    BEYOND Urawa store offers a 3-month course with dietary guidance + 30 personal training sessions. Under the fun and easy-to-understand instruction from store manager Suzuki-san and other experienced trainers, we were able to realize the joy of training. I feel so refreshed after every workout. Also, I was taught basic knowledge about meal management, and I was surprised that it was possible to lose weight even if I ate so much! I'm really glad I joined because I learned how to diet healthily and correctly! I will continue to work hard towards my goals!

Personal gyms have an image of being expensive, and it's true that if you look at the price alone, you might think it's expensive in general, but making the price worth more than the price is half up to you and half up to you. I came to the conclusion after going there for 3 months that it depends on the store. Through dietary training, you can lead a healthy lifestyle and make changes to your family's meals. Building a healthy body is an important investment in life, and it is connected in all aspects to raising children. BEYOND Urawa store provides advanced knowledge and careful guidance. It makes me feel glad that I started personal training here. In conclusion, it's "cheap" considering it's up to you and the quality of the store. My first ever Little Ogre is living on my back (lol), and I still have a long way to go to grow it into a real Ogre...

    Wanting to put an end to my years of dieting, I was looking for a personal gym and decided to go to the Beyond Urawa branch near my home. I was in a situation where I didn't know what to do or what to do due to dietary restrictions and excessive exercise, but thanks to BEYOND's correct dietary guidance and fun personal training sessions, I've finally been able to diet healthily! This is a personal gym that I especially recommend for women like me. The trainers also teach in an easy-to-understand and fun way, so I look forward to going every time! Thank you very much to the manager, Mr. Uesugi, Mr. Mizukoshi, and Mr. Nomura! ! To be honest, at first I thought the course fees were expensive, but they taught me the basics of improving posture, eating habits, and training, and I was able to create a foundation that I could continue to pursue on my own. When you think about it, I feel like it's a cheap investment in yourself! Although I still have a long way to go, I hope to reach my goal by the end of the course! I look forward to working with you!

    At the BEYOND Urawa branch, I requested a two-month course that included dietary guidance. My trainer, Suzuki, gave me guidance on a daily diet that suited me. I usually eat out for lunch, and the information on how to choose it was very helpful. My attitude toward food has changed, and I now cook well-balanced meals with a large number of items, which makes my family very happy. I'm begging you to continue like this. I have never had any pain in my knees or lower back because my training is tailored to my physical condition and I stretch thoroughly before training. Training is quite tough, but I do it while taking plenty of breaks and receiving plenty of praise and encouragement, so I have never disliked it. I don't think I could have continued alone. After all, personal training is good. The results of the two months were that I lost 1 kg, but my body fat decreased, my metabolism increased, and I became much more refreshed and toned. What makes me most happy is that my husband's health checkup numbers have improved significantly since he has been eating the same meals every day. I decided to continue my training. I'm also encouraging my husband to join us, using your pocket money.

    I really wanted to lose weight and was looking for a personal gym when I found BEYOND with good reviews! I am indebted to the Urawa store, which has good access. At first, I thought that the weight loss phase was all about strict dietary restrictions, but I was surprised when I was told that I could also consume carbohydrates lol. My weight and body fat percentage are steadily decreasing, and I feel moderately fatigued from training, so I am very satisfied. I was a little worried because I had a bad back, but my trainer Nomura-san gave me great support and I was able to enjoy the training✨ Also, we had a lot of fun chatting during breaks, and I’m really looking forward to training days😊 I'm really glad I found BEYOND Urawa store!! ︎

    I started this as a full-time housewife aiming to improve my heel pain due to postpartum diet and weight gain! Signed a contract for 2 months of dietary guidance + 16 training sessions. My weight and body fat have decreased, and my heel pain has disappeared. All the staff are easy to talk to, and the atmosphere is bright and homely from beginning to end☺️ My trainer was Miyagawa, and during the dietary guidance, he gave me advice on what to improve, and he always gave me positive and supportive messages, which gave me the motivation to continue! My training has gradually stepped up, and exercise is fun again! I was able to train while feeling this. I would like to continue this as a hobby in the future. When BEYOND is scheduled, I look forward to it, and even after it's over, I still feel like it was fun. Special thanks to Manager Uesugi and Mr. Miyagawa for their support until the end 😊

    All of the trainers have participated in contests, so I thought they would be very knowledgeable, so I joined. It was as expected, and I was able to create a program according to my body condition, and I think that my body shape has changed in about a month. I would like to thank trainer Uesugi, who was in charge of me, for answering any questions I had in an easy-to-understand manner! The trainers are also great at encouraging me, so I want to do my best until I reach my goal.

    I went there for about a year! ! Everyone at beyond Urawa store is very friendly, has a wonderful smile, and always greets you, making it a space that I love ❤️ We have some of the best trainers in Japan, and it's reassuring to know that they all have a proven track record 💪💪 I spent the first six months providing dietary guidance and training. In the second half, we only received training instruction✨ I used to go to the gym a long time ago, but it's really special to have a professional teach you personally💪 You can challenge yourself to the very limit, I feel safe knowing that if anything happens, I will be supported, You can stand up with your voice, He taught me the correct form, so I was able to have a fulfilling training😊 I also loved the post-workout protein selection time! lol Thanks to you, everyone around me You've lost weight!     Thank you for all the help you have given me. It's been over a year since I joined the club saying, ``I want to have a body that doesn't gain weight even when I eat a lot,'' and I was able to achieve my goal of reducing body fat to 20% or less. I can't stop drinking! I hate this training! I think the reason I was able to keep going even though I was being selfish a lot was because my trainers were always cheerful and fun, sometimes giving me strict encouragement, and finding a method that was right for me. I'm really thankful to you.

    I have been exercising from time to time since I was a student, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, my living environment changed and I gained weight, so I have always wanted to exercise. I was looking for a sports gym and a personal gym, but the content and atmosphere on the website was good, so I asked for a trial training at Beyond Urawa store. I unexpectedly found the experience of muscle training fun and motivated, and decided that I wanted to rebuild my body over a slightly longer period of time rather than a short period of time, so I decided on a course that included 2 months of dietary guidance and 40 sessions. I was nervous about the dietary guidance, but the idea of ​​consuming CFP in a well-balanced manner and in total in one day suited me quite well, so I was able to work through it smoothly. Especially make sure to eat plenty of carbohydrates! It was an eye-opener for me to learn that if I didn't eat it, I wouldn't have the fuel to burn fat. I do my training very carefully (lol), but it adjusts the load depending on my physical condition on the day and even during the training, so I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish the training! It explains in advance which part of the training should be effective, so it's fun to actually get muscle pain in that part (lol).It's also difficult to get answers to your questions right away, which is difficult to do on your own. I think this is an advantage of a personal gym. Anyway, the personalities of all the trainers are amazing! Even when my weight stagnated for a bit, I was encouraged many times by telling me not to give up and get depressed, and that it would definitely come down, so I didn't give up.When I came to the gym, everyone casually gave encouragement to me. I'm glad you do! I started working in July and have lost about 8 kg of weight by the end of September through coaching that is tailored to the individual. I have a monthly body scan, and I have lost almost all of my fat by maintaining my strength. 8 kg of fat is scary. . I'm still training twice a week, but I'm able to do more things, I've lost weight, and I can see that my body has changed, so I'm looking forward to the future. Limits are opportunities (lol) I will continue to train hard! Thank you very much for your continued support, Mr. Uesugi, Mr. Suzuki, Mr. Nomura, Mr. Miyagawa, and Mr. Mizukoshi.
