I have booked this hotel by seeing people rated more stars and review but I had different experience. where rooms, bathrooms are not clean and lot of insects.. I was booked for two days but vacated one night itself with my two kids.. My kids couldn't sleep entire night since lot of insects in the bed and we saw few in bathroom. Please take my review points as a improvement and server better to future customers who comes with lot dreams like my family.

The place is good for couple stay and budget friendly, the owner and the support staff is well behaved, the location of this stay is very convenient and you can visit multiple places, kalpetta market good for shopping, which is around 5 kms, Overall a good experience but have some little things like hot water and cleanliness of room needs to be improved. Good parking area and cctv surveillance. This place is not serving food.

It was great stay. Shafeeq and akhil were friendly and hospitable. They provided us with transportation and hot drinking water when asked for.best for budget stay. affordable accomodation and hospitable people.

Looks good from outside..bt inside it is not that good.. We booked online..online site airbnb claimed wifi, tv and other amenities..bt..actualy there were no wifi or tv..and rooms avaiable are old and poorly maintained..

We stayed here from 3.5.18 to 5.5.18. First Positives: The hotel is situated in the main road and can be easily spotted. Has parking facilities. The outside looking is good. They have pot plants. Manager and incharge person are friendly and polite. Now negatives: The room size is small. The bed is enough only for two persons. If you come with children it is not enough. The rooms have transparent glass windows and the only thing that gives you privacy is the curtains in the windows. The room door do not have curtains. No privacy. The ac rooms doors are directly facing the busy main road. So the noise of vehicles is continuous and non stop. The feeling of calm and safe stay is therefore missing. The ac room is given to non ac room seekers also. But there's is no ceiling fan. Only a small wall mounted fan is there. The doors do not have handles. The management gave some unconvincing explanation for not having even door handles. The main power is almost always out in that area. Thats not the hotels fault. But they provided generator back up only for a short time. We slept even without the fan running for most of the time . We couldn't even charge the cell phones due to power failure. When enquired they said they are out of diesel and have to go and buy diesel. The hot water is given only for 10 minutes in the morning through the water heater. On request the incharge person gave the hot water for another 5 minutes. So we have to bath in hot water only on their convenience. The hot water is sufficient only for one person to bath. The disturbance caused by insects is much more. My family was not satisfied with the stay experience here. I will not select this place again if I happen to come here again.

Its on the highway side. Car parking available. Its a small hotel. It had lack of privacy. Rooms are small. Suitable for budget travellers. Not preferrable for families with kids because rooms are small. Restaurants are available within 1 km

Location is fine, rooms are average. I booked through Airbnb, it was very expensive according to the room and (lack of) facilities. It provides only accommodation. It was difficult to coordinate with the administration as the reception was either unattended or had a man who didn't understand any language. The drinking water provided, even though through a purifier, wasn't clean and nothing was done about it. Rooms were clean. Hot water available only for a couple of hours in the morning.

Nice place... Enjoyed our family stay well.

First, it's not a homestay, it's a lodge, we only get rooms, no kitchen, no living room Cable TV and wifi wasn't working when we stayed, no refund for that also. Hot water takes a lot of time Plenty of parking space, AC is good, extra blankets are provided If you only need rooms to stay and parking space for your bike/car, this place is good

Budget frendly rooms... And safe for parking no TV fan is also slow but hot water is highlites and they gave that

The rooms are fine just as a basic style home but they do not provide any toiletries and fans were not cleaned. Total experience was average.

Rooms underground are totally damped. The bathroom is not properly maintained, the fan in the hall is not working.
