Fantastic service! Such a huge menu with so many options. Great wines. Good kids menu. Lots of seating and a great place to take family.

This is a really nice place with lots of choices. They have many sizes to choose from of most their dishes and the staff was straight up with me when I asked for their take on different dishes. Which I really appreciate as I would hate to get something I don't like and they aren't even much of a fan of. They have all sorts of pizza and pasta and Italian dishes. It's a pretty good place and the outdoor seating is relaxing.

I've heard many people speak of Milano so I tried it for the first time on 22 September. I ordered garlic bread and the spaghetti ogling with shrimp and salmon. The chef accidentally made our order with spaghetti, no problem. However, my food had no, garlic flavor, or aroma of herbs. I even tried adding Parm, pepper, and salt. It didn't help. I ended up eating the salmon out and just letting the rest go to waste. Maybe it was a bad chef or off night? The upside is that service was good and the staff was friendly.

Food was great and large portions. Very busy. Fairly priced. They bring out the food 1 at a time instead of all together for the whole table.

Service was very prompt, I'll give them that. However, I wasn't expecting to receive heavy cream with dried oregano on an order I made to eat spaghetti with pesto. There was no trace nor aroma of garlic, pine nuts, or even basil. The best thing they had on the menu was the sparkling water. If you're looking for authenticity, seek elsewhere!

Great food, attentive service. Haven't been here in years but was just as good as I remembered. We came with a large party but it was handled very well with no confusion over splitting the bill or who pays for what. Extremely efficient. I would recommend for anyone who has a large meeting or conference that wants a get together at a place with exceptional food and attentive service. Would definitely return

I love this place. Great food. Great people! Definitely will be going back here while I'm in Germany. The Chef Salad was excellent! Pasta was fresh and Great!

We reserved a section for a fairly large group mid week and Milano did an outstanding job. I ordered a small pizza formagi and a beer-cola which were both satisfying, but most impressive was the wait staff's ability to service the whole group as efficiently as they did. Guests were allowed to trickle out paying their portion of the tab and at the end of the night there were zero complaints and zero issues. Everyone was pleased with their food and Milano remains a favorite venue for hosting small group dinners.

Great pizza and even better service. Good atmosphere, and pizza choices. If you're looking for a good place to grab a slice, and a drink this is your place! But, be aware, portion sizes are enough to feed a dinosaur, the calzone actually hangs over the side of the plate, so come hungry!

Plenty of food for the price and the beer was fantastic. The patio was quite relaxing, as well. We'll certainly revisit on a non-festival day so we can find parking.

Very nice place, food was good and the place was definitely nice. The only thing I wish they had was a fan or some sort. It was hot in there and while eating we had to keep the flies off our food. Other than that it was great place to visit and if you don't feel like eating Italian there is a burger place right beside it.

We ordered Pizza Diavolo, Pizza Vegetaria and Johannesberry Schorle. The size of the Pizza is big enough for more than one person. They prepare the Pizza in a wood stove. Pizza Diavolo was amazing in taste. Pizza Vegetaria was also good but it had too much cheese on it. Johannesberry Schorle had no taste at all, it was similar to drinking water. It had too much ice in it, which was diluting the taste of the Schorle, it's a total waste of money. Overall Pizzas were good and I can recommend the Pizzas but not the Schorle.

Good selection, good food with generous portions and decent price. We sat outside on a warm evening and it was great. We weren't crammed in with tables super close so it was much more relaxing to sit and chat. Not sure about indoor atmosphere.

If you are craving pizzas, then Milano is your spot 👌🏼best pizzas in KL with a wide variety of flavors. If you ain't a meat lover, you will still find good options. Good ambiance and tasty food. Pizzas are very big, even small is enough for a middle-aged person. Sometimes, serving times gets a bit high due to many customers but still worth a try. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Recommended!

Food and drinks are great, but the entire waitstaff is extremely rude. Absolutely TERRIBLE service.

I've been going there for years! We love their wood oven pizza and the atmosphere is top notch. The service is always great, and if you're lucky enough to get served by Christina, then you'll really have a great experience.

It has been 12 years since the last time I visited Milano. I am glad the decision was made to return. We were not disappointed in any way. If you are in the Kaiserslautern area, I recommend stopping by and trying Milano.

The food here is delicious! We got small size pizzas but they were quite big compared to the usual small size and absolutely worth the price. The dessert was also good and in quite good quantity. Plus the staff was super sweet! Best pizza place in town!

Got the stuffed vine leaves for an appetizer, they were quite good. Ordered a pasta dish with shrimp, cream sauce, & parmesan. It was outstanding. Best pasta I've had at a restaurant. The shrimp was small and delicious. The desserts were all ice cream based and good but nothing special.

Good pizza. The large (groß) is very big and is a great value for the money.

Quick service. Delicious, affordable food. An extensive menu. Portions are huge. YUM! Will come back again.

Absolutely wonderful experience Mr. Luciano was very curtious and very helpful when ordering. He took really good care of my family of 15 people and had all the orders correct and all the food was brought out at the same time. That allowed my family to enjoy our dinner together. Thank you so much for a four star plus service!!!

The food was delicious and fresh. The customer Service was wonderful and menus were in German and English. The seating and atmosphere were good but the bathrooms need cleaning.

Called in an order, my husband and son were given the wrong Pizzas and Pasta, he mentioned 3 times that the order numbers did not match and it wasn't the right order. There was no adequate pick up system in place .It was a huge mess. He was belittled and given an attitude and was told that I ( his wife who is a German native and called the order in) told him the wrong numbers and that it was my fault and he needed to pay. He was rushed out and waisted $50 dollars. Needless to say we will not be back , horrible customer service!!!

Bang for your buck! Fresh pizza! Straight out of the oven!!! Portion size was huge!!! Lots of indoor and outdoor dining space. Many options on the menu.

The price is good for what you get. The pizza is pretty good fresh, but it gets soggy quickly, so it's best to eat there and not save leftovers. Service in house is often very slow.

Wonderful resturant! Huge menu so you're bound to find something for everyone. We got the Pizza Italia and Pizza Dinosaurer and they were both delightful. We had ice cream afterwards and it was delicious, too. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!
