I’ve come here plenty of times and it’s always such a nice experience. Their breakfast platters are perfect and the ribs are fall of the bone good. The burgers too, on point. I especially love the sweet potato fries! The drinks are always fun to try out. I’ve come here with friends, with my kids- they even have coloring pages to keep kiddos entertained. Today we tried their Magojito and it tasted so good. All around great place to stop by anytime of day.

It's a German take on an American Diner. The food is acceptable, the staff are great though. It most definitely isn't American though. Pancakes are solid, I'll give them that. And it's pretty expensive considering what's on the menu. 2 burgers, fries, mozzarella sticks, tea, lemonade ran a little over €60.

It feels like i’m in USA lol Gonna come here again for sure, i didn’t have a chance to try their pancake. the atmosphere there was good and the waitresses were also nice. Anyway the foods 👍

Fairly decent restaurant that tries to get close to American food. They definitely have the American decor right, and it's honestly hit or miss with the food...not a fan of the nachos and it's kind of hard to get nachos wrong. My biggest complaint is I went there at night - and they said they didn't have English menus and I know I saw them during the work week during lunch. Maybe it's easier to cater to the American workforce during the workweek at lunch. But at least inform the night staff where the other menus are at. (I know it's Germany and I should be able to adapt to the German menus...but if I know something exists...at least inform the staff)

So a few friends and I decided to have some breakfast and was recommended to try this place for an American style breakfast. Service I have been in Germany for 2 years and this is one of the worst places I have been to. Very questionable service and hygiene standards were witnessed here. Once we sat down it took at least 30 minutes to order and 30 minutes to receive our food. One order was completely forgotten and never received. I saw 4 instances of questionable hygiene practices. 1. Servers would pick up bread with their hands to put on customers plate (house bread) and then wipe it on their jeans and cleaning other tables without washing their hands, 2. Cooks would put the receipt in the plate of food which caused the server to reach into each plate of food to retrieve it, 3. Servers would leave dirty plates on the table after customers leave for over 30 minutes and 4. I took a bite out of a pork sausage I ordered that was completely cold. I informed the server and it was taken and reheated on the grill which is normally not allowed.Whoever the manager is needs to properly fix this among the issues with long wait times for anything. Food I ordered the French Toast, 3 eggs scrambled with cheese, and pork sausage. Scrambled eggs didn't have cheese, pork sausage was cold, but the french toast was ok. Decent flavor just not real Canadian Maple syrup as the menu states. Recommendation Stay away from this place until their hygiene practices are fixed, management, and service are up to par. I will give positive feedback as the atmosphere and diner feel was good and pleasant.

Food was horrible. Had a ice-cream float waitress brought out 1 scoop of ice-cream in a glass and a can of root beer no spoon or straw. You made it yourself. Not your typical float. Very different.

This place is awesome! A fantastic diner with many traditional American classics. I had the chicken tenders with fries. It was all cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful! I also had tea with cranberry juice.... soooo yummy! It is my new favorite. The staff is kind and welcoming. They even speak wonderful English when my German is not very good. I will be going back again.

I was really excited to try kullmans as I am a big fan of diners. It's one of my favorite types of restaurant in the states. Sadly, I didn't have a great experience. Ordered 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs with bacon, A BLT with fries, and fried chicken wings. Now, that's not a very complicated order to cook in the kitchen. In a packed diner, 30 minutes tops. After almost an hour, only the two sad lonely pancakes arrived. I asked the waitress if our food was on it's way, she went back to the kitchen and told me that there were other orders in front of mine and couldn't give me a good answer. Now mind you, food was flying out of the kitchen, everybody was getting their food. Diners who came in after us were eating. I told the waitress that we would be leaving. She was very apologetic. It wasn't her fault and she, Angelina was very nice and understanding. I offered to pay for what we ordered secretly hoping management might do the right thing and waive the bill. They didn't. I should have just walked into the restaurant, handed Angelina 20 euros and walked out. It would have been a good deed and I wouldn't have wasted an hour waiting on scrambled eggs and bacon. At least I had my daughters to entertain me. I'll give the place another shot after my disappointment subsides.

I just had breakfast here but I was content with my food! The pancakes were delicious and with the side of bacon and sausage, it hit the spot for me! I'm sure that for lunch or dinner, the food would be good to eat.

Awesome 50’s dinner haven’t seen anything this well presented since living in the states, large menu with plenty of great options. Keep in mind breakfast is only until 11am I believe

American breakfast it’s not. What we had was more like an English breakfast. We had the Platter with pancakes, eggs (sunny side up and scrambled), bacon, sausage (nothing like Jimmy Dean), beans, tomato, onion rings and potato wedges. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious. Service was good and portions were large. We’d go again.

Reserved a seat for 5:30 on a Thursday. Arrived and was promptly seated. Waitress arrived promptly and took our drink order. Then arrived quickly and we ordered the main course. The soft drink sodas as noted on the menu are over priced. The manager on a previous review stated that the price was high because of the economy. You have a 0.33l can of soda for 3.60€! No dear manager you are GREEDY. Get something not in a can. We ordered one of the teas and while the portion was inadequate the tea was fine. The food to drink ratio is rather skewed where you will run out of drink very quickly. No refills unless it's coffee in the morning. For the appetizer we got the mozzarella sticks which were alright nothing exciting there. Sauce was good. I believe we ordered the tomato sauce. There are ALOT of Flys 🪰 suppose they gotta eat too. However the place was very clean. I will say the atmosphere music was more modern than American Diner. The food arrived 30 mins later. We order the Goat Cheese Chicken Burger which was very messy and did not stay together. Just another too tall burger. The food was fine and fresh. The portion sizes for the food was good. Tried one of the freaky milkshakes and it was just OK a bit thin. Rule of thumb if it goes up the straw fast you made it wrong. I look forward to trying different food. Overall the service was great and I will be returning a second time to give my final inspection.

Great portions for all the food order!! Mega burgers! Everything i would expect from an American diner!!! Hospitable service and very speedy! But will not seat you even if half the restaurant is empty.

The decorations inside remind me of the movie Grease 😍 Ribs are perfect fall out from bone yum!! perfect portion for 2 people, it is a lot actually but I aint complaint 😝 Staff are very nice and very helpful to recommened us to try the meal for two people since it is our first time here. All in all, we love everything here and will definitely recommend to others to try. ❤

Classic american diner, fun atmosphere. Nice staff and delicious burgers. We had the roadside burgers and sweet potatoe fries. Super quick food order and arrival at our table. We were quite surprised, I guess they were well prepared for the many visitors. Will be back for sure!

The best place I have found in Kaiserslautern!! Food is excellent, it's a great place to hang out with family & friend. As American we're used to the service been faster but the waitress were good.

This place atmosphere is great! I've always loved the old time diner vibes and this place hits the nail on the head! Staff are very friendly. There is a wide variety of foods you'd think to find in a diner, ranging from burgers to schnitzel. The burger I got was the Irish Eggs Burger and it was fantastic! The presentation of the food was great also! Definitely recommend coming here to get a blast from the past and eat a dang good burger 🍔!

Excellent little slice of America in the middle of Kaiserslautern. Americans will enjoy the burgers, shakes, sandwiches, and fries. There’s more refined fare like steaks and salads. Also, there’s schnitzel and good German breakfast available. Prices are reasonable and the wait staff speaks both English and German. Kid friendly! We took our 3 small kids, and they were given a bucket of crayons and coloring books. There’s ambient noise, so if little ones get restless, it’s ok. The decorations are true to the 1950s. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the “American” diner feel. We had breakfast here and ordered the breakfast platter to share between two people. Would come back again.

Went there for breakfast and the food was delicious with fast service. Decided to give it a try it again for early dinner because we can’t get a table for dinner time. Please remember to reserve a table before you go so that you don’t waste your time waiting. Service was very slow, it took almost 30 minutes. Ordered a cheeseburger and it taste rather plain. They also take Amex as payment.

We shared the all you can eat wings and the radio city burger. Both were excellent. This is a must stop for American style eats.

Wow this place takes it to classic American diner for sure. They have a massive menu with all sorts of classic American dishes as well as their own. They have interesting tales on many different things and you can even purchase their dips and ketchup to take home for your own dishes. I really enjoy it here. They offer American style breakfast as well, which is one of few places in Germany I have seen, so that’s cool as well. **update** Came back for round two. Ordered the full omelette and Mac n cheese. Man they were both on point. Kind of stunk they didn’t have Pepsi light and we’re basically out of soda period but is what it is. Got the lemon ice tea and it was zesty and refreshing. Their house bread is pretty tasty too. ***** Another update. Came and tried their open face sandwich and some of their fresh house tea. Both were really good. I also got their buttered corn on the cob. A little expensive for corn but was grilled and tasty. The wait staff was awesome as well and she seemed kind and caring to her customers.
