The staff are polite and patient.They give us good service and give instruction correctly especially the staff Prakash and Gohkulan.The room of computer-based test is clean,light and cool.The sound of the earphone is clearly and the computer also run good for answer the question without any lagging.Anyway,IDP Johor Bahru is a good place to take an IELTS test.It is a nice experience for me.

I had an excellent experience here while I was taking an IELTS Test. The staff were friendly and approachable, they helped clear any doubts I had. All the instructions were given in detail by the invigilator before each test started. It was a good environment as the test hall for the computer-delivered test was well-equipped, hygienic and silent.

IDP staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I would given them 5 stars if it was't for this horrible shipment company called City Link Express. I couldn't take my result from the IDP office directly (Covid) therefore they send my result through City Link Express. It took two weeks and a lot headache from me to finally get my shipment. IDP management if you are reading this change that. Dear test taker, ask IDP before you pay the exam money how will you get your official result? If they say you can take directly from their office, cool if not ask them which courier they are using? if they are still using City Link Express only and no other options don't take the exam here go to British Council. You will thank me latter.
