Worst experience ever witnessed at a restaurant. Pathetic service and poor behaviour by the waiters, staff and the manager when asked about the reason for delay in bringing food. For one plate biriyani, they are taking more than an hour. Some customers went away rudely without eating. Still the manager and the waiters act like they don't care and showing attitude like they are doing favour for us. The food is also pretty average and not up to the mark. This restaurant deserves to be closed forever! I urge everyone not to visit this restaurant if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Pathetic experience. Behaviour of manager, waiter and staff is worst. They shows attitude as if they are doing social services and giving free food to customers. For simple biriyani they takes 1 hour to serve on table. Not at all recommended. There are far better restaurant like Dada Boudi, Arsalan and Aminiya. Street food stall have very good behaviour than this resturant's.

Newly opened restaurant just beside Sona Restaurant. They have 10 rooms and a ceremony hall also for any programme . Nice location.

Quality and quantity of food is good, but number of workers are less, so during rush hours they are unable to manage which makes the service slow. Moreover there would not be all the options available which are written in their menu.

Worst experience. With the dirty and oily plates and the spicy biriyani with burnt chicken is as horrible as the staff behaviour. The waiters asking for payment just after serving the biriyani in plates. The roadside dhabas are far better that this. Never feel so ashamed. They will check the payment in every 5 minutes after you get your dish. This is shameful. No one will go before paying the food. The staffs don't know about little etiquettes. Never going and never recommending the restaurant to anyone.

Very poor service and food taste very normal.....I ordered biryani, Chicken butter masala, panner butter masala, jeera rice. The biryani felt like boiled rice The taste level, cooking and presentation skill is zero.....

Staying in this hotel is pretty cool😎, good behaviour and they will make you feel comfortable. I had a great time in this hotel. I took a single bed room which cost me 1500/- per day. Unmarried couples are allowed to get room here. But the food was not that good at that higher price. I ordered chicken thali costs 270/- but the quality of the food wasn't that good. I couldn't even finish my lunch.😵😵‍💫 Thank you 🙏🏻😊

Taste was good ... But the staff behaviour was very bad 😞.... We actually told to give 1 veg noodles instead of it he gives 2 egg noodles... Then we packed it after this ... After this we told to give Tandoori roti without butter but he give with butter and lastly we ordered 1 T.. roti and then he tells us to take two we told no but he told that the order is placed ... Moreover I request you, If you are going to b3 so order the menu properly and check it twice ...

Actually I don't want to give rating 1. But I don't have any option. It's mandatory to give rating. service is very poor. Customer trust does not matter for them. Please don't go in this restaurant .you will waste ur money as well as time.

The food is fine but it takes forever to reach your table and the staff is very rude as well. Pathetic experience!
