Such a lovely place to chill and dine. Waiters should warn the guests about their food portions because the plates were huge! We couldn’t eat half of our plates. The sea waves were magnificent to look at. Nice music, not too loud. Delicious chicken tawook.

Despite the good taste of its original platters, Murray sea side has a lot of bad sides, first the service is terrible, they are unprofessional in taking the order, all the waiters don’t use a pen or an iPad to take the order, they make you feel uncomfortable that they might forget your order, second and most important, we called one night before and asked to book a table by the sea, the girl who answered said that she can’t book it for us but in case we came and there was an empty table we can take it, so we went and there was 2 empty tables but they changed their mind and said that these 2 tables are booked and we cannot sit on them, and they denied telling us this, so there is contradiction in the way they run the restaurant, it is really an unprofessional way to treat the customers. I do not recommend it.

Murray Resto-Cafe Seaside is a restaurant in Jounieh that offers amazing beach views, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. The white chicken and pesto gnocchi is a must-try dish. The gnocchi is cooked perfectly and the pesto is flavorful. The views from the restaurant are simply stunning sitting on the Jounieh Bay. The service at the restaurant is also excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. Overall, Murray Resto-Cafe Seaside is a great dining experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal with stunning views.

Lovely setting besides the beach within the Mocean resort and good concept with their shawarma sets, and their combo sets but service is as terrible as it can get. Very unprofessional and rude personnel, understaffed, and extremely slow service. Its sad to see a restaurant with a nice concept not invest enought in its staff to provide a good experience to their customer.

We went there on a Wednesday evening, and yeah, no spot near the beach, those spots are well booked by argjileh people that can sit for 12 hours straight exhausting smokes. The place is vast, you won't feel the croudness because ample of space between tables. We sat near the swimming pool. Food: Most was good (Grilled chicken breast, crab salad), others were less than ok (Goat cheese pizza), the drink was cheap in alcohol (Gin basil). But definitely the potions are big, you will like this place if you are hungry, and the prices are affordable. Our food did arrive fast but the reviews are correct, it does have a table service problem: Sometimes you need to order something 4 times before getting what you want, you need to keep reminding waiters to get you your item. -1 star for that (management, please fix this, not sure why you haven't done that already since many people are reporting this)

We went to murray on a Saturday night with reservation of course! The place is so nice and refreshing! The sunset and the sea over there is not to miss. There was a dj and the music was nice .The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered chicken burger and veggie pizza. The portions are good. The quality is medium to good. The taste is also medium to good. Overall we enjoyed and of course we will repeat such experience.

We came in on a Saturday night, yes it was full, but for a place like Murray, the service shouldnt be THAT AWFUL. The waiters are so short tempered and 30 minutes for a bottle of water? Now the food, such a downgrade. Strawberry smoothie is strawberries and water. The pain perdu burnt and soggy as hell. The oreo shake is milk and coco powder. Sad to see this place going down quality. Disappointed.

Huge food portions for the price. Decent vibe. A very family-friendly place. Would recommend trying in peak summer days to enjoy it right by the sea. May get crowded at times, but that's expected.

I came here hesitant after reading the reviews, but I decided to give it a try as I went to their Antelias Branch and loved it there. To say the least, it was amazing! The food and the service were great! We ordered their famous shawarma, burger tower (half a portion), wings tabliye (half a portion), murai chicken and beef volcano. We were 7 persons and we discovered that we ordered more than we could eat 😂(if it wasn't for the waiter's help and recommendation, we would have ordered even more. In his defense, he even mentioned that we ordered a lot of food after we reduced the quantity 😂). I am glad that I decided to take a chance on this place as the reviews online did not give it, its staff or its food any justice! Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. This is a shout out to our waiter, Usama, who did an awesome job!!

I liked this place but it needs some improvement. He has huge plate portions so it is definitely for big groups. We went a Friday night and there was a DJ plus zaffe and fireworks. It felt I was attending a wedding. It was nice however the music was so loud and we could not talk to each others. We should have come another day. The main problem is with service . It was a chaos and I think the reason of that is that the place is so huge and unmanageable.

The food prices are within range of all restaurants, but the portions are very generous. Good service considering the enormous amount of people on a friday night. The vibe was nice,, there was a dj with good music. Relaxing sea view. Toilets are crammed but it's ok. But I didn't like that there was no takeaway on fri sat sun. I personally hate throwing food away and the manager refused to give us takeaway boxes. 2/5 just for that.

Worst experience ever, we reached the restaurant at 12:45 we ordered 2 platters the first platter was served after 1 hour and 15 mins and the reason of this delay was that the kitchens opens at 1 pm and they had a long list of orders, the second platter was chicken wings and was served after 30 mins from serving the first platter and they were so generous that we found a piece of loofah and strings inside the platter we asked for the manager, he asked if we would like to change the platter, i told him if it is going to take another 2 hours we don't want to change it , so they removed the fries surrounding the loofah and put new ones this procedure took around 10 mins which made the wings cold and inedible we paid the bill as it is with no deduction and we left. Very unprofessional it used to be a good restaurants. We will never step a foot there. NB:The waiting problem was not just for us all the clients suffered the same. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all this isa nice spot to have lunch or dinner, specially if you visit this place at the sunset time. Second my expectations was very big with all the 5 star reviews, so i got to share my experience too. At the peak time this is a very crowded place, sometimes it takes around 5 mins to get someone to take your order. Food is fine (i was expecting more than that). The view is perfect as you can see in the pictures, they got to lower the music a little bit so visitors can enjoy the view.

The atmosphere is delightful, with a stunning view and ambiance. Unfortunately, the service is a disaster – waiters and waitresses huddle in groups, making it a challenge to get their attention. You'd be lucky if someone actually comes to your table. The seafood platter is the most expensive yet the worst; I wouldn't touch it even if it were free. The fish is drowning in fried oil, almost like drinking fried oil instead. Plus, it took around 1 hour of waiting to actually get it served. The burger is average. In contrast, the appetizers shine with great taste. It's worth noting that the portions are huge, but the waiters might not disclose that information. For instance, the waiter will tell you that a platter of tabouleh is for two when in reality it could easily satisfy four people.

Murray Seaside is a great restaurant with a wide variety of food to choose from, including international, Lebanese, and seafood dishes. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, and the presentation is excellent. The restaurant also has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I highly recommend Murray Seaside to anyone looking for a great meal in a beautiful setting.

We went on a sunday... everything was perfect although it was full .. the manager visiting the tables to make sure everything is goin well, the generosity in the portions , and ofcourse the delicious meals ..everything was good ... loved it. It was the first time to visit this resto but defenitely wont be the last.

Our experience at Murray was amazing! The food was delicious and flavorful, and the portions were huge. We loved and enjoyed every bite. You cannot go there and not order a shawarma-related dish. We had the shawarma platter. The goat cheese was super tasty. Ordering the sharing delight is a must!

Terrible place, don’t recommend it to anyone. The service is horrible, BUT it doesn’t have anything to do with the waiters, they’re working really hard and it shows, but I’ve waited 1h30min for my order (Wrap and Pasta) and my food hasn’t arrived. It’s really jammed and they messed up BIG. Disappointed… (Even the ice melted🤦🏻‍♂️) Edit: I forgot that my girlfriend booked ONE week in advance for a table seaside for the occasion of her father's birthday, but when we arrived we were seated in a dark corner opposite seaside, and the person in charge was a little bit rude while we demanded for a better table. I hate to post bad reviews but my night was terrible and this experience is 0.

Really bad customer experience. Our booked table was taken when we arrived and they made us wait for an hour to sit. Random stuff that we didn't order was brought to the table and when we told them to take them away they insisted - gave us answers like "I don't know who ordered them but I've been told to bring them". I gotta be fair and say that the location and food was good, but that didn't compensate for the lack of customer service.

The food was really really good we enjoyed it, tho the chicken shawarma was abit undercooked from the inside. I had a feeling tho that the place isn’t very clean and hygienic. The couches are dirty and are abit sticky, the waiters aren’t professional at all and definitely aren’t trained waiters and that was abit annoying when we ordered and when they placed our table it was chaotic and super random. But the food again was very good. They need some improvement and must invert in the staff and their professionalism and managing all tables in a reasonable time. Shisha was just fine

The food was great. Although I've read a lot of bad reviews, but actually everything was delicious. Portions were big! The seating area by the sea is limited, so you can expect it to be first come first served even if you had a reservation. Service was very good and respectful, but limited resources. So you might expect it to be slow if the resturant was full. But in general, it was a a great resturant.

The service was not good. We waited 1 hour for the food to be served and we were not informed about that. We could have changed the order to avoid waiting. I had a hair and some dirt on the glass of the drink. At the end we waited around 30 min to get the receipt. Overall, waiting for the food on a Sunday is not a big deal, but customers should be informed. The problem is with the staff. They are not skilled at all.

Visited on Saturday night. The food was good. However, I know that such big places can be crowded on Saturday nights. But if you want to allow more than 500 people inside, you should be able to serve them all. Everything additional we ordered after our first main order either came one hour later or never came. Here I wanna really thank the waitress JESSY, she did an awesome job, she kept on following up... I know it is not her fault, she was a beast at work. When it comes to the DJ, I think he could do a better job, knowing that the nearby resto-cafe had a much better atmosphere (we could hear it). All in all, Murray can provide a better experience. Hope my feedback will be better next time I visit.

The sea side experience is amazing , this is not my 1st visit , this one we tried a lot of new stuff , will definitely be visiting soon again

I reserved a table for two at 8:00 pm when i arrived the table wasn't wasn't ready , they decided to put us a table in the middle between the people walking and taking photos , after that we changed the table based on our recommendation . We ordered chicken platter was very delicious , and the phila sandwichwasn't good and worth it at all . Service was slow Avoid being there on holidays and while crowded

Went to the place for the seating to be honest . The food is ok we ordered the cugar cheese rolls ( always delicious ). Crab salad ( huge portion good for 3 pers) . The chickeb volcano was yummi . I like the antelias branch more than this one
