The layout of the room is alright. A small room that has what you need. Pillow is yellowish.. i doubt they change it diligently after each stay. Doesnt smell good too. I can hear my neighbours bathing as early as 5am. Knocking sounds everywhere can be heard too. Breakfast is just soso, not impressive at all. There is only 1 live station i.e eggs. And it took very long to serve 1 customer. Definitely not express service.

Rooms are just nice with bodywash, shampoo and all other amenities provided. Breakfast was good with options but the egg station had a queue on both days as there was only one chef making eggs on one pan. There is a dryer and washing machine with iron board on the second floor. You will need to purchase tokens to use the washer and dryer from the front desk. Each token is RM10. Location is a bit far out from the city centre but grab is quite accessible and the journey to the malls are quite near also. This is a good option if you want to stay away from the city centre with no frills.

Comfortable Hotel for a quick stay and relaxation. Nice location. Breakfast was simple and fine. But almost same..every alternate day. I wished they included fried noodles or even Fresh omlettes in their menu. Sadly i stayed 3 days and did not see it. Rooms were great, beds were great.. but.. their toilets are meant for just 1 single person in a room. The Toilet Doors has 1 inch gap and anyone can easily see me while showering or even...while on toilet bowls. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ..

This hotel is strategically located near the causeway, making it easy for business travelers wanting to go to Singapore but not staying there. It is in a more quiet part of Johor Bahru, so less need to deal with bustling noise from the roads. The room I got is a double bed with enough space to do simple work, just enough for business travellers who want to sleep for the night, and not spend too much time in the room. The check in staff were very helpful and courteous, so check in and out was a breeze. For the price paid, I reckon it is enough for the short stay.

We travelled as a family of 4 so the 2 bedroom suite was just nice for us. The 2 bedrooms are made up of 1 queen bed and another room of 2 single beds. Rooms were small but had all the basic amenities of wardrobe, sufficient hangers, bedside power points and table for each side of the bed which was very important, and a bedside digital clock. The beds were clean and had soft or firm pillows to choose from. The living area was small and had a long sofa bed. A small pantry area comes with a microwave, an electric flask and a fridge with cups and utensils provided. Everyday, we were provided with 4 bottled water. Shower and toilet are separated with a wash basin outside. This is good as we can all take turn to wash up and use the toilet. Basic toiletries and Dove shampoo and shower cream provided. Overall, a clean place to stay and worth the price. Only gripe is location a bit far from the eateries. Toilet and bathroom doors had a gap not totally sealed.

Small room but size is good for two people only. If bring baby, better get the bigger room. Small space to walk side by side. Room very clean and smell good. TV functioning, mini fridge bar and hair dryer is provided. Basic toiletries also provide. Water pressure in the toilet is really good and satisfying. They have separate toilet. Just the buffet for breakfast, they need to improve the menu and sitting table. Raya season a lots people stay and food not enough. Some of guests need to wait empty table to eat and this is supposed not happen. Kept it up to provide good service. I like the lobby area. Very spacious.

This quiet little hotel is only 15 minutes walk to little India and city square mall. It comes at a much cheaper rate than those around and offers 2 bedroom family rooms at an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was very good. My only issue is that I had a bit of difficulty trying to get an extra towel.

An affordable price to stay for a few nights in Johor Bahru, the location of course is a bit more far from the city than the normal Holiday Inn but if you have no problems walking a bit, it's a very good choice for Holiday Inn express standard(or it's easy to take grab here) The room is okay, small but clean but the only big issue is you can hear everything from the next rooms or outside. Breakfast is better than we expected for the express ones. More choices even though the quality is just standard. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The hotel is relatively new. The environment is cozy and comfortable equipped with spacious lobby, sofa and chairs. Nearby ammeties such as JB city square, JB Sentral and banks are within 15 mins walking distance. Rooms are not spacious but is good enough for 2 pax. The Aircon is very cooling and I love the unique design in which - shower room, toilet room and washing basin are separated according to individual needs. As far as breakfast is concerned, there isn't much variety of food.. but enough for visitors who wishes to have a mix of local and western food. Overall cleanliness and staff's service level is above average.

We booked a family suite. An ideal choice for us. Our kids loved it. Small living room but you can fit 5 adults comfortably with sofa bed. The breakfast was delicious mixture of local and continental foods. Friendly receptionist. Parking is just around the corner. A good choice for city travelers due to its location.

Frankly some of the reviews here may not be true. Location wise is at the government area with no amenities. Hence, those reviews citing 5/5 definitely are suspicious. In terms of transport it is easy to get them to go to city - 5minutes drive. We enjoyed thoroughly at the hotel with well Maintained gym. Breakfast is recommended with eggs station - not bad taste. Overall, quite fine and clean hotel

A real value for money. Location is excellent for those who make a day trip to Singapore as one of the agenda, because JB Sentral can be reached in a mere 10-minute walk from the street at the back (thanks to the guy at the front desk who informed us of this shortcut). The queen bed room is small but has everything we needed. We found it squeaky clean upon checking in. Breakfast spread was not the most complete but adequate for us and the taste was not disappointing at all. Staffs were super friendly and helpful.

Very nice clean hotel with a very welcoming staff. It's a very good stay and everything pleasant. But location is a bit off, nothing the local Grab cannot manage. They have 2 entrance one main drop off and one rear carpark entry. So need to be specific where you want to be picked up.

Title: An Unforgettable Stay at Holiday Inn I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn and I am compelled to express my absolute satisfaction with the exemplary experience I had. From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was greeted by the heartwarming hospitality of the Holiday Inn team. The front desk staff was not only friendly, but also remarkably competent and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Throughout my stay, the team demonstrated an extraordinary level of customer service, anticipating and catering to my every need. Their attention to detail, genuine warmth and dedication to service added a personal touch that truly sets them apart. The quality of the room surpassed all expectations. The dΓ©cor had an inviting, modern flair, and it was evident that meticulous thought was put into the design. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that provided a wonderful night's rest. The amenities were well-appointed and generous, making the space feel like a home away from home. It was clear that Holiday Inn's commitment to quality and comfort extends to every facet of their guest rooms. In terms of my overall stay, I must say that the Holiday Inn has refined hospitality to an art. From the excellent customer service, to the top-notch room quality, to the little touches that enhanced my stay, each element was carefully crafted to create a memorable guest experience. Holiday Inn's team didn't just provide a service, they created an atmosphere of warmth and made sure I felt valued throughout my visit. I felt reassured knowing that I could count on them to address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. This kind of service is what keeps me loyal and will undoubtedly draw me back for future stays. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone seeking a relaxing stay backed by superb customer service and exceptional room quality. It is the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression, reminding us of the beauty of traveling and the comfort of feeling at home, even when we are miles away. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their efforts and dedication. Their exceptional service is a shining example of what all hotel experiences should aspire to be.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Johor Bahru for four nights in May and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff who were incredibly kind and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service. I was so impressed that I asked for their names, and I would like to give a special shoutout to Amnan, the Duty Manager, and Mr. Vincent, the Assistant Room Division Manager. They truly deserve top marks for their cool and energetic approach to customer service. To my surprise, I also had the pleasure of meeting Miss Sumitha Sharlet Andy during my stay. It was a delightful experience to be warmly greeted by someone unexpected and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were comfortable, although I found the bed to be a bit small for my dad bod. It was a queen size bed instead of a king size bed, which would have been more spacious. The water pressure in the shower and the bum gun (shatafa or bidet sprayer) was a bit low, but it was still functional. One thing that stood out was the size of the shower, which was absolutely huge. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a man ten times my size, a veritable giant. I was quite impressed with this feature. I appreciated the daily supply of bottled water and the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. Although I didn't make full use of the breakfast due to my personal preference for skipping breakfast, it was a nice gesture and added value to my stay. The availability of sufficient plugs in the bedroom to power my devices was a convenient aspect. It ensured that I could easily charge my gadgets without any hassle. My only regret is not taking an epic selfie in the lobby. I guess I'll have to plan another visit to the hotel to capture that memorable moment. As a pro tip, I would like to mention that the towels are located inside the shower stall behind the door. It took me a while to find them, so this information might be useful for future guests. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Johor Bahru was positive. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near the Singapore border made it a great choice for my stay. I would consider returning in the future.

Booked this place as we wanted to a room big enough for 4 persons. Overall a good hotel with breakfast included. Staff are also friendly and assisted with our request promptly every time. However, location isn’t exactly the best and not very convenient. There are also no shops or things near the hotel so do get everything you need before you return. That said, for its reasonable price, I would still strongly consider the hotel for my next stay in JB.

Very friendly service orientated hotel. Had enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and toilet has no foul smell. Free breakfast served. Only issue is the location but free shuttle bus provided to some nearby location or can just call for a grab ourselves. Pleasant stay.

Located strategically in the middle of JB city, it is easily accessible with free parking provided. Guests will first be greeted by their superbly friendly and professional front office team and this marks the start of a great stay. The room I booked was the Deluxe suite and it came with amenities like a microwave, fridge and kettle. The gym operate 24 hours a day and complimentary breakfast is provided. The only reason a star was deducted was the lack of a swimming pool and the somewhat creaky aircon. Overall a great stay and will definitely be back again.

Just expect to get what you pay for - rooms are adequate and basic. Great for those on a budget and just require a place to sleep in. Good thing is that hotel interior feels fresh since it is rather new. However unfortunately our initial basic room had bugs on the walls and was subsequently upgraded to a suite, which was miles larger and more comfortable. Breakfast was just alright too. The male front desk staff is very responsive and chirpy which we truly appreciate!

Overall the location is accessible by vehicle is better choice especially nightfall. The surrounding are quiet as offices closed. Clean and tidy room without bad odours . Toilet is large. Location at proximity has no shop or restaurants but can order via hotel. Nearest restaurant recommended is wood fire which serve nice Grilled lamb ribs. Laundry is available and RM10 per cycle Small gym room available with treadmills and free weights etc Free parking , just validate the card at counter which 24x7. For parking, need to drive to the back of hotel to access. Breakfast included from 6 to 10am.

It's 4 star for a 3 star hotel. Front desk manager was polite and welcomed me very warmly. Free parking. Free breakfast. Simple rooms feels a little old scuffed up some parts. No marble or veneer carpentry, 3 star hotel don't expect too much. Good value 15k points for 1 night suite.

Short 5-10 minute drive from CIQ area, rooms were clean with bottled water provided. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially at the breakfast. Breakfast was catered to local taste profile with a good variety of beverages provided as well. They even had a separate dining area and options for IHG members! Hotel provides shuttle bus to and fro City Square Mall twice daily as well. Excellent value for money!

Booked Room 701 (Suite) for a 1 night stay. A very nice room with many amenities available. Breakfast also available. Staff at check-in very friendly and we were able to get free parking throughout our stay. The view is decent, nothing to write home about. The shower room, however, has a major flaw, in the fact that there is not much room to place clothes, and the lock was not functioning (at least for room 701). Toilet door is rather hard to lock too (at least for room 701). A rather good room to book, but do take note to book during off peak season such as during the school term, as the prices can skyrocket during school holidays and long weekends

Checked in late at 11.30pm on 28 Dec and was greeted warmly by the manager Fadhli (hopefully I got his name correctly). He was very patient in addressing some of the concerns we had and was swift with the check in process. I love his smile, it really made me feel very welcome. Even though the hotel is only a 3 star hotel, it is evident that they are providing 5 star hotel quality service. Rooms are relatively well maintained, clean and smells great! I could not hear others from the other rooms, so I'd say it's quite sound proof.

A very satisfying stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Located less than a Km from the border crossing. Room was cozy, but very clean and efficiently designed. I do like how the toilet, shower, and sink are all separated. Breakfast Buffet is tasty and a great way to sample a greater variety of delicious Malaysian foods (food is labeled too so can be googled). Staff was friendly and informative, particularly Yusri (Assistant Food & Beverage Manager) who took the time to explain the origins of foods and gave us thoughtful advice on our vacation plans. I really had a great time there.

Location is very convenient for Singaporeans but service is non existent. Don't even have someone to help with luggage. Room service called for water for kids and water never came. Room walls very thin.. Can help people plugging their things into the wall and when neighbour using toilet the pipe running sound is so loud. Also poorly designed. On 1 TV then all 3 will turn on. I think the worse feeling is all the staff look so unhappy working here except one guy who delivered ice to us. Thks

Two suit room is spacious . Bed linen is comfort. Location wise to government department. Near to city with own transport. Convention center just right behind the parking . One thing is we get lost to get to the parking floor . If the toilet didn’t come with the bad odor then i will give 4star . Sadly even we told the room seevices abt that they just spray some powder instead do a clean wash. I suspect they just mop the floor with the same mop therefore apparently not consider its wash. End up i had to spray the toilet all by myself include the toilet bowl, the wall, the toilet hole and toilet floor and let it dry for the days before we went out and voila we came bck and the odor is gone. So this mean the toilet is only wipe instead wash . If its wash meaning its dont come With the bad smell tho. Breakfast is better than kl holiday inn express at least with egg station. The mini croissant is good surprisingly .

Positives first: 1. Staff were friendly and very helpful 2. Rooms and common areas very clean 3. Ample parking space and complimentary We took the 2 bedroom suite which only has one shared open concept bathroom, not suitable if you are travelling with friends. Bedroom size is small and sitting area minuscule, there are ample tv’s though. The water pressure is good and air-conditioning works well. Breakfast was not great but acceptable, check out was smooth. Given 3 stars overall because in my opinion for the price point expected more. If the price was maybe 10-15% cheaper than it would be 4 stars. With other choices available in JB probably won’t stay here again unless we have to.

10 to 15 mins walk to / from City Square (downhill to / uphill from City Square). Skip the malls and walk around Jalan Trus which you'll pass on the way to City Square, lots of great dining options there! Located in a quiet area surrounded by offices, school and woods, so sleep unaffected by surrounding noise is almost guaranteed (not considering your partner's snoring). Room is clean and comes with adequate amenities. Staff is great (lobby staff were amazing! Apart from the warm greeting and efficient service, guests who had to stay for extended period at the lobby were offered drinks - something even 5 star hotels might not do), parking is convenient in hotel's own carpark. Hotel lobby is spacious and has work stations! What I really love is the 24hrs gym and hearty, tasty breakfast - a treat at this affordable room rate!

This place is fantastic! It’s newly renovated and the rooms are very comfortable, very clean. The staff is wonderful and it’s only a 5 minute walk or 11rm grab ride from the city walk mall straight west. Very easy

Very pleasant stay. The room is clean and very cosy with complete toiletries provided. The Front Desk staff is super friendly; the breakfast is fulfilling and savoury enough to make a satisfying meal. The only thing is that it is slightly out of the way than other hotels, but within walking distance to JBCS/JBCC. Overall, good value for money and would highly recommend!

Check was smooth. Nice frontdesk staffs. Being an IHG affiliate, of course, the aesthetic of the hotel is also great. Room was smaller than usual for Malaysia standard hotel room size but it was clean, and cozy. The toilet and shower rooms were separated. Very clean and silky smooth bed linen! Have 4 pillows with soft and firm selection, so that's definitely higher than a 3-star hotel standard! Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed l. I could hear the neighbour running the shower, and their talkings in the middle of the night. But, as the name suggests, it's probably best only for a short stay. Location is ok if you are driving. I dont think it's walkable from JBCC or is it safe to walk through the area! Parking Tips. - Waze / GMaps towards Jalan Datuk Dalam for their parking entry. - DO NOT park at the gated TNG parking next to it, i was charged RM10 for just 2 hour park cause i couldnt find the back entrance (Jl Datuk Dalam)

I visit during weekends, surprised it is not so crowded during check in. The hotel overall is spacious, so I booked a family suite. Got a double bed, 2 single beds and one sofa bed, the price I pay is worthy as it comes with a breakfast. The breakfast choice does not say so much of choice but is acceptable. Do come early to avoid a long queue. Overall the staying experience is very good. One thing bad is the hotel is located out of the city area, other is not a big issue. I would recommend to stay in again if you visit jb area.

Stayed for a night in June 2023. No nearby amenities that you can walk during the evening. Quiet environment after office hours. But the rooms are good enough for a good night sleep. Provides simple buffet breakfast to kickstart your day. With coin laundry and a small gym. Not fancy 5 star hotel but as an IHG hotel, the standard is there. Will stay again.

I have returned to this hotel as my experience has been great so far. It is located a little outside of the main bustle, but it’s an easy walk to Sentral. (Head to the back of the hotel, up towards the Convention Centre and go down the slope). The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle if you prefer. The breakfast spread is surprisingly good for the room rate. Cereal station, breads and spreads, hot porridge, hot breakfast foods (both local and western), fruits, and even a live egg station - which was luxurious. Rooms were of a very good size and clean. The suite came complete with bar fridge, kettle, and microwave oven. Wall outlets were modern, with integrated direct USB sockets. At my most recent stay, the counter staff were new but the Assistant Rooms Manager Vincent came out to attend to the booking personally and demonstrate patiently to the staff. It was a great experience to see that the management cares.

The hotel is good including the room, although the room a little small. However it have most of the stuff you need including fridge. Only complain is there are some ants in the hotel room. It comes with breakfast and it's food is not bad. The location is kinda out of the way hence you need to drive out for any food or shopping etc.

Fadzly the receptionist who received us really set the experience for us. He was incredibly professional, polite and goes the extra mile for you, making us feel very welcomed. Room itself was so-so, 3 stars, rather small and business/like. Service though, was 5 stars.

Living room is smoky. Air con units were individually controlled, we walked into a hot room with a late check in. In-room Hair dryer spoiled Mini Breakfast buffet not appetising. Egg station had no chef during our stay and had to forgo. There was a cereal station with milk. Nasi Lemak station had chicken rendang. Staff describe this hotel as a 3 star Holiday Inn. I hate smoky hotel rooms. Last time for me

A quaint little hotel that is near everything yet away from everything. It's located in the government administration zone a stone thrown from downtown. However it's a 500 meters walk through overgrown abandoned patch of wasteland before any form of civilization on the other side. Night time maybe a challenge. My room view even comes with a view of a village house with the palace tower as it's backdrop. Room wise is ok . Separate toilet and bathroom. No hanger to hang anything inside though. Loves the bed. Good selection of pillows and blankets. A no frills hotel with free breakfast. Breakfast is ok but nothing to shout about. Typical holiday Inn express quality of this region. A cute little gym too for its value added. My disappointment is they down even have band aid as a hotel. I needed one but they have none.

Stayed in a family room which had a common living area with a sofa bed and 2 separate rooms. Had to share a common toilet and shower cubicle. It was OK for the missus & me and my 2 teenage boys. Ample space for solat jemaah. Rooms were clean and pleasant looking. Beds were comfortable too! Stayed there to enjoy JB's Ramadhan Bazaars. Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Didn't explore much of the hotel though. Only negative point - location has no nearby shops at all! We had to grab away from hotel to get food, etc. Thankfully not that far from JB City Square but expect to wait 10 plus minutes to get a grab ride to other locations from hotel.

The FO guy did a great job. Arrived around midnite, quick check in process (really needed after long journey from KL), simple but clear explanation about room benefits and facilities. Room bit small in size but the layout make it look bigger and comfy. Linen is clean and crisp, selection of firm and soft pillow already place on the bed. Good job for taking note on the power socket cover (safety purpose) at the minibar and hand basin area. Other then location of hotel lobby a bit confusing and parking space are limited at level 3 & 4, the rest are excellent. Recommended for those who need a place to rest in comfy with a reasonable rates (off peak).

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean room and bed linens. Bathroom towels and a mat are provided(no hands or face towel) 3 TVs, one in each room and one in a living area. A safe box, a microwave a fridge, plus an electric kettle. Some utensils, mugs, bowls, plates for two. Welcome bottled water. Separate dry toilet with bidet and a shower stall. Dove hand, shampoo and body wash dispenser. Travel toothbrushes, shaving kit are there too. Nearby things to do. Gated parking is free in the building, just press the button to alert the security that you are a guest, otherwise you will have to use your touch n go, and then the hotel will reimburse you(that's what I was told). There is self serve laundry room on the second floor - buy the tokens prior at the reception - RM 10 to wash and RM 10 to dry - the machines are easy to use. The laundry room is spacious and well kept - It has two ironing boards, a toilet and two sinks. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices from local to western. Loved the coffee!

Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Room has all the basic equipment and some room even have oven. Visitor got to remember there is a tourism tax of 10rm per night on top of room rate. Water pressure in washroom were good but the one at the sink is not quite good and drainage are slow.

Serviceable little hotel and expectations were met, as far as the brand goes. Property itself is situated in a quieter part of town, short car ride from CIQ. I suppose it’s walkable but I didn’t try it. The air in the corridor was stale with no circulation, and a lift was out of order for two days I was there. Rooms itself were fine. Couple of drain flies, old stains on the linen and towels. Beds comfy with a plush topper. Shower was adequate, couldn’t switch between rain shower and hand shower, and water was coming from both. Hand shower also played techno music which went away as soon as water pressure was reduced. Fitness centre was well equipped with a good range of dumbbells, a selectorised combination machine as well as a smith machine. Treadmill and elliptical too. Breakfast was serviceable, if a bit slow for the egg station.

The room is value for money for you cannot get such a room at this rate. They also have free parking for guests. But do note that it is not the one beside the hotel. You need to drive round to the back of the hotel. What we did was to drive off and then let Google Maps direct again. It will then guide you back to the hotel but it will bring you to the back of the hotel where the parking is on the 3rd floor. Just remember to bring your Touch and Go card to be validated before you drive out. It is also near KSL. The room also came with bedroom slippers, bottles of water and toothbrushes too. Coffee and tea provided. The only thing is the breakfast. There is a variety of food but some food will be cold because they do not turn on the induction cooker to keep it warm. Or at least install warmers. The noodles are cold so you may want to eat others which are always warm like omelette, coffee, toasted bread, porridge, rice and kway teow noodles with soup.

Stayed 3D2N with a friend, got a small quaint room that's clean and very comfy (albeit narrow walking area in front of beds). Description of room amenities: - toilet bowl separated from shower area = feels cleaner, more privacy. - sink is outside toilet/shower, same area as beds/hanging closet (open design) = feels compact but sink + drain are very clean. - hotel provides Dove soap for washing hands + showering (good quality) - items in room: -- magnetic safe, hair dryer, ~6 hangers, disposable bedroom slippers -- water bottles, dental kits (toothbrush+ toothpaste) -- kettle, cups, tea bags etc, mini fridge - basic but necessary items all here :) Some not so good points: - walls can be a bit thin, can hear neighbours plugging in/out wall plugs - bath towel had minor stains, past a certain time (normal working hours?) you can only call recep for requests + go ground floor to get your items - several small flies in the room at all times ----- This hotel also has a 24/7 hotel gym (which, by hotel gym standards, is pretty well furnished!) - 2x treadmills, 1x stationary bike, 1x elliptical (brand: Life Fitness, for all) - 1x Smith machine (brand: Life Fitness) with 5-20 kg plates (no brand) - 1x bench (brand: Life Fitness), 1x dumbbell rack (brand: Ziva, up to 25 kg) - water bottles, small towels provided ----- Hotel b'fast buffet wasn't the most impressive, but passable. - staff was busy and not at counter, guests also placed their bulky items (prams, luggages) in front of counter (why? It's just blocking the hotel staff, doesn't make sense) - tables were clean enough, front counter/flow of guests being allowed in was ok - food selection was basic (only full cream/low fat milk, no plant based milk but have fruit juices/tea/coffee) - eggs took VERY long to serve (20-30min to queue), chef only had 2 portable gas stoves to use... - eggs stand was badly located (right in front of staircase, blocking hotel guests from moving easily) - queue for eggs stand was also blocking main b'fast buffet set-up ----- Overall: - value for money - slightly out of the way location but Grab is cheap in this area (remember to tip!)

Need to be careful about holiday inn and holiday inn express, they are different. Also, if you are just located here on Google maps, you are very easy to get into gear from the car park and be careful on calling car and food delivery. Near the hotel doesn't have any shopping mall. However, inside the hitel are very convenient. They have a laundry room and fitness center. Landry cost 10RM on drying or washing. It is an all-in-one machine don't need to be prepared other than clothes and tokens (get a ta token at the front desk, 10RM for one). Each part needs 10 mins, the room has a TV, AC, and toilet. However, the breakfast is not good. So many people eat with you and have fewer choices.

Most suitable for solo business traveller but they even have family type rooms. Simple but comfortable. Self service laundry is available. Gym also available. Room is clean and comfortable. Location is in city.

Mixed feel on location. plus point it is very quiet, can hear crickets at night. Nice buffet breakfast spread, room comfortable and big. Fresh look with warm service staff. Minus point on location, need vehicle to move around for food outside hotel.

Pleasant stay at a good location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Silvia in particular was nice and chatty. She shared her story of interning here. We wouldn't have known otherwise! Service with a smile is what she and the other staff embodies. Recommended 9/10 (because there is always room to improve, we are satisfied)!
