Starbucks - definitely the go to for most shoppers considering a place to chill 👾 Service 5 ⭐️ Ambience 5 ⭐️ Lead time 5 ⭐️ They do increase their baristas and service staff whenever they hold sales for 1-1 events, so to cope with the volume! Update: Christmas edition 🎅🏻 Chocolate Hazelnut Praline cake is amazing, very much like the one we had in Taiwan but not available in Singapore!

It’s quiet spacious and has good ambience for socialising with friends. The staff is efficient and are knowledgeable about their craft. Definitely better at making the handcrafted drinks than some other branches.

Food and Service. I asked the barista/cashier if I could receive a free Blackpink sticker for the Blackpink set drink I would be ordering (because during my last SB experience, in Bugis+, the barista told me they didn’t have stickers anymore). He agreed, on the condition that I order a venti size. I was open to paying extra, assuming the venti size meant a proportional increase in the drink's content. However, I was disappointed because the venti size seemed to mainly comprise added water to fill the larger cup. The excess water affected the flavor. Also, the type of straw provided was not appropriate to this specific drink. The straw's narrowness made it difficult to enjoy the chocolate tidbits. Given Starbucks' and Blackpink's brands, I expected more than a mere expansion in cup size. This experience gave me the impression that they hadn't thoroughly considered everything. ☹️ Especially that the barista/cashier didn't explain to me that changing to venti size also means changing to the disposable cup. 👎 Although the manager was kind enough to offer a replacement after I told them my feedback, my point is not for a replacement. My point is CONSISTENT STANDARD OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE QUALITY to save everyone's time, energy, and resources. 👍 Also, the Tiramisu I ordered appears to be old, evident from its altered texture and increased softness. 👎 P.S. I added a third photo to show that I have a point of comparison. In the Philippines, Strawberry Choco Cream Frappuccino Blended beverage and the pastry like Four Cheese Flat bread tasted so great! Plus, Blackpink set includes the drink, cup, and sticker. 👍

First time here to having here at Starbucks, Jurong Point. Greeting by our staff using polite words. 🤗

My Starbucks app was crashing so I put in my order for an iced pumpkin spiced latte while I worked on my app. I wanted to pay with my online cards and get stars. It never fixed so I told them I'll pay in cash but they gave it to me for FREE! They were very kind and patient about this. Best customer service ever, which is hard to find in SG.

So I was there in the morning and sat for quite a while, and I've actually bought a cup of espresso, but afterwards around lunch hours I bought a bagel. I think this overall staff in-charge afterwards told me to shift seats because maybe other customers wanted a seat, sure. But him saying I didn't buy anything except a cup of coffee since morning. It just left not so nice of an impression on him...And I actually wanted to spend a longer time there but it felt like since like he wanted me to move and I'm not spending so much as others, he wanted me to leave the place. I'm not sure, but if I continue sitting there I would feel obligated to give up my seat again..it's quite disappointing since I do frequent my coffee fix there but I don't think I'm returning.

Open early morning 7.30am for quick breakfast stopovers or takeaways. Typically good range of latte flavours, mocha, frappe and whatever coffee orders which float your boat! Their underestimated bagels were lightly toasted and had just the right amount of sweetness to the dough. Light on the wallet for a quick meal too. Great location on Level 3, with plenty of seating and a window view, albeit a somewhat dirty-looking skylight glass roof. Enjoy some people-watching to avoid being glued to your phone.

Situated on the second floor in the middle of Jurong Point Shopping center is a nice place to hang out with friends, work online or just chill over a nice cup of coffee and relax. Nice rustic ambiance and nice group of staff. Overall I find this place clean with staff going regularly to clean the table and keep the area clean.
