Terrible!!!! Just terrible. Disrespectful saleswoman. I sold my gold in the shop opposite and got paid twice as much. Do not recommend this store to anyone. Just terrible!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and don't bed this store.

A nice, small family shop, tidy and clean, mother and daughter highly professional, the advice efficient and extremely caring (I, an easily disturbed and easily annoying customer, was served patiently) The store is also a few minutes' walk from Cologne Cathedral, and the parking garage under the cathedral can also be reached quickly.

Very rude, really not recommended. Sold me 8 carat but said it was 14 carat with diamond which was checked and wasn't true. That's what's called cheating. Will never buy anything there again.
