A great mix of tenants. Everything you want to get, to entertain, relax, etc are all here. The number of shops is quite baffling and they provide choices for anything you want to do or eat. The pushcarts seem to decrease in numbers but probably will pick up. Can never get bored. Price is also reasonable mostly. Just a word of cautious is that some tenants have multiple shops. So for certain services, prices will be higher but probably worth it as they must be quite good to opening a few branches in one store?

Place: a run down mall, way past its prime, with poorly lit & dirty carparks. The stalls inside are being reduced to "hawker-style" stalls selling mainly computer, handphone or ornaments. There's surprisingly A LOT of hair salons & nail+eyelash beauty salons here, on EVERY FLOOR! Too many in fact accumulated in one place. Mainly caters to people who want to use the hair/manicure/pedicure salon, or eat in a restaurant that's here. They do sell things rather cheap here. They do have Lotus(previously Tesco), coffee bean and tea leaf, Watson, sports direct, ubiso, miniso, family mart, most of the major telcos, etc. So, it serves its purpose.

The shopping mall looks a bit outdated however don’t be mislead because it’s still a great place to come and do shopping, there is lots of shops and plenty of spas. In fact I was very surprised to see so many massage places in one shopping mall, I think it’s mostly designed for tourists from Singapore😏 all I could see is hair salons next to each other and varies massage places on different levels and some of them are open till 2am! I noticed Food is very cheap at the lower level and cinema!!!

The mall air conditioning system is pretty low and there are too many shops. You feel like no air conditioning 😕. In addition the saloon that do not want to get your business will ask you to come back in 4 months time. Be careful being fools by them. The saloon location is at ground floor and start with the letter M.

Great to visit KSL again after 2 years closed of the Sinagpore and Malaysia border due to the pandemic. Good to see that some shops are still in operation. New shop added like Lotus's.

NOTE” im resident this is the worst lift I’ve ever seen I got stuck inside the lift press ring after quite sometime then got people respond . We were trapped in the elevator. The person only responded to us once and then stopped contacting us. After that, the elevator kept vibrating up and down. We were very scared. The elevator maintenance man also told me that I would not fall. I thought to myself, if I were in a high-rise building, I would be doomed. I regret buying this place. The elevator is very bad. maintenance fee increase 50%？then what are you guys doing sleeping？ someone incharge please reply me

KSL Mall is a mall which has a bus from JB Sentral Terminal stop directly at its main gate and also goes back to JB Sentral Terminal. Popular with Singaporeans as the Lotus Supermarket shelfs most of the time is empty due to many Singaporeans coming here for their weekend groceries. There are a few small restaurants in this place and an indoor food court on basement level which tend to get smoky as ventilation at time is bad. The place is also full of hair salons, nail Palouse and plenty of family friendly Thai Massage place. Next to this mall is the KSL Resort Hotel and across the street is a nice restaurant with plenty of Chinese cuisine and open till late so no worries for food.

Many shops, restaurants, salons, supermarkets, and nail polish shops are here. It is good for girls but boring for the boys. Many young people walk here also.

First time here. although it looks older than the city square more, it feels more down to earth kind of shopping. Needless to say, it has all your everyday needs. Many eateries around the area too. Definitely good for frequent visit.

Shop at lever 3 infront of cinemas left hand side. Bad Service. Keep saying that open very long and have a lot of experience. I paste the phone protector for my phone Fold. They telling me no issue. After I choose the type of design they paste and tell me this material not suitable ask me change other design. After paste found that sticker keep open. Ask the person she say is my casing cause that issue. I remove the casing also same then she tell me is the phone issue. 🙄 all problems also blame the phone or case. Ask me to add $$$. Found that was a cheating shop.

It has lots of hair, nail salon, massage palor. A cinema and karaoke place. Some f&b with lots of phone accessories stores. Night market along the street only on Monday. Have a lotus supermarket too

Wang Ji selling traditional Bak tut teh and other dishes. Highly recommend! Tried their signature tofu and dry Bak tut. Really nice! Love the milky farm bubble tea shop located between the arcade and Wang Ji, their aloha drink is ice blended with red dragon fruit and mango Really nice!

I stayed at the KSL Hotel in JB and found its location to be excellent. However, the room could use some improvements, particularly the lighting in the bathroom. It would be great if they could make it brighter for a more comfortable experience.

comfy and nice... but there are no water hose or bidet. make it hard for my child to cleanup after do business at toilet. hope it will be there when i come here again.

This mall have everything, from meni pedi, hair treatment, fashion, food, hardware store, and more. A little dimly lit. There is a bus come and go directly from Johor Center 1.4 ringgit.

For the first after pandemic I can go to Johor Bahru,Malaysia again without PCR,quarantine etc.Every time go there,KSL City Mall is must visit place for me.I like shopping in Lotus's Supermarket that located in ground floor of this mall.This supermarket is very comfortable and the price is cheaper than others.Very recommended supermarket for you❤️💜❤️

A good place to visit if you are looking for bargains and walk around the surrounding area. There is a street food area in the basement level, but unsure if its temporary setup. Carpark is kind of dark, so do drive around for well litted lots.

An old mall but definitely pocket friendly as everything is cheaper than the other malls. There is ALOT of optical shops in this mall and also a huge lotus for grocery. Lots of electronics item for sale and clothings too. The claw machines are bad as they throw the soft toy back inwards when the claw reaches the top. It is impossible to get anything and a waste of money.

Super bad experience with one of the nail/salon service (Show Salon affilated with S Sebastian). They do not have the shop location on google maps. Was brought to Show Salon by one of S Sebastian stuff to do manicure, ask if able to do right away and claimed that able to. Subsequently, i was led to sit on chair & left waiting for 40 mins with no staff attending to me. Nobody told me abt the waiting time. Felt scammed to go to the shop, only to wait 40 mins with no service given. Vry unprofessional & discourage anyone who wants good service to go in there. Left in thre end without doing manicure. Waste of time. Will not return again.

Easily walking distance from the hotel to the shopping mall. There are various eateries. There are also various handphone accessory shop with very reasonable price.

Compact Shopping Mall. Everything available under one roof. Quite long queue for bus F100 when i arrived at 4pm due to rain & delay.

Love the addition of this new food street. However a number of stalls had closed down . Might need more publicity but the vibes are great. Updated review as the parking is too expensive compared to other malls.

I was pretty upset when i went there last week. Understand that MCO mostly the shops are close. But i just couldn't understand why is it the air-conditioning was off, the air ventilation was truly bad and it is heating. Pity those staffs that working there and been told the air-conditioning was off since MCO. It was my first time there, and it leave me a bad experience. Perhaps the management office could look into it.

Came for foot massage. Very good service. My tired legs get refreshed and reenergised. Fantastic service. Will come again to Relux Borneo. It will be good if they can add in a cup of warm lemon tea to complete the massage.

KSL CITY Mall is a new shopping paradise near Holiday Plaza. I like the place. We get a rest after the walk. Can't finish visiting the shopping mall because its real big. I eat Dunking Dollnut here. Its one of the most beautiful shopping in the city. I also eat chakueh. Subways sandwich also is here. Fish Market Restaurant is here too. Located in Johor Bahru city and can access to the heart of Johor Bahru, Johor. Malaysia. This is a tourist destination. All sorts of coffee shops are here. All sorts of Japanese restaurants. A ice skate park is here. McDonald's is just in front of the skate park. Many Pandora shops. The place is very crowded and a lot of Hypermarket is here. Upstairs are theatres and hairdresser. Many clothes shops. Many Japanese supermarkets. I bought a few items from the Japanese shop. The Japanese products are very good and cheap. Windows lifts with glass walls and exciting. Many tourists buses stop here. I ate at Lavender Bakery. I takeout at Season Bakery. I headed back home at 5 in the evening. Luckily its a sunny day. Welcome to Johor Bahru, Johor. This is by far one of the best shopping malls 🛍️🛒 in Johor Bahru. Love visiting this area for food, shopping and hanging out. Good location, they have indoor water theme park on top of building. Suitable for family trip. Can easily walk from hotel to mall if you get bored of staying in hotel. Spacious room, but the aircond quite noisy and tower 2 is a little bit hot due to sunset view 😵 Better asked for tower 1 if you wish to have a sea/Singapore view 😜

Great location to stay for a night for get away. Many food choices in the mall and around its vicinity.

1. Very bad smell at basement parking near hotel lift. 2. Should assign/allocate parking space/area for hotel guests. 3. Retail stores are not bad. Better choices.

Stay for 2 days here 20th Dec 2021. View was nice. Via leased apartment. 4 rooms 3 toilets. Full fasilities by owner. 3.5 stars for owner and 4 stars to KSL Resort. Got shopping mall under the resort. Easy access.

The mall just ok... dropped by as we stayed in the KSL Hotel which the check-in registration system was terrible. Clearly they were under manning. Only 3 counter open for checkin while they have 9 available counter in total... average waiting time is 1.5hours per person.. the queue was like twin snakes

This would be the place where you can go salon, nail polish, massage,food and such all for a good price. The hotel next to the mall is also worth for a stay

We love to travel there and eat enjoying the good food there. And stay there KSL Resort & Hotel for a Night sometimes. Was just there for 1 night 11/12/2023. Nice view room.

There are a lot of good stores here. I mean it has Family Mart, Watson's, Lotus, Coffee Bean, Starbucks, etc. The only problem is that it is the place at 10 and all the stores closes by 7:30. Pretty disappointing when you want to get dinner. And Breakfast too. It would have been nice if the coffeebean and Starbucks would open at 8. But they don't. The mall is also full of small booths and kiosks. Some people find it awesome (their packed streetlike food court is pretty interesting). But if you want a clean and exclusive and more spacious feel, Paradigm and Midvalley would be better.

If you like filthy, smelly, disgusting place this is the right place for you to shop. 10/10 for places that I will never enter anymore. I would rather drive 5 more mins to Midvalley Southkey.

Many shops for massage services.. you have to choose its wisely other wise it will be frustrated coz of the massage girl they from local semenanjung or sabahan and they just need money don't even care we pay them to give us good massage. 1 more thing the toilets that KSL provides just for those whose wash their ....... using tissue.. No water pipe looks like malay people go to overseas they have to bring water bottle😂🤣..Worst is the toilet really dirty...Please bring water bottles ya guys.

Handmade bubble tea that’s not so sweet and taste fantastic even when the ice melted. Need to be patient when waiting but it’s totally worth the wait. Highly recommended! Love their brown sugar milk tea 😍

We always frequent Ksl for manicure pedicure massage and hair salon services such as hair colouring and hair cut for both men and women. There is a good selection of food especially snacks like family mart, auntie Anne, Shih lin, and bakery shops. Always shop at their mr diy, daiso, and Watsons pharmacy too. Big stores and well equipped.

A superb location, check in and out is a breeze. Many nice local foods are just right outside the hotel. Hotel toliet is a bit old but acceptable since just a stay over 1 night. The aircon is noisy, especially when it comes to quiet night. Cleanliness is ok. There is no hand towels and slippers. The mini fridge is not working.

Best place for release stress

If you come here to get your phone or tablet fixed. This is one of the place for you other than Holiday Plaza. Parking on upper level and basement is seriously dark. The lights dont help at all. And if you pay using credit/debit card, please note they will "pre-authorize" or "hold" an amount of RM50 for 7 working days.

贪吃街 @ KSL It was around 8:45pm, most stalls at this food street were either closed or closing for the day. We settled with the stall hid in a corner. We ordered salted fish fried bee hoon and fried glass noodle. Each dish was at affordable price of RM11 (without service charge). Both dishes had "wok hey" and yummy. The stall owner was generous with the ingredients especially the salted fish. The stall helper was very friendly. He was apologetic to keep us waiting for about 15 min for the food. We found the glass noodle more sweet than savory. You may want to request for less sugar. We also ordered smelly tofu from another stall. Not that smelly. It was at RM12.

Vibrant and crowded after Covid. Lots of shops in massage hair styling and pedicure services on the upper levels. Handphone repairs and services are a big handful as well with many eateries inside and at the surrounding perimeter. A very popular haunt for Singaporeans and Malaysians alike due to close proximity to the custom checkpoint. Plus point is the upcoming Carton King is opening right next door to KSL next year which is tout as South East Asia first.
