We ended up waiting behind someone who was being aided by the information person. Once the info person was finished, they left without a word despite seeing us waiting there. We waited for about 15 minutes and they returned and when we attempted to gather their attention, they left again. Below satisfactory, honestly. Usually their customer service is pristine, but not this time.

Reminds me of Lowes. Public bathroom. Good selection.

OBI is my favorite hardware store in Germany. The staff is friendly and they generally have what I need.

Friendly staff and shopping experience. I have not personally heard any interactions with customers in English, so I am not sure if that is an option when asking for assistance. However, consider this a good opportunity to practice up on your German! 😉

Not the Store it was. Self service everywhere even to the point of exit. Scan the items yourself, and you have to pay by card. Long gone are the friendly helpful faces. No one to help you anywhere just get your orders barked at you at the checkout. Prices have risen dramatically, so one is expected to pay more for less in-store. Will be a long while before my husband wants to step inside again.

Excellent place to shop when other for varied items. Toilet seats, small tools, light bulbs and more. Bought my replacement satellite dish there. The kit had everything to mount it and even had a cable, LDB, and receiver for less than 60 euros. It pulls in AFN great.

Good place to get plants and Christmas lights and ornaments.

Needs cleaned up garden area but I do like shopping there

They can't find their own stocks 😂. I was looking for a small glass patio that I saw on display in the garden section. The assistant looked it up and said "we have four in stock". Then he looked for , not exaggerating, 20 minutes. In the display area, in the back room where I couldn't go, in the high shelves that are behind curtains. Eventually he came out defeated and said we have them but I can't find them. But go on the app and order one and then it will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning. So I tried, but their app is also completely broken and glitched out, unusable. I tried again the next day with a different employee and exactly the same thing happened! Don't waste your time!

Clean, organized, good supply of the items they carry. This time they did not have what I wanted, a Thule Bicycle carrier. This despite the website saying they did. The help desk just said well, they don't know.

Friendly service and they had what I needed

Lots of neat home improvement things to browse. Asked where the bathroom was, it's in the back of the kitchen display area in the front of the store to the left.

Clean, bright, well stocked hardware store. Helpful and friendly staff that were easy to communicate with (I don't speak German).

Decent selection, but notoriously incompetent staff. Good enough, if you know what you need. If you need some help prior to buying, I'd rather go to Hornbach. Plants in the gardening section are soso, I normally drive down the road to Dehner for that kind of stuff.
