Extremely
terrible
experience!
Booking
was
made
days
ago
for
2
twin
rooms,
but
was
assigned
rooms
at
2
different
floors.
We
only
get
to
know
about
it
upon
check
in
and
expressed
concerns
because
we
have
a
child
who
might
look
for
grandparents
anytime.
But
the
reception
staff
named
Ayumi
who
attended
to
us
was
extremely
rude
and
told
us
"all
rooms
are
fully
booked"
and
"if
you
want
your
rooms
to
be
on
the
same
floor,
you
will
have
to
wait,
but
I
can't
guarantee
you
how
long."
in
a
sarcastic
tone.
When
we
asked
to
speak
to
the
Manager,
she
brought
a
man
to
the
counter
and
the
man
just
looked
at
the
monitor,
said
something
to
her,
and
walked
away.
Throughout
the
process,
the
man
had
no
eye
contact
with
us,
never
introduced
himself
and
never
said
a
single
word
to
us.
After
he
left,
this
reception
staff
named
Ayumi
then
informed
us
that
she
will
shift
us
to
2
interconnected
rooms.
So,
it
means
arrangement
can
be
made,
but
she
just
wanted
an
easy
way
out
and
gave
us
an
attitude
to
brush
us
off!
We
had
initially
wanted
to
stay
in
St
Giles
hotel
during
this
trip
as
our
previous
experiences
there
were
pleasant.
We
eventually
decided
to
book
this
hotel
because
we
heard
it's
new
and
would
like
to
give
it
a
try.
This
is
such
a
disappointment
as
this
is
not
the
kind
of
service
standard
I
expect
from
a
reputable
hotel
chain.
