powder room, bathroom is clean. -great location. U can just grab/panda famous local delicacies. -a very welcoming female receptionist on 18/11 6pm (sorry didn't get your name, so tired during check in) -very decent but worth it breakfast. They help to send it to my room too when requested. -nice rooftop view where pool, cafe and gyn are located :( -tv is not working during my whole stay. Only given option of blockbuster channel that have to pay by my own. -limited lobby space. Overall it was a nice place to stay with family. No comment on pool and cafe experience as not using during my stay.reservation needed for Pool and gym use. Pool is not that big, family with children might want to reconsider your stay to avoid frustration (either pool to crowded/ cant get free slot). Great job suasana! Definitely will come again

Nice place for families. We took the 2 bedroom apartment and the size was decent and it has 2 bathrooms. Someone could sleep on the sofa, and it also came with a king size bed and double bed. The view was great, overlooking the CIQ & Singapore. The only downer, cleanliness could be improved, there were some stains on the toilet seats when we checked in, and we specifically asked for twin bed configuration.

It's a two bedroom apartment with full facilities, except laundry. Rooms are spacious but shows sign of use. Weird thing is that there doesn't seem to be hot water after a certain time at night. Best thing going for them is location. Opposite Komtar and short walk to city Square. Free parking is at Zenith Center. Get your parking tag from lobby to tap in and out.

Superb service despite the busy weekend due to school holidays. My second time staying here and they gave us a unit which was even better than the one we got earlier. The staff was also very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggages at the lobby. Great job!

First part of our check-in went abit bumpy but was resolved swiftly. On that night we asked for a blanket, they said it was 10rm. Which was OK. When the person delivered it, he said this had to be paid. But I did not have cash at that moment and said to come back later. Later in the night, we went out. And I dropped by reception to ask about the payment,in which they said itll be charged upon checkout. We returned after midnight. At about 12.30am our doorbell rang twice, lo and behold it was the employee. On the second day, we went out pretty early and left the door note thingy to make up our room. We returned quite late and my 4yo daughter pushed down the handle and the door unlocked. The key card was with me and I did not yet place on the sensor. Pretty much our room was left unsecured throughout the day. The pool and the room was great.but the poor security and questionable staff actions has made us lost our confidence in this place

I had such a great stay even though it was just one night. (Wish I stayed longer) I booked 2 bedroom for my family and I. The location is super convenient. Right across Komtar JBCC. At Zenith Lifestyle mall, where Hai Di Lao is. The check in was supposedly 3pm but I reached around 1pm and to my surprise I do not have to wait till 3pm. Was really happy about that! As we entered our room, wow it was so clean and spacious and has 2 toilets! The AC took a while for the room to be cool. But that's fine. Upon checking out, I asked for an hour extension but the front desk lady gave me an hour and half more. I have to say the service is so amazing and this is a great apart-hotel for large groups! I definitely recommend and will return again! Thank you to the service team, greatly appreciate it.

The apartment suite is comfortable and room is huge. Suitable for long stay because it has a big table for work n kitchen. The front desk Fadzly is super helpful, he is went out of his way to help with some parking issue. Been staying here last month, this month and coming months.

The hotel room was nice, tidy, and roomy. Several different foods are available for breakfast. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The position is ideal for a stroll into the city's core. Everything about this hotel was excellent. I heartily urge anyone travelling to the city to stay at this resort.

Overall: Sort of new place, good hotel to be at. Beds are comfy and suite is big. 5 of us stayed at a 3 bedroom suite (that accommodates 6 people). There were 2 toilets, a dining and living area, and also a kitchen. The view is great too. Downsides: Initially there were only 2 towels, called help desk but they did not pick up the phone, tried to WhatsApp the number provided in the info sheet but also no reply, so had to manually approach a service staff to provide additional towels. The toilet attached to the bigger room had a funky sewage smell. The shower gel & shampoo provided by them wasn’t that great (had the detergent smell) so if I come back again, would bring my own.
