It really was disappointing. This "doctor" Luiza's treatment lasted two minutes. Terrible professional, cold and arrogant.. Very incompetent, didn't ask for any exam. Just because I asked for my prescriptions to be renewed, they treated me with indifference. She has no talent for dealing with people, she is INHUMANE!

The service at reception was great, the professionals are incredible. However, as for Dr. Adriano, I can't say the same thing, I don't know if he was having a bad day, but nothing justifies the rude way in which I was treated. With all the certainty in the world I will never return to this "professional" and I will not recommend him to anyone. I have been a patient at the clinic for a long time and have consulted with other professionals, but today my experience was not at all pleasant. A doctor who doesn't even touch the patient and doesn't evaluate exams cannot be called a professional.

Service by Dr Daniela Dermatologist, terrible! No commitment to schedule. When scheduling, it is very clear that if you are 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule the appointment, however the professional may delay 30 minutes. Absurd. Terrible attendance. I do not recommend. I do not recommend!!!

Paguei uma consulta com um ortopedista pois tenho sentido muitas dores nos pés e a fila de espera do sus é demorada, já tinha feito uma radiografia dos 2 pés e a médica mal olhou, simplesmente me mandou tomar mais medicação sendo que passei 2 semanas em tratamento com medicação e injeção na veia que tomei no PA e nada tirou a dor, e ela só mandou tomar mais remédio, me deu 3 dias de atestado mesmo eu explicando que tenho sentido dor forte e não consigo trabalhar em pé 7 hrs por dia, tenho dificuldade ate pra caminhar sem esforço, me tratou como se oque eu tivesse não fosse nada mal me olhou na cara, enfim procurei a clínica savemed pq achei que teria uma resposta sobre meu problema e sai de lá sem nada, apenas gastei dinheiro atoa

Minha experiência não foi nada boa. Primeira e última vez na clínica. Na consulta atrasou 25min e a Dra nem em atendimento estava. Ficarão de me passar um orçamento, onde tive que cobrar por 2x, para me enviarem por escrito no WhatsApp e após o gerente Rodrigo me ligar, depois de 8 dias assim o fizeram. Não me mandarem encaminhamento ou guia, nada profissional. Primeiro a desculpa foi que não faria esse ano o procedimento, e após me mandarem o orçamento por escrito, disseram que dariam um “jeito” de fazer ainda esse ano. Porém precisa adiantar o pagamento, pra fazer o agendamento. Ou seja, acho que não preciso falar mais nada! Gastei dinheiro da consulta com uma clínica e/ou dra, sem respeito algum! Terei que marcar uma nova consulta com uma médica e uma clínica com ética, para ter uma nova avaliação e aí sim fazer o procedimento. Sem respeito algum com o paciente!

Péssima experiência. Agendei uma consulta de retorno e, depois de aguardar mais de 45 minutos a partir do horário marcado, tive que desistir, de modo que não perdesse outro compromisso com hora marcada. Ninguém nem ao menos veio falar comigo para explicar o motivo do atraso. Gastei dinheiro pagando a consulta original - da qual não gostei -, fiz os exames que o médico solicitou (e paguei caro por eles, obviamente) e saí de lá sem ser atendido. Quando já estava fora da clínica, algum(a) atendente me informou que o médico me chamou três vezes e que, inclusive, saíram à minha procura... Mas chamar depois desse tempo todo, sem ter me avisado antes do atraso?? E tiveram a cara de pau de me dizer que não haviam percebido que o médico estava com atrasos nas consultas. E pra fechar com chave de ouro, perguntaram se eu desejava "estar remarcando" (assim mesmo, com esse gerúndio descabido!).

HORRÍVEL! Tive um atendimento com uma doutora que prefiro não dizer o nome, mas foi um atendimento muito ruim. Talvez nem todos os pacientes que passaram por essa clínica tiveram uma experiência ruim, mas infelizmente essa foi a realidade da minha consulta. Posto aqui o meu comentário para que possam melhorar a atenção na hora de escrever uma receita e na hora da consulta deixarem as pacientes mais a vontade sem fazer comentários desnecessários.

In gynecology there is total dissatisfaction, I will not explain what happened here, but it is because of this type of professional that today the rate of cervical and breast cancer is the highest it has ever been!! Gynecologist that the patient has to beg for the collection to be done, and is not even interested in asking WHEN the last breast exam was, to examine then no way!! My rating is 0 for this Gynecologist! Total lack of interest in women's health, they only prescribe medicines that are of no use without knowing the true cause of the problem! Always harm to us patients!

When I left the clinic with my father and my sister, I commented to them that the service was top notch, humanized and first class, right from the reception, the girls were very sweet. Dr Sigian is a wonderful, attentive doctor, concerned about my father's health, after all he was the one undergoing treatment. Congratulations to everyone at the Clinic 👏🙌🤗

I made an appointment for my mother and she was very well attended to. He took the tests and returned to the doctor, now he is undergoing treatment. She had been suffering for months and now she will get better. I recommend Savemed, very organized and helpful.

I spent a year praising the service, but unfortunately it wasn't as expected in my last consultation, I received poor service, care for prisoners, I paid for the consultations and I hope at least to have a decent service.
