8/10/23 at 8pm. Wait a long time!!!! Missed 1 number, remember, now he wants to call back, he calls someone else who has a number too! 2 male staff customers let go. I said I missed it, and remember that lps will call. If you want to tell me to go back in line, just say so!!!! Don't waste people's time! What is the female staff doing at the counter that doesn't have customers??? I've been patient enough, I've waited for 1 hour, now I can't tolerate missing just 1 number! until 2 of your customers are gone, why is that??? Very frustrating and a waste of time! To the male staff, I also work at the clinic, I know that if a patient does not come in once, they can call another patient, but I will call back the missed number. Do you remember how easy it is for people to come and take time to go to the mall? I work until night. Next time please be considerate and be more professional.

Strategic location. Everyday open at 10am to10pm. Very nice service from staff. This is the best Ar-Rahnu in JB.
