Hotel sathguru grand is charging 2500/- per night for 3 members stay.... Can't they replace / change / repair the fan which is creating noise equivalent to factory machine ? They think that we are staying for free.... Today customer is king.... Customers can either make or break an empire

I went to the hotel and booked my room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checking into the room was an easy and smooth process, thanks to the staff. The room is air-conditioned, and the size is moderate. The room had a double bed cot with a comfy bed and neat bedsheets. The bathroom was below average and needs an upgrade. The accommodation price is a bit on the expensive side. Overall, it was a positive experience staying at Hotel Sathguru Grand.

Good option to stay in Karaikudi. This hotel is very close to new bus stand and 1.5 kms away from railway station. There are many veg restaurants nearby like annalakshmi, malli, jainika, which are good to dine with family. We personally liked malli for tiffin, annalakshmi for lunch and dinner. Coming to the hotel, rooms were ok for a family, spacious. However we booked a three bedded room two months back, but they allotted us a two bedded room only. On enquiring they said room availability is not there. That was really disappointing, they didn't provide what was booked. For a budget stay and local transport perspective you can opt for this hotel. If you have your own car, there is ample parking space.

Spacious well furnished rooms. Rooms are maintained very clean. Reception staff and other staff are very cooperative. Proximity to bus stand is an added advantage. Highly recommended while staying at Karaikudi.

Excellent hotel just next to bus stand. Very clean and good room service. Paid 1500 rs per night for AC room. 24 hrs checkout policy is added bonus.

good location But environment was not so nice . Room was acceptable. But no drinking water, coffee etc.

Good place to stay and looks recently built. Rooms are big (king size bed as well) and well maintained. Clean washroom. Close to new bus stand. Service is good. Helpful staff. 24 hour checkout. Only down side is that there is a tasmac bar in the road leading to the hotel. Can be irritating during late evenings when crowd of drunken ppl r there and u have to walk that side.

Decent hotel for transit stay . The AC was good working , The Toilet needs better on cleaning . Otherwise the stay was good. The hotel does not have a restaurant however the arrange food from the nearest restaurant.

Pathetic Service Receptionist were discussing and laughing about the guest's ask. How pathetic is this in a service industry. No body among the staffs have awareness on what amenities are available in their own place Location and accessibility is the only +. Everything else is bad.

I have stayed here several times over the last few years. They seem to have renovated the rooms. The room and the linen were clean. Service is excellent. The staff are courteous and responsive. Located conveniently within walking distance of the local bus stand.

Hotel is located behind Karaikudi bus stand. Let's start with the good things first. The room was very clean and well maintained and there was plenty of space in the room. The bad room was decent in size and clean. There was ample parking space to park the vehicle. Bad part is the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. But overall a very good place. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The Receptionist is very worst fellow. No respect at all. He treets customers as beggars. Lot of cockroaches in the room. No break fast. No hotel or no kitty Shop near by.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Neatly maintained toilets. Clean water both cold and hot available all the time. Plenty of parking space. Restaurant is not available, so keep something for a late-night snack. Room service is very average. Toilets don't even have soap Service is almost non existent in the night Nobody picks the phone But considering that you are in a small town, the hotel feels great.
