Location is great, very easy access via Rodovia Anhanguera at main city access. Parking is not easy and fills up quickly, there is no capacity for both hotel guests and event guests. Room is well maintained and air conditioning was powerful enough for a average guest count of around 150 people.

This was a very nice hotel, with good hospitality and safe location. Jundiai looks great and Serra has amazing houses and spaces for weddings and events

Rooms are clean, quite small and dated. There is a mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Bathroom is small, shower area is spacious. Extractor is noisy. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet and also lunch buffet with good prices. During our conference we had delicious food at break time. The conference rooms are big, spacious, will get better with a fresh paint. Swimming pool is clean. Toilets in communal are are clean. Staff is polite and friendly.
