What is exceptional- Cleanliness, Service, Decor and location. The rooms are kept very clean by a very hardworking and friendly housekeeper. Can see his photos in the lifts. The reception is also generally warm and accomodating to requests. We had 2 suites room, which are well-designed with different themes. Majestic room is very ornate with high ceiling but might feel a bit cluttered as the rooms are not that big. Passion room is victorian style, simpler and more spacey with nicer bathroom design. Also appreciate the food and drinks promo the hotel gives for the nearby eateries. While appreciating the form, I hope the function of room can improve on basic things such as more hooks to hang clothes in room and toilet. Will return if travelling to the area next time.

The hotel is looks GREEN, CLEAN, CLASS. But unfortunately, me and my friend got a twin bed, and she get bite from BED BUGS. And quite serious, her whole arms now is red. Overall is good and nice place to stay. But the BED BUGS make us not comfortable and ruin the whole trip!

Love the concept. Greeneries are always welcomed. Eventhough the room is quite small but it is accommodating. I left my clothes accidentally after we've checked out but the receptionist was very polite and fast to rectify and i managed to retrieve my clothes back.

Enjoyed stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Nice decoration. Friendly staff. There are some discounts to nearby F&B (for selected items which you may wish to clarify first). Minor issues were light bulb outside room flickering, wallpaper and plaster slightly peeled, second floor corridor was a bit stuffy, noise isolation could be better, and WiFi at our room was slow.

Spent total is 3 nights in this hotel. 2 nights in twin room and final night in a triple room. Twin rooms were ok. Bathroom could be better maintained. Final night in triple room, the bathroom was terrible. The door to the shower was missing, the drainage in both the shower and sink was super slow and clogged. Also, only 1 room card per room, regardless twin or triple room, was given. When asked for extra, was told the establishment was sold out so they don't have sufficient room cards? Sounds ridiculous. But the overall ambience of hotel was nice. Location was superb, as well, for food and entertainment all a stone's throw away. Parking right in front of hotel but you need to pay for parking either with coupons or app.

Can see they put in effort to maintain the cleaniness of the general areas as well as the rooms. Highly recommended if you are exploring the Mount Austin area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Midori Concept Hotel during my visit to the city, and overall, I must say I had a satisfying experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent location. Situated conveniently near a shopping mall and various types of restaurants. This added a lot of convenience and variety to my stay, making it a truly enjoyable one. Another positive aspect of the Midori Concept Hotel was the provision of designated parking and umbrellas for hotel guests. It was a relief to know that I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot or getting wet during unexpected rain showers. These thoughtful touches enhanced my overall comfort and convenience during my stay. The hotel also had a water dispenser and a microwave available in the lobby, which was a pleasant surprise. It was convenient to be able to grab a drink or heat up a quick snack without having to leave the premises. This added level of convenience was greatly appreciated, especially after a long day of exploring the city. Moving on to the room amenities, I found them to be of high quality. The amenities provided were well-maintained, and the smart digital switch was a fantastic feature that added a modern touch to the room. It made controlling the lights and other electronic devices effortless and intuitive. However, there were a couple of minor downsides that I noticed during my stay. The walls in some areas of the hotel had a mottled appearance, which gave a slightly worn-out impression. Additionally, I observed that one of the lamps in my room was quite dusty, which could have been improved with more attention to detail during the cleaning process. Despite these minor issues, I left the Midori Concept Hotel feeling satisfied with my stay. The convenience of its location, the provision of parking and umbrellas, the availability of a water dispenser and microwave in the lobby, and the overall quality of the amenities in the room made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Taking everything into account, I would gladly choose the Midori Concept Hotel again for my future visits to this city. It offers a pleasant and convenient stay for tourists, and with some minor improvements, it has the potential to become an even more exceptional choice.

Updated with Suite photos, there is a subtle but distinct mouldy smell in the room but all is well given the decor and usefulness of the room :) like a really really huge bathtub that’s so affordable!!! I really love the matching teacups that go with the decor and a complimentary snack and drink bar! Midori located at mount Austin is super convenient with rows and rows of eateries right outside the hotel. Midori operates it's own eatery so it was convenient we could get cutlery from them when we ordered in. The room was very clean, quiet and did not have a terrible smell. The room was very spacious too. But they provided soap, toothbrushes and toiletries, even room slippers. The bathroom drain was also quite poor at draining the water so there were times there was a flood. The bathroom floor can get quite slippery. The towels however were old and had lost its firmness. Something we observed is that the walls can be pretty thin and we heard noises from the other room, not that it was a huge bother to us. The air-conditioning was also very quiet. You can switch on and off lights and television with a panel beside the bed, very useful. The king bed was clean and comfortable. They even have charging outlets at the side of the bed! The deluxe king room was affordable and spacious. Overall, the decor is acceptable. WiFi was great inside and outside the room! Window view faces the forest so it was very quiet. The stay was very pleasant! Even taking a taxi outside the lobby was very easy. No comments about the parking as we do not drive.

Booked this hotel for one night. Really love this place. Hotel was really comfortable and luxurious. Equipped with a fridge! Not complaining for the price I’m paying. It’s near all the food places at Mount Austin. Definitely a steal! Book early to avoid disappointment especially during PH!

Amazing service, smooth check-in but soundproof of walls and ceiling isn’t good. Walking distance for food and entertainment. However, there’s faulty on the toilet bowl @ Room 108. We requested for a room change. Overall everything is good will be back again.

Aircon very bad . 17 temperature feel like 24 temperature... Windows curtains not match to cover properly early morning The sun was shining brightly and hot.

Fantastic service from staff and location is ok, near mount Austin so you can explore ikea etc. Only taking away one star because the room wasn’t very clean. Nonetheless will visit again!

The room was really clean and comfy! I wiped down the table surfaces when I checked in and there was barely any dust on the wet wipe. The floor and bathroom were pristine as well. There was some mold stains in the bathroom but the actual mold had been cleaned away. There was also no weird smell from the drainage or dust mites like some reviews had mentioned. Great location with lots of eateries and a KTV nearby :)

Room is very clean and price is affordable. Only bad side is it's not sound proof? When next door close their door, its quite loud from our room other than tat, it's all good

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the decor is fairly grand looking. However, the wallpaper looks fairly old possibly due to water seepage. The rooms at the back of the hotel faces the water park so you can view the rides from the room. The hotel is fairly far from the karaoke places and pub at Austin Hotel, so it is not as noisy. The hotel reception is courteous and friendly. They were very attentive and even spotted that we left the key card on the table and looked for us when we were back from dinner. There is a security guard in front of the hotel at night so parking in front is safe. The hotel is located next to the water park so it is convenient for those with kids to visit the water park.

Excellent location to stay, in fact after walking around the region, this feels like the cleanest and most decent hotel in the region. However we stayed in a corner room, the WiFi was non existent. Toilet a little small, otherwise great place to stay at. Amenities are plentiful, with loads of BBT stalls around, and good restaurants. Even an amazing massage place nearby (Borneo Oasis).

Booked a night's stay in the Suite Room. Bathroom was amazing like in the photos, though the room overall looks a little aged and rundown already. Hot water in bathroom not consistent, unable to fill an entire tub with hot water. Had some issues with the shower as well - when turned on, water comes out from both rain shower and shower head, and we could not get that fixed. There was no view for the window as well, it faces the hotel corridor. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. Friendly staff and efficient check in and check out. Great location to be beside the eateries and attractions at Mount Austin, rather than being in the middle of it all.

Room ok. Decent clean. Just a bit noisy especially when have customers walking at the corridor at night. Overall still ok.

The soundproof between wall and ceiling was bad. I was awake by the excessive housekeeping noise from next door, the hallway, and the room above (expecially they just let the closing mechanisms pull (slam) the door shut, rather than to hold the door as it closes). I would like to think they are very inconsiderate and rude.

This place was surprisingly extremely clean and the design concept of the hotel makes it unique. The hotel provides all necessary amenities from hair dryer, to towels, to shower necessities and even tooth brush/tooth paste. The hotel’s location is great for individuals who wants to explore Mount Austin! It’s very near popular hotpot, loklok and dessert places! There’s also the Austin’s Height Water and Adventure Park nearby and a supermarket for you to purchase any necessities. The reception staff is very polite and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you decide to explore Mount Austin!

Superb Value for Money! Hotel is very Clean, green and modern. Fuss free in checking in and out. Room is comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect! Friendly and great staffs working. Its very well located with lots of amendities nearby. Plenty of Awesome food, A Water park, family KTVs, cafes, and a super market (Jaya Grocer) are all within short walking distance. Highly recommended!

1 nights staying at this hotel, the interior really as per advertise however the cleanliness is very bad maintain, 1. ciggi ash dust can be seen at window area although in no smoking room 2. Dusty room in several places can be seen in photos 3. Partial clog sink as the water flow slow to discharge 4. Chair in poor cleaning condition 5. Mold sign in refrigerator 6. Soundproof for the room also very bad which you can simple hear people talk and tv sound Overall would said that is a great design for the interior however need to maintain the cleanliness of the room..
