World class in Cologne... that has become rare!

Not only is Mr. Pütz a fine person, but also a brilliant jeweler. Fairytale-like pieces of jewelry, very tasteful interior and great decoration.

I have an old necklace, heirloom but nothing incredibly valuable, and the clasp was broken. My ten year old son urged me to get the necklace repaired (he loves jewelry and old things) even though I don't actually wear it. We went to 2 stores that politely declined and I would have given up if my son hadn't insisted. We ended up at Peter Pütz by chance, and we were both immediately enchanted by the beautifully decorated shop and even more so by the incredibly friendly and humorous Mr. Pütz! He immediately promised that he could repair the chain without any problems and called the next day to say that the chain was ready again. My son then picked it up on his own, the repair was free, the chain was lovingly packaged, and then I got a call that the chain had just been handed over to a nice young man (my son) and everything was fine. What a wonderful experience, if I ever want to buy jewelry again it will be there - thank you very much!!
