Poor, too poor, premium room was big, broken decorations broken walls and fungus here and there. Electric kettle was too dirty inside, felt like vomiting. Service was also poor, too late delivery of the food, felt like they ordered the food from somewhere else as its was too cold, not to mention about the taste. Its tasteless. But all dishes were costly. Now coming to breakfast, i had complimentary breakfast. And there is only bread butter jam boiled egg tea and cornflakes in the name of breakfast. Not even puri sabji. Not at all good for this price range

Hotel location is easily accessible...Situated in Jorhat....hotel staffs are polite in nature...good,keep it up!!!Area of car parking is not that great...interiors are good..room rent is also reasonable .food quality is good but very slow service...food price is also reasonable..you can enjoy is stay here definately .room and toilet are cleaned.overall good, comfortable stay..You can stay here.....

The stay was good. However, I forgot to take my shirt and was left behind in the room. After I contacted then over phone and claimed my shirt, they said no shirt was found. All I want to say is they should improve there house keeping service.

Paid for burnt chilli chicken. Ordered chili chicken. They gave chilli chicken with black rotten burnt onion. I showed to reception. They said they will look into it and admitted thar it's burnt with a bad smell.

Excellent hotel with well mannered staffs. Despite of reaching at early morning 4am we recieved very homely welcome. Recommend all to check in sometime when visit to Jorhat.

Damp rooms . If you want pneumonia in winters. It's the best place to get infected

Ist of all the staff they are very polite and helpful.. I wasn't wearing slippers one of the staffs offered me his slippers which shows their hospitality. They took my order late at night and provided it without any resistance. Clean and hygienic Good environment Amazing service keep up the good work..

Hi Everyone, Honest Feedback. Location - It's Middle of city and beside service road. Rooms - Spaceous with no window view, will see all tobacco spitting marks all over windows wall. Service - PATHETIC, no proper breakfast a reason what I received is No Cook is available in Hotel. (Breakfast menu - Tea, Bread and cornflakes only) Staff - Rude guy at Reception, they will not accept the mistake, if you raised any query they will say only you customer has an issues.
