If you're craving a burger and a nice atmosphere, this is a great choice! I was very surprised as the quality of ingredients. They offer a nice selection of milkshakes as well.. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's inside/outside seating, a bar, and clean restrooms. I'll definitely be back again.

Tasty Big Burgers hot and delicious. Service was excellent. Dessert was only pancakes based, all type drinks available. Liberal comparable cost

The restaurant has a lot of space and it’s right in the middle of the city. The place is usually crowded but they do not make reservations for all the tables and there’s always a chance you would be able to get a table even without prior reservation. The burger I tried was really delicious and I would be happy to visit the restaurant any other time.

Their burgers are so good. I recommend having them in person as fries just don’t travel; however, their sammies and the spatzle are next level in terms of thought and care into flavor profiles. Spatzle with house made fried onion is crazy. You must eat here in person as their delivery is tasty but in person must be lightening.

What an awesome spot to get fresh ingredients a tasty burger and fries or some other options. Went here for a late night bite and it was delicious. I went for there double patty burger and sweet potato fries. If your hungry definitely give it a try. There bbq sauce fits perfectly with there burgers and fries. Also the fries and crispy and not like some other places where they can be soft or something it's crunchy all the way to the last bite. Now for the review this place is a chain but compared to some of the other places. The quality and super friendly staff. I will give this place a 9.3 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale. It was excellent! They offer very nice outside seating. The drinks and food were delicious! They have some fascinating burger combinations. Our server, her name is Sophia, was amazing! She checked in with us multiple times to ensure everything was perfect! Great place for a nice lunch! Would absolutely recommend and definitely will be back!!! Prizes are very reasonable!

This is my second time here. I been to a few other places for burgers in the area but, this place has the best burgers in town. Not only is the burger juicy but it also has a lot of flavors mixed in. If you come here I recommend the Big Karl Burger. It’s the biggest on the menu and it is delicious. I previously had an avocado burger and it was great too but I am sure no matter what you get it will be delicious. As you see in the pictures the food looks, smells and taste amazing. For the drinks you can have beer, wine long drinks or aperitifs. I had a Pina Colada which was made very well and went well with the food. I also had the Truffle Mayo Fries with Arugula. This was so yummy and added to the burger. The chilly cheese fries were also great but not as good as the Truffle fries. The only complaint was the price was expensive for the burgers. The fries were alright priced for the style but the burgers were too much. I’ve had burgers for 9-12 Euros that matched the taste and style of the burger. Overall this was a great restaurant with great burgers and really nice staff. I definitely Will return and I do recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner.

Very friendly and eager to bring english menus if we needed them. Lots of great burger toppings options! I enjoyed the punch while he enjoyed the gluhwein.

OBSESSED! Located on the st of the church near the mall. Amazing milkshakes not just for show. The chilly burger and the Karolina chicken sandwich was very satisfying. Recommend

Burger was huge, definitely filled me up (double something something). Wasn't busy when we arrived. Mixed drinks made fast, tasted great! I wonder why blankets and pillows are there? Enjoyed the experience.

Very cozy Bavarian themed restaurant in the city center. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. There is even a little play area for kids. We will definitely return.

It's a pretty good burger and they have a nice menu to choose from. Probably top 5 places in Kaiserslautern to eat. The staff is super nice and don't forget you at the table. Not crazy expensive like some places and it's in the heart of the city so it's a wonderful meet up spot to start the night. Also getting delivery is also nice and it rarely comes cold

Burgers are delicious; there are many options and very different combinations. The craft beer was AMAZING!! Prices are reasonable for the products. I recommend making a reservation for the table, especially on the weekends

The food was nice, except Prosseco. The waiter tried to explain us ,that there’s enough bobbles in the glass🙄 after I asked for changing , he just put the sparkling water inside 😅perfect . So I would say service isn’t flexible and didn’t try to solve problem. It’s a pity

Great burger spot in the middle of Kaiserslautern that we have been to multiple times. They have two floors for multiple seating, free Wi-Fi, an English menu (keep in mind the drinks and desserts aren't on the English menu), and a kiddie spot for your kids to play if they get too anxious. To be honest, this playroom was one of the main reasons we have come back to this spot when we are in the area. Definitely ideal instead of giving them a tablet or phone...

Really enjoyed the food. Took alittle long to be able to put in our order. Also the tables are very close together. But overall I would go back again for the food.

Great burger spot in Kaiserslautern! The servers are helpful and attentive while not being overbearing. Seating is available downstairs and upstairs (inside) plus some outside. The restaurant bathrooms are upstairs (non-athletic people beware!) but at least they were clean! And the location is right on a small strip of other stores so it’s easily accessible for shopping around that area too. Lastly, if you don’t mind fried egg on your burger.. the Eugenie Burger was fantastic!

Delicious burgers that are so loaded with different sauces & extras (like fried egg, pear chutney, etc.) that they're hard to get your hands around. Was disappointed with the Chili Fries that are just fries covered in lots of cheese and topped off with sliced jalapeno (was expecting chili and cheese on the fries); but enjoyed the Truffle Fries. A little pricey; but very good combination of flavors on their different beef, pork or chicken burgers.

Loved it! They had healthy options, like the burger w/o bun options and tons of veggies. 😍 The truffle mayo was scrumptious. Absolutely wonderful. My wife and I stopped by Sissi und Franz to try it out, and it was such a great experience. The food was very tasty, the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We liked that the outdoor seating was proper benches and tables, not flimsy chairs. This has been added to our regular eatery list.

Impressive service and delicious burgers—even though they were messy, they were so tasty! It wasn’t too busy and our server was the only one in the whole place but we never felt neglected—he did an excellent job of providing us every we needed. I had the Basil Peach detox water, so refreshing in the hot weather. My daughter had kiwi mango lemonade with fresh pieces in it and while a little sweet it was also very refreshing! I ordered the Amelie burger and my husband had the Eugene both were perfectly cooked and we had the regular and sweet potato fries—they were hot and fresh. (Note: Fries ordered separately but we found one order was enough for two to share.) My burger had so many different things on it but it really worked together well! We also ordered the truffle ketchup and Mayo—which are extra but delicious to have for dipping our fries! I’d also say that the bathrooms were clean, pleasing and had no issues. Reasonable prices for the food too. Highly recommend if you’re visiting and shopping downtown Kaiserslautern!

Decent place for beef burgers and craft beer. The interiors are pretty classy

I would have 💯 given this restaurant a 5*; however, they way overcharged our bill. My husband paid while I stepped away from the table. After we walked out he states the bill was 46.50€. I had Amalie Burger only 11.45€, he had Rudolf Burger 11.95€ with seasoned fries 4.95€, Basil Peach Water 4.75€, and a bottle of water 6.10€. This does not equal 46.50. check your bill before paying, very disappointed!

The parking situation here is none, the location of this restaurant has no parking around at all as the street is a pedestrian street, you may be able to find parking lots and some street parking, however do not be intimidated by the parking lots as the parking here is super cheap. also I would say, try to avoid tickets as it is a bit complicated to get them paid. The restaurant is super cute and they also have outside sitting. They have staff that speaks very good English as well! and they take cards, so it is pretty perfect to eat here. The decor is so cute and the desserts look real good and so do the drinks and shakes. They had a good deal for a full meal with burger, fries and drinks, you would choose the burger fries and drinks and they would give a discount based on the price of the items, I know it is a very weird kind of deal but it did end up being a cheaper deal. EUGENE BURGER- I LOVE this burger as it has all things I enjoy the most! the egg, the brioche bun and the truffle mayo made my life! and the burger tasted pretty good too! TRUFFLE FRIES- these fries were very nice, I would say that by the time the burger came I was a bit too full but at the same time I did enjoy the truffle flavour and the other things that came with the fries, also the potatoes here in this country do taste a lot better than in state side. MELON MINT - this is a pretty refreshing little drink. I really liked the presentation and the taste for sure. Overall we had a great meal and we had a great time here. this restaurant was worth the try for sure.

Delicious burger! This was our first time dining outdoors at a restaurant since we arrived here in Germany. Let me say, I’m glad we choose this place because after a few hours shopping at the mall, we were hungry. The employees here were beyond attentive and friendly. The food was amazing and they even have menus in English as well. I will definitely return here. I read others speaking about parking, but we parked at the mall and it was maybe about a 4 minute walk to get here.

The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you are craving for Burgers they all kinds. From low carb, vegetarian etc. Presentation of food is also very palatable. Couldn't ask for more
