I’m always on business trip to JB and stayed in almost all budget hotel around JB town. This is definitely the best I’ve stayed in and never moving to any other hotels. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Design is bright and nice. Price wise very affordable for this kind of room and service and most importantly cleanliness is tip top. Highly recommended.

Location is good, nearby alot of eateries and massage parlour. Room is also clean and reception is very friendly as well. Security is also very good since the entrance can only be accessible by room card.

Got the king size room 2. Really clean rooms with no musky smell with windows facing the road. Aircon and TV in good working order and a short walk to eateries and a 7 Eleven in the area. Would definitely come again.

Comfy room but a bit small...otherwise it was quite clean..worthy of another stay as its surrounding has great food shops..service was impeccable n helpful..

location of hotel is really good. there are many spas and dining options within walking distance. staffs are friendly and check in went smoothly. however the cleanliness that we were expecting after seeing the reviews was not there. first thing we saw upon entering the room was a dirty floor mat. but we managed to get it changed after approaching the staff. next the headboard of the bed was extremely dusty. we have a habit of cleaning the area we are sleeping before resting and the whole piece of wet tissue turned black 🥲 there are also several stains on the bedsheet which we decided not too think too much about it and just rest for the night. lastly, i don’t think this is common but there was a powdery mess near the tv cables which we assumed the previous guest made a mess and the staff didn’t see it while making the room. we got the room with no windows so the room is rather small. aircon is very strong but the vanes cannot be adjusted so the wind was kinda blowing full force in the face the whole night. but not complaining, ateast the aircon is working. water pressure and all is alright as well. just that the toilet sink is a little small.

I can't have a sweet dream with the height of the pillow. It's too high (4-5") and afraid not suitable for average height of Malaysian people. My wife need to bring up the pillow from my car. Sorry I really won't recommend for any friends that body height is below 175cm. Overall cleanliness and tidiness is good. Luckily it is. Or i will rated 1 star. Sorry.

Very quiet place at night and plenty of local delights nearby

Nice little hotel. I always like to stay here if the jam at the causeway is bad or when I want a massage at Thai imperial which is just downstair. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Ample parking lot below the hotel.

I don’t normally leave a review but Hotel Insuna is an exception. Very clean and affordable hotel located in JB Town Area. Cleanliness is perfect and bed is comfortable. Aircond is cold enough. Toilet and room very clean. I checked in very late and lucky night shift is very friendly and very brisk check in. Keep up the good work!

The room are clean and tidy. Affordable price. The design is modern. Friendly staffs. You don't have to worry about getting starve. Its surrounding with eatery place. Definitely will come back.

Has a nice and simple design. Clean smell and place, which even though basic requirements, most budget hotels can't even meet. Only complaint is that it can be a bit noisy.

Was greeted with a faulty door however staff was helpful and tried his best to resolve for us asap. Room was of a decent size but the smell of strong blench/chemical was too overwhelming. The rack on the washroom was broken and stains were seen on mattress. The pillows were too high for me even though I am 180cm tall. The worst part was when we were told to pay for RM10 for 1 towel after we asked for extra towels?! Never encounter this before when I stayed at our budget hotel. And the toiletries was shortage of 1 (there were 3 of us) didn't want to asked further after we were informed we need to pay for extra towels! The location was quite convenient. Nearby night market, petrol stations and walkable distance to KSL. Gave 2 stars because of the location and the staff that served us during our check in.

A small and budget hotel, however it is well maintained. Check in was hassle free. I've got a standard room, which has no windows as I requested for rooms that are not facing the road to avoid traffic noises. Beddings are well kept, clean and fluff. No odd smell, no stain and no dust. Shower cum toilet is small, just nice enuff to fit 1 person inside. But hey, no complaints for the price paid. In my opinion, one of the best you can get for the price as compared to others along the same street. Will recommend other to give it a try.

This hotel nice and clean the WiFi is very powerful can play game whole night won't jam good to stay .. only no movies channel below got spa and food massage very near to ksl next time plan to hoilday again

New and modern room with basic amenities

For the affordable price,it's clean,smells nice,quiet, everything works well,friendly accomodating staff,as shown as in picture,next to a Lavender outlet with Cafe,Family Mart and 7 Eleven nearby..WiFi was working excellently.Location about 10 mins from JB City Square and about 15 mins to Mid Valley.Thumbs Up for those looking for a quiet stay away from the crowd.Fastest Check in and Check out.

Just ended the stay at Hotel Insuna. Clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. Definitely the hotel I will be coming back to stay when I am at Tebrau area. My favorite theme and colour. Thank you for the wonderful and clean room.

Best boutique hotel in town. Good environment and ambience. Strategic location (easy access to KSL and Midvalley, as well as JB Sentral CIQ) and also with variety choices of eateries nearby. Definitely my first choice of staycation in JB and will introduce to friends & family. Most importantly, worth the money.

Newly renovated in Dec 2018, learned after chatting with the person (probably the boss) at the counter. He was very engaging and friendly. Decent hotel for a short stay overnight. Room is clean, tidy, and pleasant scent, especially the toilet- at least they intentionally put some form of purifier. Although I shouldn’t ask for much from budget hotel, but I’m pretty disappointed that the entire hotel doesn’t have a refrigerator to temporary store my cake. Will definitely be back if I’m back for a staycation (:

Great small hotel with beautiful room, great bathroom and good amenities. Bed firm and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Great places to eat nearby including 3 fantastic bakeries. Recommend the Indian restaurant next to 7 11 it has beautiful food.

Undervalue hotel. Treatment and facilities inside the room is like 4 star hotel. Highly recommended!
