Title:
Mixed
Experience
at
Salahuddin
Babur
Mental
Health
Services
Rating:
⭐⭐⭐
I
recently
had
an
appointment
at
Salahuddin
Babur
Mental
Health
Services
scheduled
for
12
PM.
While
my
interaction
with
the
doctor
was
satisfactory,
there
were
some
aspects
of
my
experience
that
I
found
quite
distressing.
My
visit
began
with
a
significant
delay
–
I
ended
up
waiting
for
an
hour
beyond
my
scheduled
appointment
time.
Unfortunately,
this
prolonged
wait
exacerbated
my
existing
bathroom
anxiety.
When
I
tried
to
use
the
hospital's
Bathroom,
I
was
shocked
to
find
that
there
was
no
running
water.
This
added
to
my
discomfort,
and
when
I
approached
the
staff
about
the
issue,
their
solution
was
for
me
to
use
a
nearby
mosque's
Bathroom.
This
unexpected
suggestion
only
heightened
my
stress
levels.
Adding
to
the
ordeal
was
ongoing
construction
in
the
waiting
area.
The
noise
and
disruption
from
the
construction
work
contributed
to
the
already
tense
atmosphere
in
the
hospital.
It's
unfortunate
that
such
an
environment,
which
is
supposed
to
be
calming
and
conducive
to
healing,
became
a
source
of
added
stress
for
patients.
On
a
positive
note,
when
I
finally
met
with
the
doctor
at
1
PM,
his
demeanor
was
a
breath
of
fresh
air.
He
was
exceptionally
kind,
understanding,
and
took
the
time
to
discuss
all
of
the
issues
I
was
facing.
His
professionalism
and
empathy
significantly
improved
my
overall
impression
of
the
hospital.
In
summary,
while
I
appreciate
the
doctor's
excellent
behavior
and
thorough
checkup,
I
cannot
overlook
the
shortcomings
in
the
hospital's
management.
The
prolonged
wait,
lack
of
water
in
the
Bathroom,
and
the
disruptive
construction
work
all
contributed
to
a
suboptimal
experience.
I
hope
that
Salahuddin
Babur
Mental
Health
Services
takes
these
concerns
seriously
and
works
towards
creating
a
more
comfortable
and
patient-friendly
environment
for
all
visitors.
Please
note
that
my
review
is
based
on
a
single
visit,
and
others
may
have
different
experiences.
