I
recently
stayed
at
this
hotel
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
There
were
a
couple
of
significant
issues
that
made
my
stay
extremely
unpleasant.
Firstly,
upon
check-in,
I
was
informed
by
the
receptionist
that
no
one
would
be
available
at
the
reception
between
11
pm
and
8
am.
As
I
knew
I
would
be
arriving
late
at
night,
I
specifically
requested
two
bottles
of
water.
However,
when
I
returned
to
my
room
after
11
pm,
I
was
shocked
to
find
that
no
water
bottles
were
provided.
There
was
no
one
available
to
address
this
issue,
and
I
was
left
without
any
means
of
contacting
the
staff.
This
lack
of
consideration
is
particularly
concerning,
especially
for
senior
citizens
or
guests
who
may
have
urgent
needs
during
those
hours.
Secondly,
as
depicted
in
the
attached
image,
I
encountered
an
unpleasant
situation
in
my
room
(310).
There
was
dirty
water
flowing
into
my
washroom
from
another
room
(309),
accompanied
by
a
foul
smell.
I
immediately
went
down
to
seek
assistance,
but
to
my
dismay,
there
was
no
one
available
to
address
the
situation.
The
only
person
I
could
find
was
a
restaurant
staff
member
who
informed
me
that
the
issue
could
only
be
addressed
once
the
manager
or
receptionist
returned.
It's
disheartening
to
think
how
helpless
a
guest
can
feel
in
such
a
situation,
especially
considering
the
high
price
of
3700
per
night
that
I
paid.
The
lackadaisical
attitude
displayed
by
the
staff
is
simply
unacceptable.
Considering
my
experience,
I
strongly
advise
potential
guests
to
think
twice
before
choosing
this
hotel.
The
issues
I
encountered,
combined
with
the
indifferent
and
unresponsive
attitude
of
the
staff,
make
it
clear
that
the
hotel
does
not
value
its
guests'
comfort
and
satisfaction.
I
would
recommend
exploring
other
options
that
prioritize
customer
service
and
uphold
the
standards
expected
of
a
reputable
hotel.
