I went to meet Dr. Lim for diagnosis and I am truly shocked by how she treated her patient. During the whole examination, she kept shouting at me literally non-stop even though I already follow her instructions. Totally no sympathy toward her patient and being so rude at me. As a patient, it is normal that I am scared and worried about my own condition. But instead of consulting and solving my problems, she kept shouting and making me even more nervous. And also, she is not gentle when she handle my private parts. I pay the costs, so I don’t know I am paying for the services or what…. I am strongly not recommended anyone going to this clinic, it is the worst experience that I had ever encounter in my life! If you want to come here, do consider first!

Brought my wife to meet Dr Lim for a diagnosis as she's having irregular menses and agonizing pain. I wouldn't doubt her experience as a gynae but the way she handles her patients is a serious question. Continuously shouting to my wife to follow her instructions, utterly invasive through her check up without any warnings and lack of explanation during scanning made us felt that it was the worst encounter we've ever had with a healthcare service provider. My wife is completely traumatized by the experience she had and would stay away from gynaes at the moment. I am angry and honestly disappointed that a gynae that handles private parts is not gentle but instead, plain rude.

A waste of our two hours and money! Dr Chia and his nurses was rude and didn't solve our problem. Went to another gynaecologist. Never ever going back here.

Literally not help at all...Dr Lim is treating me so rude like I am her enemy 🙃🙃Totally don't understand why u treating your patients so rude when helping your patients is just what they need. I pay for the bills u know, not like it is free

Awful service, lack of empathy. My mother has a pretty urgent situation and went for a pap smear test. When the result is out and my mum asked for the result, the nurse replied 'the doctor has yet to read the report', my mum tried again after an hour only to get the same reply. Understand that the doctor might be occupied, but how hard is it to take 5-10 minutes to read the report so that you can calm your patient down. As a son, I would not recommend going to such clinic which has failed to show sufficient amount of empathy.

Rude Mrs.doctor.so dissapointed attitude. She tell me "I don't have enough time to talk" supposed to go back already""... She tell me ok ok, you go lyedown, like she so rushing.. haiiizzzz what an Experience super disappointed:(.. never ever going back again anymore;(

Dr. Chia is a very experienced doctor. Without him, I might be losing my life or my 2nd bb might be in danger due to losing blood during the labour process last year. I really appreciate his effort and patience!!

Quick ok..mine is Doctor lim help checking, she ask any question you must answer correctly then she can give you right recommend. Fare to charge 5star plus like

Very dissappointed with their service.I went there for check up after my miscarriage.Dr Lim was quite rude and strict towards me during the check up.The journey of meeting doctor felt worst than my miscarriage.

Bad service... I don't know why the doctor mad on me becoz i use to do upt too early... 😂😂 i pay the cost so.. It's up to me if i want to check or anything.. Hmmmm
