I only use burgerme as a delivery service, so I can't comment on the negative reviews from "Live" customers. I always experience consistently high and reliable quality. Very large selection of burgers, the beef can even be swapped for "Best Angus" (for a small additional charge). The vegetarian and chicken burgers are also always convincing. Good sidekicks (onion rings, chicken nuggets, fries, etc.) round off the offering. Always very fast delivery (approx. 30 minutes) with friendly messengers. Clear recommendation.

Best ever burgers I've ever had

The staff was friendly and the food was good. They messed up my mom's order but she somehow still thought it was her best meal in Cologne, which might say more about my mom, than this restaurant.

Delicious hamburger and fresh salad

3 black hairs in my burger, I was asked 30 things on the phone and then told me that I wouldn't get a refund for my food and that it was disgusting that I had hair in my food. The shop is supposed to be closed until everything has been checked 😂 That's right, you can still order there and I didn't get a new burger either. Simply disgusting and absolutely the last thing when it comes to the complaint service

Absolutely disgusting menu for almost 50 euros for 3 people, you don't have to talk about it, the burger and everything was really disgusting and lukewarm, plus the fries were wobbly and not seasoned. It's all well and good but not recommended. The only good thing about the place is the drinks and absolutely nothing else.
