The most incompetent shop in Cologne, I order food at 3:30, call me 5 minutes before the shop finishes and say they don't have the food there. Then I call 5 minutes later at 4 a.m. and they seriously tell me they can't order anymore. 1 year ago it was still ok. Now the Grotten store is bad. So anyone who wants to eat at night would rather wait until morning and eat nothing, you have more of it. The worst store in Cologne and I will warn everyone about this store!!!!

I highly recommend the pizzeria “Anasito”! The food here is simply fantastic - the pizzas are by far the best I've ever tasted. The crust is crispy and the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Despite being so large, the pizzas are not heavy or too rich, meaning you can enjoy them guilt-free. The atmosphere of the pizzeria is also very cozy and inviting. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, and service is quick and efficient. It is obvious that a lot of value is placed on customer satisfaction here. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering how large the pizzas are and the quality of the ingredients. I would definitely recommend "Anasito" to anyone who wants to experience an authentic and delicious Italian pizza.

The store used to be great, but it hasn't been for a long time. 1) Delivery way too late. Several things were missing. The driver didn't speak German. Called and was promised that the missing items would still be brought. Never heard or seen anything again. 2) Given another chance. Called after two hours and couldn't reach anyone in forever. The shop was closed, the opening hours were probably wrong on the internet, and the telephone announcement was forgotten to be turned on. I was supposed to get the money back, it didn't happen, PayPal buyer protection was initiated.

Absolute disaster. Waiting times are already long enough (despite ordering at a specific time.) We ordered at 6:30 p.m. and received it an hour later. Please make a pizza without corn and have it with a mouse. You can't call either because no one answers. And you don't even get drinks on the house for the delay, which of course isn't a must but would somehow be good if you want to keep customers. Pizza tastes good but I won't order there again.

Food delivered incorrectly. I wasn't listened to on the phone. Didn't get any new food!! Paid 37 euros Ordered 3 things, 2 of which were prepared incorrectly. Wrong ingredients. Have Lieferando invoice as proof! Just don't order there

Very tasty pizza, but they can't answer the phone. I ordered through Lieferando and had to wait almost 2 hours for my food. You usually wait 45 minutes or a maximum of 1 hour.
