We ordered flowers and chocolate to be delivered same day all the way from south Africa for our best friends birthday. There was an issue with the payment address so they sent me a direct payment link via WhatsApp and kept me updated the whole time. The flowers arrived same day at her workplace in Kenya and were BEAUTIFUL but were not exactly like the picture I had chosen. This was my first time getting flowers from them and unfortunately my last. I was not impressed. I received bruised flowers. They were not fresh. The 2 stars are for the lady that made arrangements for me to get the flowers. She was professional and nice. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos on the day I received them. This is how they looked the following day in the morning. I had received them the previous evening.
