It’s a great place, a small place with 4 tables, but you can order rolls and other things for home delivery, or online, it’s convenient and practical.

They cook rice for rolls disgustingly. Often not even half the menu is available. WiFi is not available to guests. The waiter does not understand the menu well and does not come to the table to order.

We waited for the order for an hour. Even the tea. There was some kind of noisy campaign. It was delicious though.

I give one for the service. He's just terrible! And the quality of the rolls is far from up to par. The order was placed on Friday, October 11 at 18:45. When ordering, they specifically asked whether wasabi ginger soy sauce would be included in the order. And they asked for delivery by a certain time. As a result, we received falling apart rolls without ginger and wasabi, and of course they were not delivered on time. When they called for delivery, they promised to deliver everything. As a result, 40 minutes passed, and the cart is still there. On the second call I had to raise my voice because... we didn't eat the rolls and were specifically expecting wasabi and ginger. As a result, we again received the standard answer that as soon as the delivery person arrives, they will send it to us. When asked when he would arrive, we didn’t know. Well, this is where I couldn’t stand it anymore. I understand that someone might have forgotten, but we need to somehow try to smooth out the negative impression! If there is no main delivery person, don’t wait for him, but send another! The cafe employees are absolutely not interested in anything at all and do not know what good service is. In response to my indignation at this whole situation, they hang up when the situation could not have been brought to such a level of tension. And just fix your own mistake!!! In general, this was the first and last order in this establishment.

I went for a bite to eat and at that time I was the only customer in the establishment. One girl took the order (polite and pleasant), the second sat in the hall. Everything would be fine, but! When these girls started talking to each other loudly, with obscene language and on vulgar topics, I didn’t really enjoy eating. The rolls are delicious! I advise girls to be more restrained and not discuss their personal lives in front of the whole room. Bon appetit)

One star only for the rolls and speed of cooking. The coffee is served cold and the staff is unfriendly. There are no napkins on the table. For two people they give only one container for soy sauce. There are no hygiene products in the restroom (no toilet paper, towels and hand dryers).

We constantly order home delivery of food from the Kyoto cafe - rolls, pizza, noodles. Always great quality!
