Fantastic service provided. We loved our stay and they are very affordable. The workers are very hospitable and we kept prolonging our stay and they were very accommodating. They have regular weddings and celebrations. Location is very ideal as well and it is close to the north terminal so transportation is not a problem.

Bad place I didn't recommend. When I reached my room, there was no water, no hot water, and a broken bed.....

Need to: - Improve their customers service - Provide a proper and enough car parking.

Big spaces but not clean

Never ever seen anything like that, extremely dirty, never been cleaned, no towels, no toilet paper, broken old bathroom, and broken bed. It shouldn't be called a hotel

Not recommended, toilets are out of service and there's no heating inside the flat / no proper cleaning of beds and covers really disappointing

The room is in a terrible state. Dirty, damp, no proper water in the bathroom, dirty, unmade bedding, a puddle of water on the bathroom floor, I strongly advise against sleeping in this facility.

ابو الليل Is the best person. And all hotel manager really kind and nice. I recommend this hotel always.

Поганий готель, оскільки за таку ціну в Аммані є набагато кращі. Фасад готелю і холл виглядає вишукано, але самі номери в нікудишньому стані. Погано зроблений ремонт. Жахливий стародавній душ! У спальні напроти ліжка висить дзеркало замість телевізора. А телевізор збоку на стіні. Як його дивитися? Це для косооких людей? Матрац твердий і де-не-де стріляють пружини. У номері холодно! Три зірки я ставлю персоналу тільки за те, що хоча б в останню ніч вони принесли нам обігрівач. Інакше ми б замерзли там!

Barátságos kiszolgálás és segítőkész személyzet, elegendő reggeli. A szoba nagy jó indulattal is elment, a hálózati dugaljak életveszélyesek, TV nem működött, a kért franciaágy helyett külön ágyat kaptunk, a WC tartály eltörve, a kád erősen szennyezett zománc szétkopva. Fűtés se volt de plusz takaró se amivel kompenzálhatták volna a hiányt. Számlát nem kaptunk.

A fuire comme la peste ! Dégueulasse, installation électrique dangereuse, pas de petits déjeuners avant 9h30. Le responsable a même commencé à demander un supplément car les prix auraient évoluer depuis. Demande une commission quand vous commander sur Uber. Les chambres sont extrêmement froides et la climatisation est collective pour l'ensemble du bâtiment. Les fenêtres sont simplement posées et risque de tomber sur la chaussée. Enfin l'hôtel est isolé au sommet d'une colline, pas de restaurant ni de magasin à plusieurs kilomètres à la ronde. Vraiment à fuire ! Vous trouverez mieux pour moins cher

Dont go there, rlly bad.. I ordered deluxe room for 2 people for 2 nights. Of course I didnt have what I ordered. Bed was very bad. We slept, in the hole, i think bed was broken. When we come to room there was really bad smell like cesspool. Room was small without balcony as was in the discription. Photos on booking where different as reality. When you try to charge your phone it made spark. Too loudy. People here dont speak english, or they pretended. Not good. If there was an option to give this hotel 0 stars i will gave it them. Iam sorry but thats true. I think this is just tourist catcher.
