In
short:
Good
atmosphere,
decent
coffee.
(Basically
a
local
version
of
Starbucks.)
They
are
like
Starbucks,
meaning
Dimitri’s
has
done
well
for
themselves,
and
have
a
huge
following
amongst
the
locals.
I
consider
them
pioneers
of
specialty
coffee
roasters
in
this
region.
The
atmosphere
at
this
particular
location
is
great,
especially
the
outdoor
seating.
However
the
coffee
is
just
decent.
Most
of
the
beans
taste
burned
(really
dark)
even
bough
they
are
labeled
medium
roast.
There
is
one
bean
that
Dimitri’s
offers
that
doesn’t
taste
burned
though,
it’s
their
light
roast
from
Ethiopia,
and
that
one
is
worth
checking
out!
Their
cold
brew
is
hit
or
miss.
The
other
day
I
had
one
that
was
fine,
but
the
next
time
I
tried
it,
it
tasted
burned/dark.
So
basically
my
recommendation
is
to
try
their
light
roast
coffee
for
black
coffee,
or
something
with
milk
to
counteract
the
burned
taste.
(Their
espresso
drinks
are
pretty
good).
I
would
be
very
interested
if
they
chose
to
offer
more
light
roasts
like
their
Ethiopia,
especially
a
light
roast
cold
brew
option.
