I have been to this restuarant multiple times for take aways and dine in as well. Overall experience, service, food all were right. On multiple occasions, we(with friends) tried their different pizzas , burgers, and wings. Once they also served us with complimentary dessert Nutella Bag as well. Coming to food, pizzas 🍕 are always good, wings are also delicious, there were ups and downs with burgers 🍔 sometimes patties were overcooked and dry, but still were fine. So far what I have written is positive about the restuarant and overall experience but why low rating? Yesterday, my friend ordered a burger from them for home delivery, the burger buns spent more time on grill and were burnt, for which he wrote an email to give his feedback. The response he got to his feedback was shocking.... it started with: "Please don't order any burger from our shop next time"... I'll leave rest to readers WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT such a reply?

I used to like their pizza, burgers, and service in the beginning. They used to go extra mile for you. Now it seems like they used to do it only to get better reviews in the beginning. Now, when they have a customer base, they don't care about you as they are very rude, food quality is also questionable now. I ordered Chicken Ranch burger last night and the buns were Burnt from both sides. I had the same burger atleast 12 times before, so I know the difference between normal grilled buns and the burnt buns. I was being nice to them by directly reporting the problem to them rather than leaving a bad review. But the answer I got from them really shocked me. They replied on this matter, ***Please don’t Order any Burger in our shop***. Rather than apologising for serving inedible food they were being arrogant. This is not the way you treat your customers, especially who were with you right from the beginning, but, not anymore.

**update** Finally they deliver to my address again. If you want good, American style pizza 🍕, this is the place. Their pizza is so so good. Germany is not known for their pizza at all so finding this place was saving grace. I got the wings, tikka masala, mozz sticks and a cheese pizza with chicken and jalapeños. If I could have eaten all of it in one sitting I would have. I genuinely enjoy their food. Tried their delivery service. Upfront, I just moved here and my German isn’t good, I think you’re supposed to tip the driver with cash…. I did not as couldn’t understand and heard the word tip. Sorry if I was supposed to. I got the marg with added cheddar, broccoli and chicken gratin penne and mozz sticks. All the above was bomb. I added baked cheese to the penne but it hit that broccoli and chicken pasta note that’s sooo good. The pizza reminded me of dominoes and that’s awesome for an American style pizza. The mozz sticks were mmm and their marinara was marinara where a lot are really sweet here, theirs was straight up marinara. I enjoyed it. If you like American style pizza. This is the place to try.

Loved their pizza and chicken wings. They also offered us complementary Mangi lassi, and it was so damn gooooood! Will definitely try out more stuff here

EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH!!!!! amazing food! (I've had the goodies burger)... it was phenomenal..it was like heaven in my mouth!! The staff were suuper friendly and welcoming! All in all, great experience, highly recommended!

Long layover on the train and craving a late lunch snack - glad I walked two blocks to this place. Much better than the train station restaurants. Employees were quite nice. Buffalo sauce was good and actually spicy 🔥🔥. Though I would have preferred bleu cheese instead of tomatoes on the buffalo fries. Also enjoyed their homemade mango lassi which they are proud of, and which is all I was paid to write this review. Had outlets and clean bathrooms

The pizza was fantastic. The wife liked the level of spice on the Butter Chicken. Environment was very clean and professional. Very easy to read and understand menu. Recommend their cheese deluxe pizza with mushrooms and chicken tikka. It was amazing.

The ambience is very nice, and the food including vegetarian options are good. Staff is friendly, customized options are also available.

We ordered wings that were ok. Then we ordered pizza that was bad. There was barely any sauce, and it didn't taste good. We ate 2 pieces and then put the rest in the garage.

Food was delicious. I was skeptical at first ordering Indian food from a pizza place but trust me it was delicious. I ordered the Butter Chicken bowl, Chicken Tikka Marsala Bowl, a salad, peri wings and naan bread. You can choose your spice level on the Indian dishes which is a plus. I went spicy and for my spice level it was the perfect amount😍. I find get a picture of the wings but the wings are a must try. They were absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the music in the restaurant as well while waiting for my Togo. Also if you get Togo they package the food very well. They even give you full size silverware. If you travel a lot in European countries if you know you know. I will definitely eat here again.

As it's well remarked in the wall, they don't sell fast food, but good fast as fast as they can!!

Was near the train station and craving a burger and gave this place a try. Awesome choice! Had the BBQ Bacon Burger and it was absolutely amazing. Fresh lettuce, tomato, onion,pickle, and the bun was toasted just right.

This place seems mediocre at first. But I was pleasantly surprised when the food arrived, the wings were meaty and saucy and just the perfect spiciness. The burger was juicy.. cooked to perfection and the goody sauce was to die for. The buns warm and soft.. amazing. The bathrooms were super clean as well. Highly recommend, would go here again.
