Impatient and useless man at the management office, who can't even help with booking the BBQ pit. He's probably the manager, who just stands around, and needs to be replaced ASAP. The lady who's working there sorted the booking in the end. Otherwise, a nice big but old condo.

This is a very old neighborhood with swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, BBQ pits, grocery store, functioning room and safety guards. This is near Lakeside MRT, about 7 min away. One bad thing is the nearest supermarket is a bit far on foot.

Spacious condo loft units. Has gone through 3 attempts to en bloc but to no avail. A lot of elderly folks living here. Peaceful place. The common facilities are quaint and it looks like it could be better with good maintenance. There’s a link way going to the Lakeside MRT. Just walking distance to Canada International School.

There are only around 300 homes in this large spacious tranquil estate. Most units are around 2000 sq ft or bigger. It has many facilities including a 30m swimming pool with a kiddy pool, a jacuzzi, a huge function room, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, squash court, 3 bbq pits, a spacious gym, a fish pond, a football field, a beach volleyball court, outdoor badminton courts, playgrounds with old school swings and see saw. The grounds are huge and there is a big residents' plot for you to grow your own vegetables. There is a hair salon as well as a mini mart in the estate. Parking is sheltered and free for 2 to 3 cars. It takes 5 to 8 minutes walk to get to the mrt. Public transport is convenient too and a quick out of gate walk or jog straight to the park connector will take you to Jurong Lake and the Chinese Garden. The Canadian International school is a bicycle ride or an mrt stop away. Rulang Primary is walking distance through a short cut or 2 bus stops away. With not many residents utilising the facilities, you mostly have peace to enjoy the facilities and you can hardly ever find a more pleasant estate to live in.

Lake point condo is very old condo compare to lake front, lake point and lake shore condo

Bought an item online and was asked to pick up here. Not to generalise all condo owners, but hell I had to wait for this guy for more than 15mins after reaching here. Quite a bad impression for someone who lives in a private property (of a higher social status)

I have been in this condo for 5 years and just recently moved out. The condo is really big and has a canal beside it where people can go walking or running and other various activities. Although the condo is old, it contains good working facilities that include a gym, swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis court, badminton court, squash court, a function hall and a small garden. The squash court. tennis court and the function hall need to be paid for but the rest are free of charge. The condo has a back gate that leads directly to the MRT and the bus stop is right in front of the condo so the place is very accessible. There is also a fairprice and a wet market near the condo.

Old Condo but very peaceful. Apartments have huge balconies, huge kitchens and ceiling fans (things which you won't find in most Singapore condos)

The common area is much larger than a normal condo , so you can enjoy a relaxing stroll.

Serene quiet country feel in urban SG

Despite a bit old it is a nice condo. All the facilities are available including MRT and SBS located in the immediate vicinity.

Went there for work. Old condo complex. Just to take note of malay security guy with earings. Need to brush up on his grumpiness and attitude.
