I’ve booked restaurant 2 months in advanced for 2. Two weeks before the date I called and modified the reservation for 1. They’ve called and emailed me 10000 times to confirm, reconfirm, re-reconfirm the reservation. I confirmed everything and was looking forward to it especially because my +1 left me and I still was determined to have a nice experience by myself. Guess what, I show up right on time just to be greet by not that nice hostess telling me that they have no table for me and I could either wait for 45 min or sit by the bar alone (hinting that it’s just one person, so bar is your option). It was my anniversary dinner and happy birthday to me I was treated like second hand citizen that is not even worthy a table (which I booked 2 months in advance). Felt so bad and lonely and depressed that couldn’t even order food sitting by this extremely cold bar with no attentive people around. Worst experience ever. Will take my business elsewhere, this place doesn’t worth you time and money. Extremely disappointing. They’ve ruined my evening. And by the way, there were 3 tables for 2 behind me empty all the time.

Beautiful views right on the water, great service & tasty food. It's very pricey, but you get what you pay for. The whole fish was the star of the meal & the gentleman holding the fish in the pic, walks around explaining the type of fish he has & how it's prepared, which was especially appreciated.

We came here for our post-wedding dinner, but ended up getting food poisoning. We are not sure what got us sick, but we suspect the kanpachi or the lobster. Overall the food was good, but not sure if it was worth the price. The customer service and atmosphere was excellent. All staff were super friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the food poisoning, we would rather this place higher.

This was, hands down, one of the top dining experiences of my life. The atmosphere and ambiance were amazing. Food was divine. Drinks were wonderful. The location was fantastic. It was expensive but worth every dollar.

Went for happy hour and it was great. The bartenders were attentive, the drinks were strong and the food was good. The fish and chips were the best I ever had. What else can you ask for?

We finally got reservations for Mina's after 3 trips to Oahu. Sadly we were disappointed, the food was so bland and flavorless. Extremely overpriced for the quality offered. The fish lacked salt, and the steak was just an average steak not worth the 71$. The service was slow, our waiter only came to take our order and then to ask for dessert, but he was super kind. In reality you are paying simply for the view.

Came here for our anniversary and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Damon was very attentive and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. The atmosphere was inviting and the view was beautiful. Huge wine selection and creative mixed drinks. We will recommend to our friends.

What a setting!!! The food and service was amazing. You must have the broil lobster… the best ever. We really enjoyed the buttermere fish as well.

New seats were set up near the walking path, in the evening it felt as if we were dining on the beach 🏝 it was great!! First time getting oysters 🦪 they were spectacular and super fresh!! We really wanted the Opakaka (pink snapper) but they already ran out, we had a late dinner, we tried Kona Kampachi (Almaco Jack) which was quite impressive. We had the ginger & scallion-broiled whole fish served with Broccolini, Chinese black bean, garlic fried rice. Ryan the Fish Monger was spectacular in helping us choose the best fish!! We will be back soon!!

We had an excellent dinner for a special occasion. Started with great cocktails, then the crudo appetizer. The servers were top notch, dinner main was amazing and they were so accommodating with our children. They had high chairs, a kids menu and special dessert for kids. Live music for the evening was really special, setting the mood. Highly recommend.

Mina's Fish House exceeded expectations! Outstanding cocktails, friendly bartenders, and a warm hostess. Kudos to Chanel for impeccable service, and meeting the fish sommelier was a delightful touch. A must-visit for a memorable dining experience!

Mina’s Fish House at Four Seasons Hotel elevates the dining experience from the start. Guests are welcomed with house-made flatbread and garlic hummus, setting the tone for a culinary adventure. A standout among the starters is the smoked Marlin and Maui onion dip, a flavorful delight complemented by the crunch of Housemade taro chips. The restaurant offers an ever-changing selection of fresh fish is which highlights a dedication to quality and variety. With their daily fish selections, they offer either a whole fish which can feed 3-4 people if Hal’s a fish which can serve 1-2 people. In addition to the amount of fish, they offer 3 methods of preparation: spiced crusted fried fish, ginger and scallion broiled fish, or char-grilled fish. We’ve been lucky enough to visit the restaurant on several occasions and a Have tried all 3 preparations with different types of fish, Kanpachi and Opakapaka (my favorite)! Our two favorite prep are the fried and chargrilled. The grilled yellowfin tuna and seared foie gras is also excellent! Get a seat in the lower front of the restaurant and watch the sunset! Beautiful! Great food coupled with great service!

Wow. Just wow. The best steak I’ve had in as long as I can remember, maybe ever. Incredible vibe, good service, great drinks and cool bar scene. Need a reservation in advance but worth it. Nice outdoor and indoor seating. The surf and turf is worth every cent and the espresso martinis are perfection.

Simply an amazing time! Great food, atmosphere, waitress, and company! Our table was outside with a beautiful view of the water. They had a live singer and my goodness could he sing! Our waitress and the entire staff that helped take care of us did an amazing job! The entire night was seamless! The menu not only had lovely fish options it also has pork, chicken, beef, and vegetarian options. If you enjoy a beautiful chilled seafood tower to start your meal make sure you order one! Not only are they lovely to look at they have several delicious items to please your palate!

Top notch drinks service and atmosphere. Love having cocktails and sharing small plates during sunset. Expensive but worth it.

Lovely restaurant with ocean views. Price is a bit high but the food quality was excellent. They also have a good selection of wine and alcohol. The seafood were fresh. We had some oysters and fish for starters and main. We also had dessert as per photo which were delicious. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The place is clean overall and it was nice to sit outside and watch the sunset for dinner.

Fantastic time celebrating a birthday! We had the cold shellfish appetizer and one of the fish specials, almaco jack. Everything tasted great and the setting was beautiful.

I do not give five stars lightly but Mina's Fish House definitely deserves it. The food was great with the exception of the broccoli and long beans, I thought they were ok but my wife said they were dry and flavorless. We returned them and both were struck from the bill. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great other than a few small bugs that were no fault of the restaurant. The Lobster pot pie was pricey but it was so delicious, the sauce was so good the kids were soaking french fries in it. We also had the cold oysters , we started with half a dozen but they went quickly so we ordered another dozen. It was just so amazing after (even with the high prices) so many mediocre meals. I would recommend anyone staying at the Disney aulani hotel that wants a good meal just walk down the beach to the Four Seasons and go to Mina's Fish House. For the five of us it was cheaper and better than Ama Ama at Aulani hotel.

Well, eating a Mina's while sun goes down at the Four Seasons in Kapolie was bliss! Fantastic and attentive staff with a main server and additional servers who attend to your every need. When specialty dishes are delivered there is a personal explanation and preparation from the chef...nice touch. Drinks are served with crystal ice and are smooth and refreshing. The dishes are eclectic, but flavorful and fulfilling. The purple mashed potatoes was a hit along with the Tuna Tar-Tar. Our grilled seafood plate was amazing and served with a seared lemon for additional juice. In addition, two deserts were on the house for the birthday girls in our party. A magnificent evening and worth your while to visit Mina's Fish House.

Good service knowledgeable. The waiter explained the menu and their fish specials. Drinks were amazing. There still one of the best I’ve had perfect medium rare like I ordered and the fish was GREAT. Highly recommend

Absolutely superb, delicious, beautiful experience. From property, to welcoming check in, friendly service all around and delectable dishes this place is perfect for any occasion! Pretty pricey but well worth it.

Great service and food. They were completely booked for the weekend my party and I were in the area, but we were able to snag seats at the bar for dinner. It's little pricey, but everything tasted great and everyone had a great experience. Plus, it was nice to get away from the chaos of Aulani for a minute.

My husband called a week in advance to make reservations and to inform them it would be the two of us and our 2 month old. Check in: We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and were told that we made a reservation for 8 p.m. so we couldn't 'Check In' and that they would just come call us when it was 8 p.m. at 8 p.m. on the dot my husband went to see about a table and they told us they would come call on us when they had it ready. Seating: Mind you, we already informed them ahead of time about the baby. When my husband went to check on the reservation, he had our daughter in her car seat. They could see we had an infant, they could have maybe taken that into account when seating us. They sat us outside in the open, under the coconut tree. The waiter who showed us our seats told us we could just put the car seat in one of their seats. That would have been Ok had the ground where they sat us outside not been uneven, the seat sinking in sand therefore made the seat wobbly. I had to maneuver the seat half towards me, half towards the table and pack sand on the bottom of the chair leg to make it sturdy. I wish they had taken into account the fact that we had an infant and sat us at a better location. Instead they sat us directly by the pathway, where everyone was walking and drinking and we could barely hear each other talk. Ambience: the hanging lights and the tiki torches were very beautiful. Very well lit. They had live music and the singer sounded so beautiful, we could hear her great when we were waiting by the pool for our table. But, when we were seated, we were so far away we couldn't really hear her and the sound or her mic kept disconnecting. Drinks: They were very expensive and VERY strong. If you wanted to have a very nice, well balanced drink, make sure you let them k ow to go easy on the liquor so you can actually taste your food. The drinks were so strong we couldn't enjoy it with our dinner like we wanted to. We didn't finish them. It was a waste, because had they eased on the alcohol, it would have been perfect. Food: The Garlic & duck fries was ok. We couldnt really taste the garlic and the duck was nonexistent. Maybe they meant the sauces that came with them, but those werent that great either. The Taro chips with dip was very good! The Butterfish and Chicken were melt in your mouth good. They were the saving grace for this place. Was it worth the money charged? Not really. Service: Our Waiter was very nice. Very hospitable and attentive. Very sweet guy. Made sure we were good and our waters were always filled. All in all. It just didn't feel family friendly to us. The check in process & the girls tone set the whole mood for our dinner. Maybe its family friendly to parents with older children, but definitely not for couples with infants. I could have asked for a better table, but I didn't want to ruin our anniversary any more than it already was by asking to be seated elsewhere. Maybe they thought our infant would scream and bother the other patrons, but our baby sleeps through all kinds of noise and she never once screamed or cried while we were there. We chose that time because that's when she would be asleep. Most definitely won't be coming back here any time soon.

Just had dinner there the flavors have not yet retired from my pallid. For quality seafood a must stop. We got the Grand broiled Seafood Tower with a mix of it comes with shrimp, lobster , crab legs, and oyster. Our entrées were incredible. The endive salad very good Highly recommend this place.

I loved this place! Great food, service, drinks, location, and views. What more can you ask for! We waited until our last night on the island to eat here and it was certainly a case of saving the best for last. If we would have eaten here our first night we would have returned the remaining nights of our trip. We started off with the Petite Char-Broiled Shellfish and wished we would have ordered the Grand. Everyone at the table loved it and they are all very picky eaters. The 40oz Tomahawk was perfect and I am pretty sure I could finish it off myself but I shared some with others at the table. We also had the Michael Mina’s Lobster Pot Pie. I was shocked at how good a lobster pot pie could be. This is something I would have never ordered but after my wife ordered it I had to try it and loved it. The desserts were great and I would highly recommend the Chocolate Rocher. The only thing I would skip next time was the Spicy Lobster & Coconut Bisque. It was a good bisque but it wasn't great like everything else we had on the menu.

Seated quickly, the first words out of the host's mouth: "Oh, we have a 90 minute seating policy." That set the tone for the rest of our meal. We ordered an assortment of dishes and were overall underwhelmed: - The octopus was well cooked, but the seasoning was off - The poke was way overseasoned and the fish quality was poor - The peppers had decent flavor, but needed a lot more char - The $70 filet was the most disappointing - ordered medium rare it was grainy/mealy and pale gray all the way through. The truffle vinaigrette had the flavor and consistency of ketchup. The potatoes were the sad highlight of the dish. Overall we were expecting considerably more from a Michael Mina restaurant at the Four Seasons with glowing reviews. We did not finish any of our food and we will not be returning.

Some of the freshest fish out there! Booked a table right before the sunset and it made the experience even better. The seafood tower was phenomenal. Jonah and Juan had phenomenal hospitality. Definitely would come back!
