Super poor build quality, floors not even, plus leaking. Very bad smell near the lift cause rubbish room near the lift each floor. The lift always break down, the access card won’t function. For just vacation still can consider, for rental or buy the property I don’t think it’s worth. Add on some new stupid rules: Can’t cycling around the area, it’s only for outsiders walking or do business!! Can’t bring kids go to gym, even parents bring kids can’t enter. Visitors have to pay RM20 for car parking if park 1 day to visit us!!!!

The only great thing about this place is the view. The security and rules is bizarre. Only one access card for one unit so travelling with group is extremely complicated. The pool has limit to 4 person per unit which is ridiculous if you are travelling in large family. The building itself looks like an abandoned building with no proper maintenance. Money spent staying here is better spent somewhere else. There's a ton of better place than this one. Avoid at all cost.

This apartment unit from Royal Strand@Country Garden Danga Bay exceeded my expectations on almost all counts. Other than the lift lobby cannot find, the facilities and the view of the sea is amazing. It faces Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve Lim Chu Kang and it has been excellent in terms of the facilities of the apartment. See the photos for yourself.

If you are planning to buy or rent a place here, please think twice , if can kindly look for other apartment. No where near to a 5 star facilities exc for the location. Management sucks big time as everyday we are encountering a lot of issues and mostly are recurring problems. The occupants here are not friendly and you can see racism happening in the community. This includes the management as well. From my experience, even a high density 3/4 stars condominiums have a better management. You can come here for short stays/ airbnbs, certainly not for own stay or long stays. Don't get cheated by the high rating.

The only good thing about it is its location. Parking was superbly confusing. So does the lift and card access system. Difficult to retrieve food delivery because there is no proper lobby. The view of Lido Beach is nice, but Lido Beach itself is not the greatest looking beach. Good windy place. Expensive compared to others.

Management really bad service, put deposit for lorry on 27 then i come collect 2 march still need to wait to long until technician come check. Management should check after lorry settle on 27 not when residents come to collect deposit on that time management ask to wait for technician check the lift 🤦🏻‍♀️ I already stay few condo before this also easy settle. When i come, management just give the deposit back & sign form receive collect deposit…

We had an amazing stay at this condo , booked from Airbnb the host house was good and each unit here provides an amazing view of the water. The place is easily approachable and have 3-4 marts nearby which are open 24 hours. Sharing some pics from 19th floor.

Nice apartments for a very good price with great view and plenty to do around. Issues are a bizarre system for accessing the gym, pool and games room amenities which requires signing out a card and then showing this card to a guard and signing another document. Overkill and makes it a tedious experience. Also a one card system for accessing buildings which makes staying in groups a difficulty unless you always do everything together. Finally, our apartment was full of ants that would get at anything left sitting for a short amount of time.

Relaxing waterfront view and city view. Convenient location, plenty of food stalls and shops including a few operating 24 hours. Balentimes mall just across the road. Drive to JB city centre and Paradigm mall is just about 10-15 mins away.

Quite place for stay vacation. Abit far from town, but if you enjoy authentic Chinese food. You can find few China Chinese restaurants and supermarket beside local favourites like roti canai and teh tarik.

the apartments are nice, but be warned for those planning on getting an airbnb or booking a homestay here, the management is horrible and wouldn’t let visitors come in even when the resident holding the key has repeatedly told them to let us through. far worse was when we left separately and our party didn’t have the scan card, they didn’t even want to let us out which is ridiculous. they say its for ‘verification’ when we’ve already verified ourselves when entering, absolutely atrocious management and security system.

Royal Strand - Country Garden Danga Bay (JB) Airbnb managed by Stayrene Management sdn bhd. Booked a few units of airbnb. 2 units floor dirty. Telco line is weak. Toilet in master bed room not function (Unit 10A-39-03A). Parking layout is confusing. Stayrene customer service asked us to share outside toilet with other tenant. To us this is lousy service by Stayrene. Not professional. And shall not stay in this area and also we shall not engage this Stayrene management service anymore. 2 star rating.
