NEVER AGAIN! I received part of the tire already damaged. When I wanted to complain about this, it was assumed that I had caused the damage myself (even though I hadn't used it until then). I should order a replacement part at my own expense. The dealer was not at all responsive or helpful. I have never experienced such poor customer service. You won't be happy with the product under these circumstances! I will use another/reputable dealer.

I have now ordered twice from this shop (4 hula hoops in total). Due to high demand, it took some time before I was able to order the tires I wanted. Delivery was super fast for both orders and the tires arrived safely. I can't complain about anything and I don't understand the many negative reviews. We are very happy with our new hula hoops. 😊😊😊 Addendum after about 1 year: I have now resold the blue 2kg tire. I was totally unhappy with it because it was very wobbly and unstable, even though I didn't use it that often. The hard plastic tires are still great. I ordered the 1.2 kg tire from Hoopmania for colleagues, and their tires also became wobbly after a few weeks. My 1.2kg Tchibo tire is still totally stable after almost 10 years!

Neither the order could be canceled nor did I ever see my money again after it was returned. Customer service was unhelpful and sometimes condescending. Hope you step on Lego bricks and drop your bread on the Nutella site every day.

Unfortunately a bit disappointing. I received part of the tire already damaged, you could see that when I unpacked it. When I contacted customer service, it was immediately assumed that I had caused the damage myself (even though I hadn't used it up to that point and my hula hoop place is not near the things that were alleged). Customer service suggested that I order a replacement part at my own expense. Accommodation as a gesture of goodwill is not an option here. My request for a replacement was immediately rejected. (I didn't want to send the entire tire back, I just wanted the broken part replaced.) However, since you have to pay the return costs and the costs of re-sending yourself, I decided not to do so. Also due to the environmental balance and the CO2 footprint - unfortunately the company cannot score points with this. - The tire itself is fine after trying it out for the first time, but the joy is somewhat diminished when the part breaks straight away. Let's see how it holds up over the next few days/weeks.

Thank you very much for this nice, courteous customer service! I had ordered and paid for four connector pieces for the foldable hula hoop. When the delivery arrived there was a hole in the packaging and only three pieces of connectors inside. When I wrote an email and explained the situation, I received an immediate reply with an apology and the announcement that the missing part would be delivered free of charge, which was also done within two days. It was my first experience with this business and it was excellent!

I purchased a hula hoop 22 months ago. I use this almost every day and I am extremely happy with it. Unfortunately, two connecting parts broke three days ago. I wrote to support that same evening, received an answer the next morning and the replacement part arrived today. I am thrilled with this customer service and can only say it is simply great!!!

I ordered two Hulahoop tires. A tire was delivered already damaged with a crack in one part. I was directly accused of damaging the tire through use. I am not at all satisfied with the customer service. The joy about the new device has a bitter aftertaste. In addition, I send the item back at my own expense and the dealer doesn't accommodate me!!

Bad and unfriendly customer service. After 3 months of normal use, 5 connections on my tire have completely broken. This is not a warranty case, so what about the hoop is a warranty case if not material fatigue? It was assumed that I had used the tire incorrectly, even though there were no visible defects on the foam, for example from a collision. A solution to the problem or a compromise was not suggested to me even after the second contact. The quality is inferior and the good reputation is absolutely unjustified.
