Nice hotel with breath taking view from the hill down to the city. Hotel was completely new renovated and the work has been done very nicely. Staff still needs training but has done a good work so far. Bar and food were good but I found it pricey.

There was nothing, why to choose this hotel again. Everything was bad. Room directly at the noisy lift, not working aircondition, room directly abowe the street main entrance - noisy cars. 7 AM noise from gardener and 8AM house keeping asking if you still sleep or not. Stupid. I was so angry. Dinner im the restaurant very bad. For 50 EUR I would expect amazin experience. But Kebab for 6 EUR would be much better decision. Never again. Then morning on the reception I was informed that I should pay for the car. There is on the property no information about it and during my arrival nobody told me about it. Stupid. They are concentated only on the money earnings. The guest is on the last place.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The venue itself was stunning, offering breathtaking views over the Rhine River. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. One standout feature was the state-of-the-art High Tech bathroom, which added a touch of modern luxury to the stay. We were so impressed that we decided to book the same hotel in Berlin, and we were delighted to find it conveniently located next to the DB Bahn station. Overall, everything about our stay was superb, and I highly recommend this posh hotel.

The hotel is really nice but the culinary experience is a major disappointment. Breakfast buffet is barely average and lots of patience is required just to get some coffee, and the restaurant charges high prices for uninspiring and boring food. Great views though

The service on this place is really bad! Instead of welcome you feel NOT welcome. The stuff is so bad. Thy lie, 0 help. Thy think this place is Beverly Hills, no less;) The spa is even worth! Not enough towels thy say! You need to make a towel reservation😂 Not recommend at all. Shame on you guys.

Stunning venue with amazing views over the Rhine Valley

We came to see if we wanted to stay but after being served a glass of Sekt at their restaurant by the least service minded girl who was on the phone the whole time, we decided to never set foot there again. Place looks nice though

Stayed here for 1 night. Beautiful area to go hiking/for a walk. Hotel and rooms are nice. ( an update would make it better) A big big compliment to the front office Miss Katharina Ernst!

The airconditioning problem persists! We arrived on a hot day and the room is uncomfortably hot, the a/c is simply not working. The staff is definitely aware of the problems here, offering cooling fans while we still wait for a ‘technician’ for 2 hours already.. Apparently its acceptable for this hotel to offer such appalling conditions, my advise is to spent your money elsewhere. Its a real shame, the scenery and views are great. Missed opportunity.

Beautifully located upscale hotel with breathtaking views of the Rhine. Views from the breakfast room is astonishing. Spa area is decent and free for guest. The views from the spa relax area over the Rhine is another highlight. The restaurant is extremely pricey for good food, hence the price / quality ratio is medium (eg 20 euro for a glass of wine).

A very nice place with terrific views (weather permitting) from the room we booked. Tastefully decorated rooms, excellent and friendly staff. Our waiter Nadine/Nathalie Schär was fantastic, friendly and simply professional. One star off due to the fact that the aircon didn't work (we got a fan) and there is no wifi signal in the room we got. Otherwise à very nice week-end stay...

A beautiful, grand hotel with a ton of history and access to all sorts of hotspots nearby. The hotel has a beautiful view over the Rhine river and you can catch a glimpse of Köenigswinger, Bonn, and Cologne in the distance. The main restaurant is delicious, seasonal, and features indoor and outdoor seating. As a venue, the place offers plenty of different spaces, including a beautiful atrium. Would be great for any large gathering/event. A word of caution, this is not a cheap hotel. Prices run high (~€30 for a steak filet), and you may not get access to that beautiful view if your window is small. All-in-all, it is worth the trip of the hill, providing an unforgettable experience. Employees also speak English and German.

Just sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view. The Eiskaffee was well worth it.

Absolutely amazing, this hotel has an amazing view and is located on top of a high hill (331 meters) over viewing the river Rhine towards the west. It is an historical building and right now they are refurbishing it but it is still in very good condition. The breakfast is very good, it has a very good bier Garten with incredible views and the staff is very helpful. The only weak spot is the restaurant with poor service normal food and high prices.

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful with an amazing view. Everything is very clean and all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is all renovated and super cozy and all the restaurants are wonderful. It really is one of the most amazing hotels and places I have visited. Unfortunately, the Spa, Pool, and Gym are being renovated, also the AC was not working properly, but in no way, this disrupted the stay.

I wasn't inside the hotel it self.. Butvthe view was amazing from up there.. You rrally have to take your wife /husband to that amazing place.. And alsobthey have Biergarten and Restaurant with the hotel.. I like this place
