Great quiet location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The thing that makes the place a good place to stay are the staffs. All staffs are incredibly helpful. Loved their home style food. Free parking is there. Thanks for making my stay much better. Love it.

3 star hotel and 3 star ranking Everything is decent about the hotel except the concept of no staff.. I repeat no staff from night 1030 to 8 in morning Not even reception. Hotel is run by security guard at night.. So if u wanna check out early morning or check in early morning... U have to do a day prior or wait for staff to arrive at 0800 hrs So even morning cup of bed tea is also not available..

Very good hotel maintaining a high level of cleanliness and excellent service. One of the best hotels in Jorhat. Awarding 1 star less for the breakfast service which needs to be improved considerably. Very limited space and breakfast items not sufficient to cater to the guests. Hope to be able to revise my rating to a 5 star on my next visit.

Date of stay - 15th to 17th May Review written after 1st night's stay I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There were a couple of significant issues that made my stay extremely unpleasant. Firstly, upon check-in, I was informed by the receptionist that no one would be available at the reception between 11 pm and 8 am. As I knew I would be arriving late at night, I specifically requested two bottles of water. However, when I returned to my room after 11 pm, I was shocked to find that no water bottles were provided. There was no one available to address this issue, and I was left without any means of contacting the staff. This lack of consideration is particularly concerning, especially for senior citizens or guests who may have urgent needs during those hours. Secondly, as depicted in the attached image, I encountered an unpleasant situation in my room (310). There was dirty water flowing into my washroom from another room (309), accompanied by a foul smell. I immediately went down to seek assistance, but to my dismay, there was no one available to address the situation. The only person I could find was a restaurant staff member who informed me that the issue could only be addressed once the manager or receptionist returned. It's disheartening to think how helpless a guest can feel in such a situation, especially considering the high price of 3700 per night that I paid. The lackadaisical attitude displayed by the staff is simply unacceptable. Considering my experience, I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this hotel. The issues I encountered, combined with the indifferent and unresponsive attitude of the staff, make it clear that the hotel does not value its guests' comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend exploring other options that prioritize customer service and uphold the standards expected of a reputable hotel.

New hotel. All basic amenities. Provide dental kit. Soaps lotion tea coffee pouches chip packet biscuit fruit bread bath is physically disabled friendly clean sheets nice interior room service attentive location a bit out of main road . Have veg and non veg platter and ala carte options

One of the very few hotels in Jorhat. The first thing I noticed about the room is this strong smoke smell. Had to spray air freshener there. The room was clean. The house keeping is great. They restock with fresh water bottles, supplies, clean towels everyday. They will charge you if you have bought outside food, about 243 rupees. They also have this indoor restaurant that stays open till 11pm, it's good.

Rooms, food, and services are good, though the area is quite the property. It seems a bit congested due to the shape of the plot. They also offer a slightly different room, as shown in pictures in annex, which is 200mtr approx from the property, but the restaurant is in the main property itself, but not to worry they serve the order as well a s breakfast in the Annex as well. Overall, I'll recommend the hotel for a budget stay

This is an excellent hotel for families and business travellers. It's located in a quiet area very close to the markets. The rooms had all the amenities and were very clean and neat. The rooms were slightly on the small side for our family of 4 (2 kids), but should be fine for 2 adults. The food is good, including the complimentary breakfast which has both south Indian, north Indian and continental fare. The staff are absolutely excellent! We were off to Majuli for an overnight trip after our stay at Gulmohur. Instead of carrying all our baggage with us, we requested if they could keep it until we return to Jorhat the next day. They gladly obliged. Will definitely stay here on future visits to Jorhat.

Best location, we enjoyed the stay and food. It was a nostalgic experience as we stayed in Choladhara area 7 years During Early Nineties . Lot of changes/Development has taken place .

Hotel is very decent and the location was also good . Rooms were cleaned and tidy. My Checkout time was 12 Noon ,but on request they have extended my check out time. Thank you for your good hospitality. Will come back again here.

For first impressions, for the price which i paid i was really really happy with the room. But after a stay of one day, all my 5 star went to 1 star. So basically i was travelling to kaziranga and had one day stay here, and during that stay water was not accessible! I planned staying in jorhat only for refreshing myself and what’s the point of spending money for a stay that wont have water. On contacting then they kept saying 10 mins more every single time for 6-7 times, ultimate water was available late at night(since morning). Adding to this, the food was very bad, the gravy which i ordered had 50% gravy and 50% oil. Breakfast was also bad. Also to add, there was a lizard too in the hotel room!

Extremely disappointed with the service today at the restaurant. Resturant is open but no staff, no staff to take orders, after delivering the food the staff simply disappeared and we waited and waited!! Extremely inexperienced and absolutely not bothered about the guests or their complaints. I would highly recommend everyone interested to dine at this restaurant to never go there. I would request the management to either train your staff or recruit qualified people but please don’t embarrass people of jorhat by giving such pathetic service to people who have come from other part of the state or the country. Dining experience today felt like I went to a cheap roadside dhaba then a proper restaurant only because of the horrible staff!!

Exuberant!! Overall standard of the hotel is amazing. Even the service staff is also supportive and helpful (Specially Mention "Prostuti Priya kakoti"). Room Service provided by them on the daily basis. As I've spent a month in this hotel, felt very much satisfied. Very good hotel at a good location. Staff behaviour was very good. I along with my family stayed in this hotel on 18th and 19th September 2022. Complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious. They have car parking area for the guests on the ground floor.

Nice to stay. Well cleaned room. Food is average. All staffs are very young, nice and well behaved, looks like college going students, not so called trained but handeled customers well manner

Location is a serious disadvantage if you don't have your own vehicle. Food is not good at all. No taste, just food. Service staff are very good, courteous, well mannered and helpful. But due to limited staff, service delivery standards fall drastically. I had to call 10 times before getting a response from the reception or room service due to lack of staff. Rooms are good, clean and well maintained, but the bed's mattress is horrible.

One amongst the best hotels in Jorhat. This 30 rooms hotel is 2 min walk from the market area. Staff is very supportive and prompt. It offers a restaurant and a coffee shop. Food in restaurant is very delicious. Rooms are okay for the budget. Overall good experience.

Great stay! Check in was hassle free. We were pleased with clean, quiet accommodation and friendly, efficient staff. Complementary breakfast was great!! Quiet and convenient location. Would stay here again if we needed to.

Good location. Residential area, not chaotic. Clean well maintained rooms with gr8 facilities. Good & prompt service. Value for money if booked online. Food has area for improvement, not bad though.
