It’s actually my 6th stay at this hotel. For the past few times it had been a great stay, hotel is considered clean, value for money, friendly & accommodating staffs. I regconize the staff by staying here. In the past i usually stay at the family tatami style room. However this time round we had to book a smaller room but would require tatami style as we are not travelling with our family. I have indicated in my booking request that i would require & explained to the hotel that i would need this tatami room as my babies will fall off the bed ( i wouldnt want them to fall to the ground) & this is the reason why i booked specifically this hotel. My request was approved & granted. They contacted me so urgently today to confirm what time is my check in today (weirdly?) i replied it should be after 10pm, we have arrived at 12am eventually. i tot they wanted to prepre for my check in, to my horror the room they given to us was not in tatami style, eventually after sorting out with them (they said there was alr no other rooms available & it wasnt in a good tone) we were told to top up for the tatami room bcus they said tge room is slightly bigger. We had no choice but to pay, but i only realised that the top up was for the exact room i requested for (????). Ok thankfully it was just rm5 top up, it was no issue. Thing is they couldve just note to us in the first place if any top up is needed for my request & not just brushing us off with “the request is subject to availability” when they alr have approved my request, if really there isnt anymore rooms then what should we do at 12am carrying 2 tired babies?

Eight Days Boutique Hotel - Deluxe King Room (Rm 206) - August 2023. I recently booked a one-night stay at the 8days Boutique Hotel, opting for their Deluxe King Room. My experience was quite pleasant overall. The room, had all the essential amenities and features that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The first thing I appreciated was the presence of windows and blackout curtains in the room. This allowed me to control the amount of natural light and get a restful night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with a hairdryer, which was a thoughtful addition for guests like me who prefer to travel light. The hotel also provided two bottles of drinking water, a kettle, and two packets of 3-in-1 coffee, which was a nice touch for a quick caffeine fix. The good working TV with several watchable channels kept me entertained during my downtime. The air conditioning in the room was both quiet and powerful, ensuring that the temperature remained comfortable throughout my stay. The well-ventilated bathroom was stocked with general toiletries, and I appreciated the provision of two sets of slippers for the shower. The bathroom had both an overhead shower rose and a shower hose, providing flexibility in showering preferences. The entire room was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleased to find no lingering cigarette odours, indicating a smoke-free environment. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues during my stay. There was an absence of hand soap at the basin, which I found a bit inconvenient. Additionally, despite confirming with the hotel's online 'Quick Chat' that a mini-fridge was available, I discovered that the room did not have one upon check-in. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would rate my experience at this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The positive aspects, including the comfortable and well-equipped room, quiet air conditioning, and cleanliness, outweighed the negatives. If I return to the area, I would consider booking this hotel again. With a few improvements in the mentioned areas, I believe it could offer an even more exceptional stay experience in the future.

Stayed in tatami double room with TV, aircon, strong waterflow from heater and free toothbrushes and bottled water.

Counter customer service is super good and vert friendly.This hotel is a wouderful hotel . very near JUSCO TERBAU shopping centre and will recommend fren, relative come this hotel.This hotel only 1 word good

Sashi the reception guy good service, although room is a little bit old but it’s clean and comfort.. keep it up .. there’s a lots of shops nearby which easily can reach food or convenience, pharmacy , important is there’s PARKING around!

This was a very cute room I booked. Small but I felt safe travelling here. They had a great massage nearby and 7-11 as well! I enjoyed the customer service helpful staff and clean rooms with a nice toilet. Surprised me :)

The hotel cleanliness and hygiene was beyond expectation. Very well maintained of hygiene as the staffs ensures our safety and hygiene. The front desk reception staffs are very professional and pleasant especially the lady who looks like a portugese with our needs and ensured safety.if i still remember her name Syama. Thank you to the management for having such a wonderful team. Will recommend to my friends. Shall return to this lovely place. Keep up the good work. Bravo !

No frills accomodation. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially David who tries his best to make us feel at home. Always wears a smile on his face.

Room is consider clean, front desk is polite. But middle of the night might have some smoke smell from other room and their soundproof is very bad. At night couldn’t sleep coz uncle next door talk so loudly. We only managed to sleep around 12.30am coz uncle finally keep quiet. In the morning I wake up at 7.30am thanks to uncle too! He been trying to wake his roommate up but for at least 15mins!! So angry that I nearly go over and tell him that I wake up alr. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Bad and unlucky experience for me I guess. But the room is acceptable for just RM95 per night for deluxe twin.

My stay was wonderful, room was appropriate for the price, front desk person that attended to me was David, he was professional and polite and made sure my request was fulfilled! Thank you David. Will definitely stay here again, if I come by this area again. There are restaurant nearby here too

The good: - good location, being in the Mt Austin area. Many eateries around! - value for money: standard room with very basic amenities -- works well if you're not looking for a fancy place to stay the night The negatives: - walls and doors are not sound-proof; heard bangings and staff talking outside. It made restful sleeping difficult. - some patches of the toilet wall were moldy The neutrals: - staff didn't ask whether we wanted a smoking or non-smoking floor

Value for money for work related travellers. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean even get a small safe in the room.

This is our panel hotel. So far the service was excellent and respond at time need. Room also was convenience and price affordable with room rate. Will continue let our guest experience their services soon

Ok good. The room however is quite small and the hot shower wasn't that hot. Just lukewarm. Other than that ok. The place is near with many eateries.

The receptionist Ms Shaym was very attentive and helpful, she even offered me hair dryer before I even ask and greet me when I passed by the counter before I leave for work. Great Hospitality, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. Will consider to come back again! Thank you ☺️
