今までにないタイプのホテルでした。 車がある人は、駐車場がないので近くのコインパーキングとかに停めないといけないです。 ウェルカムドリンクならぬウェルカム鶏飯がありました。 朝ごはんもバイキング方式で、自分でお弁当にするタイプです。 出来たばかりなのでもちろん全てにおいて綺麗でした。 アメニティもしっかりしてました。 スタッフも対応よかったです。

3泊しました。とても施設は綺麗で、スタッフの方も対応も良いのですが、連泊の方は知っておいた方が良いと思った点を投稿しておきます。 ・3泊まで、バスタオルやタオルの交換はなく、自分で洗濯する必要があります。 ・3泊まで、掃除は追加料金(4000円？くらいだったかと)で、掃除機は置いてありますが、かなりコンパクトで床などにかけるには適していないです。 ・ゴミは指定の時間にドア前に置いておくと持って行ってくれるようです(聞いて初めて教えてくれたので、チェックイン時に案内して欲しい) ・毎朝のバイキングですが、メニューが9.5割毎日同じなので飽きます。しかも9時頃に行くと無くなっている品が多数。。 以下、共通で少し不便だと思った事ですが、 ・部屋に電話がないため、聞きたい事があるたびにフロントに降りなければならない。 ・セーフティボックスの鍵が最初からかかっており、使用できなかった。 ・トイレに手洗いがなく、洗面所まで毎回移動する必要があった。 掃除がないプランに人生で初めて泊まりましたが、掃除の時間を気にすることなく、自由に過ごせたので案外良かったのですが、気になる方は注意した方が良いと思ったので記載しました。 総じて良いホテルでした。

1月頭に家族3人で連泊利用させて頂きました。施設は新しく綺麗でしたが、残念な部分もありこの評価とさせて頂きます。セキュリティーBOXがロックが掛かっていて利用出来なかった。ベッド上の照明部分に埃が溜まっており虫の死骸や卵の様なものがあった。浴槽の排水口が詰まっていて流れが悪かった。ソファに置かれたクッションに歯磨き粉の様なシミがあった。ハンディクリーナーにゴミが溜まったままだった。トイレ内に手を洗う場所がなく離れた洗面所に行くしかなかった。便座の温度が高すぎた。部屋の扉がQRコードで解除するシステムだが反応しなかった。部屋に電話がなくフロントに用がある時は降りて行かなければならなかった。 ちなみに、スタッフさんは皆さん気持ちの良い対応をされていて素晴らしいと思いました。立地も良いだけに今後に期待したいと思います。

A great stay. We booked a twin bed room with a shared bathroom and the room had a private bathroom. The room also had a laundry + dryer machine and a small kitchen. The room and the hotel itself was so clean, tidy, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was basic, but nothing more of it is expected. In addition the staff were very nice and helpful. 5/5 stars.

開業まもなくに宿泊しました。 欧米の高級アパートメントホテルのように、キッチン周りや洗濯機が自室に充実してました。低価格で新しく、接客も素晴らしく、最高の時間を過ごせました！ がんばって何かクレームを考えるなら、強いて言えば、トイレの便座が熱すぎるくらいかな？笑🤔

娘と娘の友達とで熊本日帰り旅行を計画してて、市内のホテルに泊まって熊本目指そうとなりここのホテルへ。昨年の11月にオープンされたとのこと。県外ナンバーの車が駐車場には多く止まってました。部屋も素敵で、娘たちといいね、良いよねえと。キッチン道具も着いていたので、夜は近くのスーパーに行き、キムチ鍋の材料を買って、部屋でキムチ鍋パーティーを。こういうことができるって良いなぁと思いました 洗濯機もあり、夜に洗濯、乾燥ができたので 汚れたままの衣類を持って行かなくて済みました ホテルも最高で、熊本でも楽しくて また泊まりたいねと娘と友達と話ししました

This hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping service. Wash your own towels, if needed. Breakfast is simple, pack your own food from the reception and enjoy in the room. Nothing to shout about for the location. No other facilities. Overall, a pleasant stay but unlikely to come back for there’s little value for money - 77,000 yen for two nights.

Great find! Walking distance to everything in Kagoshima, in a quiet road, clean, comfortable, modern but still cozy, large room, very good quality mattress, pillows, toiletries, towels.. breakfast has good selection of hot food, salads, really flaky croissants, juices and coffee. Only stayed one night but would come back 100%. Great view of the vulcano!

I stayed at the room for 2-4 people. The location is OK but it’s difficult to find a good restaurant within walking distance at night. The room is big, new, tidy and clean but some of the design are very strange such the hand washing basin is far away from the toilet. I like the washing machine with dryer. It helped me to complete washing and drying with an hour. 👍🏻 It serves good quality breakfast with some local food on the first floor but you must enjoy it in your room due to limited seats. No car park is provided but you can find a parking lot within 100m easily. I was bitten by mosquitoes when I offloaded my luggage outside the hotel.

長期で、家族滞在とか、勿論一泊でも、気軽に宿泊できて、調理用品も揃っていてきちんと整っているホテルでした。朝食の唐揚げが美味しかったな。お風呂も広く、トイレ別になっていました。洗濯乾燥機があるのも、たとえ一泊でも洗濯できると楽ですね。

Stayed 2 nights with my family. Close to Tenmonkan and Chuo station (walking distance) Breakfast had lots options and put meals in lunch box, you can eat at there or bring to your room. Laundry machine in the room was bonus! As we had a kid, it makes so much easier. Would love to stay again

It take about 7 mins walk from the Kagoshima station. The hotel was clean and nice.

The service of front desk is excellent and the room is comfy.
