Quite a huge joint, very cozy, and this place exudes some kind of warmness - Nice 😍👍. Usually I get a Venti frap before hitting the highway to KL. Once I tried the lunch set, so worth it - rm21 for Venti sized Frappuccino and a meal. The baked teriyaki is my favorite. They make the best Dark Mocha I think. It is crunchy with generous amount of chunky bits of chocolates. The sweetness is just nice too. 😍😍😋😋 I will give this place a 5 star if it is not because of the not so good baked teriyaki dish - the bread was toasted quite long in the oven, resulting half of the bread becoming very hard and crunchy 😖. Adding to the grief, the teriyaki sauce was used very sparingly - could only taste it towards the end (depending where you start munching 😂). It wasn't that bad as I described it 🤪, but I had my expectation high😠. The best I had was in Starbucks Petronas after Sg besi toll heading to JB.

Nice and cosy atmosphere, reasonably clean, staff serve with a smile (generally). Ask for Resident discount if you stay within Setia Tropika. This Starbucks outlet is medium sized. The drive thru to Starbucks can actually create a traffic bottleneck in the mini commercial area. The outlet is situated just besides the NS Highway with access from / to the Highway.

Needs improvement. Many beverages left uncapped for over 6 mins before hand over to customer. Long waiting for majority customers. Ice slightly melted and drinks dilluted. I ordered frap without cream, turns up with cream. It should be remake but just scrap off the top and hand over. Sorry, it should not be this way.

Went for drive thru, no queue and don't have to wait for long. Often have 1 for 1 by Starbucks (every outlet). Staff very friendly and efficient. Order was all correct and the wait time was short. Got the mushroom danish, very yummy. They heated it up without me requesting. Great customer service there 🙏🏻

Good ambience. Provide indoor and outdoor space for dining. Have a very plenty of seatings. The staff is so friendly even me myself a village boy come with kampung looks, ordering the drink using malay terms🤣 Will definitely come again!

Quite relaxing and chill starbucks and it has been my favourite place to hang out since my study years. It feels good to come back again here after so long and staff were accomodating in drive thru although expect some delay during promotion hours .

All awesome, just some of cakes doesn't suit me as for me the taste it too sweet.

Been here many times. It was fine during normal day. But during sales, order queue can be very very long. Last time I went during 11/7 sale: -Wait 1 hr without notice of long queue from staff. - 1 of my drink end up with no whip cream bec no stock anymore. Even though I paid for frappe. -Venti cup was out of stock. -So noisy like mamak. -Drinks were sloppily made. My other drinks becomes too watery & 1 drink got melted whip cream. It’s time SB upgrade ordering system to digital ones like Mixue, Cha time, Tea live are doing. Just paste the sticker & call by order number; no need for handwriting which makes ordering very slow. The barista also don’t have to shout every time drinks need to be collected.

I always go Starbucks with my husband our kids, but mostly I will order coz he don't know. So then we go using drive thru, I'm saying properly buts they did not get my order. Seems like they mention other item that is not Starbucks product n I have to shout just because operator says she can't hear me. When we are at the collection stop, few people staring at us and one of them asking about drive thru sticker and the other one more person telling that the driver should make the order not the passenger. It doesn't make sense right, that we have to follow your instructions...🤬 Just to let u guys know, I'm Starbuck partners too. But not working in Malaysia, we did not train ourself to behave like that to our customer. The way they staring at us n the way they talk to us, is unacceptable

The barista know the drill! Just ask what recommended. Got drive thru here.

Very bad wifi speed here. Not prefer for those looking for good internet connection here.

Alhamdulillah, big applause to all starbucks staff setia tropika for honesty & kindness. My purse hv been left out because of my careless. Then, and a few hours later I noticed that my purse missing, I called the setia tropika starbucks premise either they have seen my purse, and then one of the employee said yes, my purse is there and after I took it back, the employee held and returned my wallet in good and safe condition. Thank you for the commitment and honesty setia tropika starbucks employees. You all deserve to be praised ❤️

Very slow service! i waited 20minutes for 2 drinks on drive thru. There’s no car queue. Only my car waited for my drinks. Please improve your service

Don't know it's new guy or what. Drinks are extremely diluted no taste. Pls train staff properly

Music is way too loud. Only playing one artist which is fine, but doesn't give off coffee shop vibes. You can't even chat, hold a conversation or even do work in Starbucks, over this loud music. Asked the staff to turn the music down but was informed it was set. Ruins the whole experience & mood. Ordered a cappuccino with almond milk. Coffee is alright. Nothing extraordinary.

5th times to this place. Very quiet n lively.

I am a regular to this store bcs my workplace is near. But rarely got a nice treatment. Most of the time, there would be no thank you or good gesture from the barista and managers. Except for one, En. Aidil always treated me with the best service. Other barista and even managers should learn how to serve your customers from him. Hopefully, the service can be improve in the future.

Lately they open late. 8.10am still cannot make order drive thru.

If you’re buying grande drinks please make sure you check BEFORE paying bcz sometimes they will charge venti price… Dunno if this is on purpose or purely accidental but RM 1 is still money lorr… I kena 3-4x already.. 😕

Imo, they should own their own building la. I cant stand the sesak during peak hour due to their drive thru queue is too long up until the bank near coffee bean🥴🥴🥴

Poor customer service. Came on 11/9/21 and we need to wait a few minutes 'tercegat' there while waiting them to take our order without any word, even they are not busy that time. staff named Dilla take our order really sombong and nak tak nak je.
