Great customer service! Angela did an awesome job helping me today, and Carolina did an amazing job helping last night. Even though I came in as they were supposed to be closing! Thanks for all the help, keep the costumer service up like I had, and that store will not have any problems!! Great job, thanks again.

Wonderful service they didn't make me feel like I didn't belong or too poor to shop there which I have experienced first hand before at other stores. The women brought me quite a few shorts to try on and helped me find my size even some tops which were cute even though I didn't end up buying them it was a nice touch to be waited on for a change. I am definitely going back.

employees weren’t wearing masks properly and they kept on pulling them down when talking to customers. there were workers who walked around with their masks down and weren’t wearing them properly their masks were below their chins. only one worker was wearing them properly. it’s important for them to wear them properly as they can be putting people in danger with the virus.

I have never been so impressed with customer service!!! Cass was so incredibly helpful when it came to what I needed. She made sure to give me as many options of jeans to make sure I found the perfect ones that fit. Very helpful people, they are truly interested and invested in what you need help with!! I will definitely be coming back soon!!

LAURIE IS BOSS LEVEL AMAZING !!! SHE WAS SO AWESOME...and interested, and she honestly invested time and effort into what we needed and wanted! Backstory... My wife lost 95 lbs and we soon figured out that loosing weight is expensive! We now have to find a whole new wardrobe. Originally we went in looking for a shirt, but Laurie couldn't find a shirt...so we invested time looking for jeans instead. She listened to my wife and what she liked and wanted. She spoke to us with such poise and respect. She was so relatable...and she was so helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. She is what the store brand is all about...making people feel great and look awesome! She made my wife's whole day! And she deserves all the praise. I cant say enough about this woman! I will go back to Buckle again, because Laurie made the experience so fantastic! If I could give 100 stars...I WOULD! GO HERE! ASK FOR LAURIE!! You will NOT be dissapointed!

Love the clothes, staff pushing higher sales is a little over the top. The manager is too loud, the entire store can hear everything she's saying to each customer she's helping. Manager is excessively pushy with sales, can also hear her pressuring staff to sell more to their customers, I felt bad for the young lady helping me. But the quality and style of clothes are worth it to me.

Jillian is one of the nicest people working there. She’s always so sweet and she remembered me from the last couple times I’ve been there. This is my favorite store and she makes it even more enjoyable.

My youngest was in the hunt for some bedazzled jeans, super glad I walked into the Buckle and found Jillian! Just the BEST stylist!! She found multiple pairs in youth sizes for my daughter!! Miss me were Charlotte's favorite and we just ordered shorts today as well! Thanks Jillian!! We'll be back to see you soon!

As teenager me and my husband shopped here and now our son got his first shoes and outfit from here. The staff is so sweet very helpful they are all unique and amazing. My son found his favorite store Mr Javier he outstanding
